This is a wonderful place to stay: lovely rooms, excellent mattress, pillows, sheets and towels, great location (close to everything) and reasonably easy street parking. And the staff is friendly and helpful. Our 4 day/3 night stay was memorable.
Very disappointing experience. Airconditioning didn’t work from check in with 30deg days, it was too hot and uncomfortable with only 1 window in the whole apartment downstairs. The mezzanine bedroom upstairs ceiling is very low ańd unpleasant. The balustrade up to the mezzanine is loose and unsafe. We cut our 6 day trip to 2 nights. They couldn’t get anyone to fix the airconditioning. They supplied pedestal fans, but the heat was too uncomfortable during the day. We’ve requested a refund for the days we’re not staying. I don’t like my chances. I don’t recommend this property. The staff were nice and did their best, but ultimately the lack of communication from the owner was not good enough.

I found it to be a good spot. A short drive away from salou which was good.
I'm just wondering how people got on with getting their deposit back.
