A short stay very positive. Impeccable hospitality of Roberta, which he also recommended restaurants in the area. Also they were very understanding and available views of the needs of the parents with two small children. Unfortunately we did not enjoyed the breakfast being to leave the following day very soon. The rooms are very elegant, the palace is beautiful, the location perfect to reach the points of interest of the city. Not c and elevator. The price is maybe a little above average. But it was clean.

Avoid staying at this hotel. It was, by far, the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Communication was nonexistent from the start—when we arrived, no one was there to greet us, and we spent the entire day waiting for a response from the owner, Louisa, whose behavior was extremely rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. The overall attitude made the experience feel hostile and deeply uncomfortable.
The room itself was completely misrepresented. It was outdated, dirty, and had clear signs of pest issues, which made it uninhabitable. We had no choice but to leave immediately and find alternative accommodations, disrupting our travel plans.
There are far better options in the area that offer clean rooms, fair pricing, and professional service. Based on our experience, this property felt unprofessional and unreliable, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
