For you who will read the post, know that it will take a few minutes because I would like to describe every aspect. If you are celiac is a useful review for you too!
We start from the beginning, from the first visit with Antonio, who with great professionalism, empathy, delicacy and elegance, showed us the wonderful structure leading us, step by step, to the wisest and most beautiful final decision.
I continue with the test and tasting and meeting with Nicola, special person, available, a source of calm for agitated spouses, always available to listen and ready to dispense useful advice, but also to welcome all desires and doubts. Throughout the preparation he was incredibly patient and responded to every email (compatibly with working hours) always with great care. There are no other words to describe the person he is, he made us proud of the choice made!
The wedding day was perfect. Together with Michele and Donato, with grace and sweetness, we were accompanied without haste or pressure and with impeccable times throughout the fabulous itinerary, I repeat, always with smile and dedication.
The staff of the waiters of both the reception and the restaurant for the next girono, also special and impeccable, smiling and arranged, but a note of merit goes to our “guardian angel” Elisa: always smiling, attentive, very nice and sunny, face that exuded positivity in a girono already in itself Special… really good, a real treasure! She followed us in every meal to perfection, very good!
The staff at the reception, helpful and attentive guys, also allowed us to find some objects that were lost during the ceremony.
Now let's move on to the location and the food.
Fabulous Location! Our wedding was held on a mild evening in late August and the effect was from Goosebumps. We received compliments from all the guests, certainly from those who were not used to our Apulian views, but from those who live in our region and therefore used to finding a trullo running through the country roads, well, that was the greatest satisfaction! The pool area then, was an emotion pazzesca… il cutting cake under the oak tree with lights and decorations impeccabili… li the guests were taken by great surprise and emotion.
As I said at the beginning we were lucky that on our most beautiful day there was no rain, but they explained from the beginning all the plans B, c possible in case of bad weather.
Food. My wife is celiac and among the guests there were several celiacs, well chef Antonio has created a menu of appetizers almost totally glutee free De Li uncle SO (only obviously oven and fried it was impossible to make them live, but still they received distinct dishes coming directly from the internal kitchens for reasons of safety in non-contamination). We received compliments from everyone, but especially from all those with food intolerances and who (usually) have difficulty finding food in a wedding, from us they found a choice on par with the non-intolerant guests and this is due to the aforementioned Chef. Raw sea fresh and abundant, first and Second Crazy, buffet of sweets abundant and perfect.
Note of merit to the pastry chef Antonio who made a wonderful and excellent glutee free cake!
Costs and services: the cost/services ratio is for the benefit of the latter! The price per guest is super competitive with other facilities in the area, but the quality and above all quantity of services included, as far as we are concerned, has really made the difference in the choice.
What else to say or add … nothing, just let yourself be carried away by this structure, I assure you that it will be worth it.
