We just stayed at this hotel. It was very good eith excellent Reception staff. The only thing I dont think they have right is not having the bar in the hotel opened. You need to realise that not everyone wants to stay down at the beach bar until 12pm at night to get a drink. The bar should be opened in the evening for people staying in the hotel. Also why was there not any entertainment on in the hotel over the weekend, surely it wouldn't take too much to have some on for people in the hotel as it is some way out from either town nearby unless you have a car. Is this just an Italian thing. If you to take people in from the UK/ Ireland it would be nice to appreciate that this is their holiday and a bar in hotel and some music would be a good attraction. I do hope you take this feedback on board for visitors coming during the months of September.

The hotel is friendly and has everything you can want from an Italian seaside break staff so accommodating loved my viagio.

Beautiful place… From morning to night.

The hotel and the beach are very good and very well organized. They have been a very good surprise. The restaurant "Levante" is good but not special.

Great Room, great service, great pool.

I attended a wedding party, the food was perfect and also waiters were very polite. The view from the balcony is spectacular, by itself deserves a visit. This hotel also has a beach and a bar, which is pretty cool especially at sunset!

We should not come before the beginning of June minimum nothing is ready, pool not accessible pcq just treated (hum), beach disgusting the Sea also blow, customers confined in a corner of beach during the renovation of the rest of the site (smells of paint cement mixer noises drill of shovels etc the shipyard what) the staff is nonetheless nice.

Great structure with infinite potential, mortied probably by a management from the obvious incompetence in hotel matters… Too bad, maybe it's the case that the property comes back to manage it directly.

Super complete structure inside you can find: hotels, residences, villas, restaurants, private beach and parking… A little old, but unique on that coastline.

Located on the seafront of Giovinazzo. Excellent cleanliness. The hotel is not really new (see the presence of carpeting in the room that I do not love), but the renovation interventions are evident. The breakfast room eg is new, modern, bright, linear and clean. In a while definitely will deserve 5 stars!

I was there for work, I could not enjoy the facility at the piano scheme but I can vouch on the restaurant.
A fantastic cuisine and a nice presentation of the dishes.
I would gladly return.

The points in favour are the convenient location to the road, outside the traffic of Bari, close to the airport and industrial areas (for those who travel for good work) ; The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, many have been working here for more than 20 years; The tranquility and direct access to the sea with a beautiful view over the city of the beautiful town of Gant.
Do not underestimate the kitchen, if in the evening you do not want to wander around here you will not be disappointed.
The rooms are clean and spacious although not modern.
So when I'm in the area I'll stay here gladly.

Except for the Wi-Fi connection in the room, everything was very good! Big and great hotel and resort. Good food, friendly staff. The rooms and the grounds overall very clean. The hotel rooms are partly worn out, some repairs are due.

Nice place that unfortunately we did not have time to fully utilize. Solely an overnight. One unfortunate fact is costs more to get get to the airport from here because it's in another section of the city even though it is close.

The personell were really nice and kind. Had few issues with room though but nothing major.

Bad place, I was there at an event and the I was sick the next day, just now I read the other reviews and known how many have given 1 star… will it be a coincidence? To have looked after it, I would have spared myself a very bad experience.

Old equipment, not everybody from the stuff speaks english, hotel restaurant is not opened for the whole day. If you are leaving early before the breakfast time and ask for the snack package, you will receive couple of cookies and apple. On the otherside they will arrange you taxi or shuttle bus and the hotel is clean.

Good place to spend summer days in Bari, small beach, 2 swimming pools, good restaurant, friendly personel.

Nice place, but too noisy, the beach could be better but is free. No grocery or smth near the place. Ants in the room. Great stuff. Cleaning is one a week. Mostly OK.

I chose the facility for my remote wedding with guests from Bologna. They were very nice and helpful. Happy guests and newlyweds helped in all needs. Fantastic Experience.

This is located a few kilometers north of Bari. We had a car and it made it easily accessible. It is located just off the autostrada and has good signage. There was plenty of free offstreet parking. The location, being somewhat removed from the city, felt very safe and secure. It was a quick overnight stay. The staff was friendly, bilingual, Italian/English and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a pleasant offering of breads, pastries, cereals,, juices, coffee/chocolate, cheese, cold cuts, and boiled eggs. We visited before the busy tourist season and allowed for a more casual visit. The coastline on which the property is located is beautiful. Some of the facility is a bit dated and appears to be undergoing upgrades. We we unaffected by any detrimental effects.

