Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Very unpleasant host. Aircon not working. Not clean. No glasses or cups. Found my room door open when I came back end if day. Chose from any number of better places in Lecce.

The room was very cold, from the windows came a lot of air should be replaced or improved despite their age, The noises from the outside street are many, the bathroom should be cleaned a little better, dust that probably enters from the windows. The palace is dilapidated. The idea of the b & b in the center is beautiful but must be taken care of.
The strengths are the location in the center. And the bar where we were directed to have breakfast. But we were two adults and a child and only two tickets available, in short, details to be taken care of.

The review is intended to Alessandro, the owner of the b&b Letterarioe of the TOUR DE APULIA, the agency that manages the various b&b: less than 24 hours from the booking of a b&b run by TOUR DE APULIA (and then Alexander) ask you to cancel it, I will be charged the 25% penalty that you have minimally specified in the booking confirmation. I ask for clarification and I replied that it was written between the conditions of bed-and-breakfast. It is FALSE, it mentions a penalty only in case of cancellation within 14 days prior to check-in. From 2 days I try to contact them, but to ignore calls and mail.
