Thank you so much for such a fabulous time. Check in with Luigui was great and our room 336 was perfect, amazing sunsets from our hot tub. Complimentary prosecco in our room was perfect. One of the best weekends ever. Thank you Sarah & Paul Martin.

We stayed 5 days in this hotel… Unfortunately having booked late we had to settle for the last room available, a room for disabled people. The consequence of this was that the room had no bidet, and the shower (each shower became a lake in the bathroom). The other rooms definitely were the best, and then I have to say that it was only a "problem". The room also lacked the filter of the faucet, not a small thing considering that in addition to allowing the leakage, correct water, clean from harmful substances. We immediately pointed out this lack to the owner of the hotel, and there he answered that it would have been immediately solved the problem, but after 5 days has not been resolved. The Wi-Fi works well (except the last day which did not work) and the speed is right. The hotel is nice and the staff were so helpful in any situation and at any time. The food is good, breakfast quite abundant, with homemade cakes (excellent) and also the choice with meats; dinner is also good even if the portions are not exaggerated, but just with the addition of a dessert each day. The position appears to be finally great, as far a 5-minute drive from Gallipoli, 25 from Lecce, 30, from Porto Cesareo, and for this it is a great place to stay if you are with the machine.

So far all well, I arrived last night, good both dinner and 1st breakfast, also good the welcome and the room. The sea is really a short walk away and the beach is pretty.

Clean and in nice location, rich breakfast with fresh cakes. I had requested gluten-free products, no problem for breakfast, however on the property's advice for dinner better go to other restaurants because they are not properly equipped.
The top is definitely the private beach that allows you to enjoy the beautiful sea in peace even in the busiest times.

Beautiful clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Very nice private beach and particular compared to the rest of the shoreline. The staff were very friendly and nice. I recommend it for both couples and families.

We made a last minute booking by phone, 30 minutes prior to our arrival and got a very low fare for 2 rooms. The rooms are very clean and nice. After a trip to the marvellous city of Gallipoli, we spontaneously decided to spend an additional night at the hotel and the staff was very flexible accommodating us, even that one of us had to be relocated into another room. The breakfast was quite basic, but of good quality. In general, the staff is very welcoming and attentive.

We are happy to have had this experience, nn we are usual to give reviews, but all the context deserves acclaim and a heartfelt satisfaction for the reception, entertainment and all the services offered and made available in advance of our requests.
In this moment of mere selfishness this hotel with all its task force of staff from the women on duty to the staff at the reception headed by the owners, have shown a high sense of attachment to the profession, completeness, love towards the unconditional availability.

My experience… TERRIBLE! Although we paid for a room with its private jacuzzi, when we arrived, they told us that the jacuzzi was broken and that it was going to be repaired on the next day. Every day, we had to wait for the next day. Two days prior to our departure, they told us that it would be repaired in 15 days… The only beings that got to enjoy it there, were the dead insects that were floating in that pool from day 1 (see pictures). Very lethargic people. Constantly blaming these inconveniences on the fact that we are vacationing in Italy. Compensation was not readily offered, but rather had to be run after also. Clearly, the hotel owner does neither know how to do business nor understand how to treat his clients. One sentence: no place to recommend!

Comfortable hotel in strategic location, great breakfast with variety of homemade cakes and meals with all typical local products! Great variety of fish. Friendly staff and always helpful from lifeguard to owner all not excluded.
I highly recommend it!

A superior 3-star hotel that exceeds the level. The staff is very attentive and courteous. The restaurant is clean and the food excellent. Very clean and comfortable room with a great terrace with beautiful views of the open sea. 2 minute walk to the beach. The sea is crystal clear and clean water gorgeous, simply gorgeous.

Hotel clean and tastefully furnished, a beautiful view of the Gulf of Gallipoli, large terraces, some of the rooms are furnished with private pool with Jacuzzi, pamper yourself thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the owners and all his staff.

Definitely to recommend for a relaxing and delicious holiday! Ms McCluskey, who is a member of the Ra Lucia makes delicious and genuine cakes made with natural products and a lot of passion. The meals are tasty and typical of Salento, the staff courteous and prepared, exceptional cleaning, for those who want the sea is a hundred meters with private beach of the Hotel and nearby also the private shores with convention (Lido Le Canne). In short, it's to try!

Recently renovated offers well furnished rooms with all comforts and offers very large terraces and discreet for all tourists in holiday in lido conchiglie gallipoli's doorstep.