Clean place. Good food. Really nice beach. Too far from the city but there is a bus connection with the station almost in front of the resort, just need to ask at the reception the bus timeline.

Hotel and Pub. Situated on the Adriatic coast in Bari. Cozy and well distributed. With a nice beach. Cosy and clean rooms, although due to some unruly customer once my family and I stumbled across a room used by a smoker, terrible. Promptly changed from reception despite the late hour in which we made the request.
Very good restaurant. Wide open spaces, parking, bike-rent and tennis are also available.

Room was neat and clean. They had someone at the front desk who spoke English very well. The pool was huge! Beachside was not the fluffy sand beach I was expecting but there is a cement area up higher for sunning. The beach side restaurant had prompt service and I loved the vegetable and salad self serve selection! Husband had pizza which was ok but not wow. Saw someone come out of the sea with scuba gear and spear.

Spectacular place! You feel like a castle. Very nice and refined them. Perfect for birthday parties, communions and weddings.

Is very nice nice rooms just missing the beach with sand.

Now a pub who said her. A makeover wouldn't hurt. And especially an improvement in service would be crucial.

The day 8/11/2015 we reconfirmed our wedding vows at the Hotel Riva del Sole Giovinazzo. Despite the rainy day, with a little luck we were able to celebrate the rite on the terrace of the beauty of the stars. What can I say. A great atmosphere; The violins, the sea, the colours of the sky: a perfect Union. The elegance of the décor and professional staff have framed the magnificent event.

Just got back from 2 weeks holiday durations well unfortunately! I assure you that those who write positive things is surely relative or friend of someone! This place is close! really sucks! I don't know how to define it another way! my vacation was ruined! Dirty rooms and carpeted years 50, never washed! the cleaners the spazzolavano with the broom! my mother when he entered the room he had bouts of itching at any price! the finestre scuffed, old, could paint them and place them before inziiare the season! The clichés are dirty. I left specifically to land a cigarette butt and remained there a week! you wouldn't believe! the beach shocking! what you see in their advertising has nothing to do with reality … is a quay of pebbles dirty! where there are no rules of any kind, first come first serve, every day they had to steal another's chairs to accommodate us. Inadequate staff at most, probably farmers who until the day before they gathered olives in the fields! constitute really mad! I worked all year and I was hoping to make a dream vacation! given the price paid!

I celebrated my 18 years, everything was fine apart from the music, the dj has been able to do his job properly, as unable to entertain guests and for not having listened to the requests of the birthday girl. So I think the price for the dj was excessive, as there was the possibility of choosing a dj from us, but were imposed by "Riva del Sole", which disappointed us greatly.

Beautiful weekend
We purchased a coupon on internet, 99 Euros including accommodation, breakfast, couple's massage and lunch on 25 April. We weren't expecting much at that price and all very good and Nice. Mega nice facility if rather neglected outside, inside instead everything very clean although furniture a bit dated, but still fully functional. Rich and varied breakfast of good things. Very relaxing massage and lunch was the icing on the cake. We expected to eat in the hotel instead to surprise we had lunch at the restaurant "le terrazze sul mare" a fantastic restaurant with sea view. Here all very modern, nice and friendly staff and the food plentiful and fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

the food sucks, the waiters grumpy, especially the bald Francis argued with colleagues, and to put it to work in the countryside with the pigs in the room there were also young guests, called magnotta.

I stayed in September with my family.
I was fine, clean and quiet. Close proximity to airport of Bari Palese, I used the shuttle provided by the hotel. Walking distance to Miragica where I took my children.
Hotels 4 stars all deserve.

Probably more than 2 star reviews are fake or are relative to the previous management. Rooms old and dirty carpet, room cleanliness inadequate (not to mention the bathroom) rude staff, high prices, poor restaurant which in reality is nothing but a selfservice buffet for 25 Euro per person! The beach is nothing but a concrete dock left abandoned. Really bad.

Kitchen not really bad because the service and the cashier. Do not listen nor problems created x try to improve. It is not from Puglia.

Just arrived today from Greece, there was a hotel half the price and is so much more comfortable. If Italy 89 euros for a room for two it's okay, I'm going back to Greece.

An agreement with miragica (playground), this hotel knows what is hospitality.
