New and super cozy structure, very nice décor and great cleanliness. Very quiet location and not far from the center and beach of Porto Cesareo.
The shared kitchen is very welcome, free water bottles and coffee pods are available every day.
The owner, Mrs. Monica, kind and helpful.
Possibility to park the car in an affiliated parking lot next to the property even if there is easily a place on the street.
If we return to Porto Cesareo we will definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this property, located in a great location. Equipped with every comfort, cared for in every detail with impeccable cleanliness. We couldn't find any better. The owner a very kind and helpful person. Grade 10+ to be returned to it.

I have been for two consecutive years in this property and I have always felt very good. Beautiful rooms looked after and clean. The location is great within walking distance of the harbour shops and restaurants. Council.

Objectively speaking, the structure is brand new construction, really beautiful and very well made and cared for.
What impressed us the most (despite being in August and in a busy week) was the immense availability of Monica (the forward).
Clean in every place, nothing left dirty, bright and fragrant baths, really large and unique room, much better even than some 4th hotels.
The property is very close to the center (say walking were about 200m not even 5 minutes…)
Instead the nearest beach is 100 meters and I was impressed that you can safely "choose" whether to stand on that of sand or pebbles, as they are bordering and you have a unique comfort, as it is also spacious.
Very close there is everything: post offices, supermarkets, bars and tobacco.
Truly a relaxing holiday.

We stayed in one of Monica's apartments, person of an exquisite kindness and friendliness always available for anything. Apartments furnished with good taste. Style. Clean. Equipped with any comfort and very functional very close to the center of Porto Cesareo. Very recommended!
