I start by saying that I have never written negative reviews to any hotel or residence since I respect the work of others but here I can only share my experience that will probably serve especially the owners to improve.
What is mainly lacking is the friendliness on the part of the staff and I speak of the one at the reception (except Alexander) who from the first moment were hostile and unkind.
We arrive at the property late in the morning and certainly did not ask for the room having arrived before check in but we expected at least the chance to SEDERCI in the pool. Not only are we denied this possibility but we also find that the sea is not 300 meters as it says but the young lady tells us that it is 3 km away and when we move to go to see the beach from them we find that it is not 3 km away but at 5 km and it is not even a private beach but a beach that can be accessed by anyone so much is that we could not find parking because it is too crowded and the sea is bad.
After a few hours I decided to call the property to see the availability of the rooms and a room was available but no one had alerted us despite knowing of our presence! After a few hours they give us the second room but it was on a different floor from the first despite having booked both with the same name and to my question: "isn't there a room near the first one? " … They said no! And 10 minutes earlier, they had assigned the room in front of mine to another person.

Honestly from a 4 star you expect much more, besides The high prices the rest does not seem up to me … some rooms a little dirty others less.
Positive notes I would say the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the breakfast quite varied and the pool pretty. Beautiful structure but undervalued.

What about great location to reach any destination.

Small pool but surrounded by greenery.
Only sin railway near but if one is asleep does not even hear the cannons.

This is more like a motel. Most things are half tired. Noise is an issue and our ac did not work. The photos give an impression it is much more luxurious than it actually is.

Beautiful. We stopped for the night. Despite the bad reviews on the train we slept great. Staff. Breakfast By the way: we brought our puppy with us which was fine.

Great location for this hotel. We really enjoyed it. We were in 7. We didn't have any problems. Beautiful The sea view from the place where we had breakfast. Pity about the pleasant little time that denied us the beauty of the sea. All very friendly. Definitely will be back soon in this property. Experience to repeat. Moderate prices and service to the height.

Very well organized hotel, internally and externally. Great for a B&B to work or to celebrate a recurrence. Management and staff are friendly, prepared and welcoming.

Excellent location, courtesy and helpfulness. You get in the car but there and their shuttle on request. Immersed in greenery. Good food. Small comfortable swimming pool.

The hotel needs a paint stroke, for the rest it is correct in the standards of the range.

They have comfort rooms and suicide rooms… you pretty much overlook the red arrow that passes you 5 yards away.
For the rest… nothing is enough this.

Good value for money quality… friendly and sympathetic staff, maximum cleanliness, comfortable outdoor parking (also for motorbikes) well guarded, generous and quality breakfast, restaurant with varied menu and sufficient goodness. Excellent starting point for the visit of the Apulian Murgia and Bari.

I recommend it. Secure parking, great service and nice rooms. The restaurant service I didn't use it I can't say.

Unfortunately they felt the conversations of the neighbors in the room despite speaking in a low voice. Apart from that, and the "wrong" arrangement of the rooms themselves (shared wall between two rooms: in my room there was the bed while in the other there was the bathroom of the neighbor) the food is divine!

Hotel more than discreet, excellent sea view, good services including the swimming pool, comfortable parking, courteous staff, breakfast varied and plentiful. Also excellent cooking in variety and preparation of courses. The only real fact is the distance from the sea (about 500 meters) and the area too peripheral compared to the center of Gant.

We only had to stay one night. But given the welcome, the kindness, we stopped again for a few days. Absolutely not recommended. Everything is perfect. Both the breakfast and the rooms are very comfortable. Very kind operators but in particular Fernando who gave us great advice. At the first opportunity we will return.

A hotel with a view of the sea.
We had a birthday party and we found it to be more than good. Excellent service and quality food served in impeccable manner. Great availability on the part of the manager who has taken charge of all our needs. Recommended.

The hotel is located a 5-minute drive from the historic centre of Giovinazzo. It offers a very interesting quality-price ratio. The big highlight is the extreme friendliness of the staff. Far beyond a simple sense of service… The hotel has free parking and breakfast is included in the room rate. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. A downside: the noise. We had a room underneath the restaurant where a party was being given… (If you can: avoid the first floor) And, moreover, we still hear quite well the train that passes just behind the hotel… For the rest, the terrace offered a nice view of the sea, the room (quite spacious) was clean and equipped with a small chest, the bed large and comfortable. All in all: a very pleasant stay!

Very very good, Excellent hotel but indeed, a bit far from Bari. Do not hesitate to visit Giovinazzo nearby…

Only a merit: the staff, for the rest a single crap. All stained carpet, mildew near the Rermoconvettore attacked even crooked, stinking pillows, hygiene that leaves you wanting. 4 stars? Are we kidding?! Maybe once! The first day on our arrival the suitcases door went into pieces, I had to keep the suitcase x Earth, I asked and requested Anke a chair X can support it but the answer has always been: we are repairing it. One more time? It was seen that had been repaired at least another 5/6 times, give him proper burial! I repeat: only the staff is 4 stars x the rest if they put 2 stars is more appropriate.

Although the hotel is a little tired it is very clean. The staff are excellent and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. A very good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Very pleasant experience with such nice staff, comfortable room, great airconditioning, free ample free parking, beautiful quiet view of beach across the street and just on the northern edge of Bari. Thank you for a hospitalible stay. We really enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast!

Nice quiet location by the sea, good value for money, comfortable bed and GREAT air conditioning which in the summer in southern Italy is much appreciated! The staff are friendly and helpful — the pool is very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Room is big and clean — we have a view of the sea (across the street and partially blocked by trees — but we were only on the second floor — It's an older property but nicely maintained for all the important things. Free parking good Wi-Fi good breakfast with plenty of choices and the price is reasonable for the are. The only down side is the train tracks are right behind the hotel but the insulation is good and the train is not too frequent — the problem more is getting into Bari when there is traffic… because there are few places you can cross the train tracks but if you are a tourist and not in a hurry… then it's fine. I think you would need a car — it's on the NOrth side of Bari and far to walk to the city center but great for quiet retreat — and those with a car or transportation. I would stay here again and admire the IBIS chain standards. Thanks to the receptionist yesterday morning for cheerfully finding us a room at 8 am (or maybe earlier) and allowing us to rest up before heading out for a full day of enjoyment in Bari and nearby areas!

Quite nice pool area. Bit of the beaten track can be difficult to find unless you have a good sat nav. Great view from breakfast room.

15min from the airports, room is simple but nice view to Liguria sea from the breakfast room.

Nice good tt and very polite and helpful staff including the ever-present manager.

Hotel a little out of the area, small but comfortable rooms well soundproofed, side rail in spite of everything, good breakfast, friendly staff and always present at every hour of the day or night, late check in accepted, restaurant closed on Sundays, bus stop at doorstep.

Nice breakfast, Sky, sea, parking. Landmark in the area.
