➜ 😡 I strongly advise against this hotel because very bad value for money (poor service at a 5 star price! 😡 And the worst, advance payment, so in case of problem no room for maneuver for the customer! Not even entitled to an apology or compensation! At least 5 reasons not to go: 1) No generator of emergence in case of power cuts (frequent in high season) ; 2) poorly equipped rooms (uncomfortable bedding, noisy air conditioning and without night function, …) ; 3) Kind but disorganized and inefficient staff; 4) deco and view of the rooms rather ugly; 5) Failure to respect the wishes of customers. Heard, Mr. "Director"? 😡
➜ Fantastic place in the center of Gallipoli with reserved parking, we had the Lamborghini room and I have to say that it is really perfect to stay with all kinds of comforts, clean, huge and impeccable bathroom. Super professional and attentive service, perhaps the best I have experienced in places like this. We will definitely come back, Highly recommended indeed! Super!

+++ what I liked All the people who work in this hotel are so kind and professional. It’s very important and I could put 1 or 2 point less without them. The view on the roof The breakfast is not bad but you have to
ask a lot of things The bed The room The location — — what is not good in this hotel The price is huge for the experience. For the same price you have better hotels you have the bar or the kitchen above this room and we here the noise from the ceiling and from the door. Don’t take the 2nd floor room :) soundproof doors are not efficient. You hear all what’s happening in the corridor including vaccum cleaner The view of the bedroom is horrible. We can see the bins and an antenna on the balcony… The swimming pool is not a swimming pool because it's impossible to swim inside with this little size. In the photos it looks like a big swimming pool… More other the water is cold… The sport room is not good as well. It s not 5 stars hotel quality here…
