Really excellent, great value for money. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Clean and well-kept rooms and outdoor areas. Varied and quality breakfast with staff attentive to the needs and tastes of the customer (a special thanks to Mr. Elia, always courteous and professional). Strategic location to visit the wonderful places in the area, ample free parking.

Perfect breakfast, the gentlemen we needed are exceptional people, always with a smile and wondering if we needed anything.
At the reception Antonella is fantastic. Never a word out of line, always with a smile, always available… we seemed to have known her for years. You're great. Like the nice gentleman who checked us out.
Then the cleaning ladies were the ones who struck us the most; efficient to the maximum; the time we went to have breakfast and found the room tidy and clean.
Thank you very much for everything and sure that we will return to visit this wonderful land in this fantastic property.

Cleanliness, order, kindness and friendliness are the watchwords. The restaurant bakes delicious and tasty dishes. The rooms are large and elegant. All in a luxurious setting.

Do yourself a favour, if you are in the vicinity of the caves go and eat here! I recommend the starter of the house, a real discovery of authentic and naturally good flavors. I felt like I had my grandmother in the kitchen (and that's the best compliment I could ever do). Welcoming and precise service, you notice the attention and passion they put in this place.

A great place we stayed with the whole family. All the staff were always friendly and helpful. Clean and well-appointed rooms. We will definitely be back.

We fittato a suite located in a trullo, for 120 euros per day, and mail at the swimming pool of the hotel is very elegant, then to have a lot of problems imminentemente reported to reception but not resolved in all 3 days of our stay. The first problem was the lack of cleanliness inside the bedroom where it was only re-made the bed, then the second problem was the TV in the bedroom, suddenly, he lit up alone, still another problem, even if I've previously disclosed, my wife unfortunately suffering from multiple sclerosis and was in need of heating during the night, TOTALLY ABSENT, even if every morning we would talk and at the reception desk during the night was very cold. Last bad thing was that we had booked a wellness massage for my wife where, the same reception, had confirmed the hours of 18.30, a few minutes before we were at the lounge where there was acceptance where the employee of the same informed us that the spa treatment was postponed to 19: 30 without prior notice. What can I say? A lot of money and no services. Unsatisfied totally. At the end when we went away we explained all that happened to the responsible at the reception, the same is there: I'm sorry… THANKS!

Clean Hotel and courteous staff very close to the caves of Castellana which you can easily reach on foot even if from a 4 star I would have expected more cared and less dated rooms.

I would like to spend a few more minutes to tell my experience in this fantastic, great place to celebrate every kind of recurrence, staff courteous and attentive to the needs, always present in the room asking and always verifying in person the Unfolding of the day. Great food and not miserable, we had a great day myself and my guests all pleased with the choice of the place. And not to miss in the end a nice surprise, an additional discount on the price agreed, certainly to return and to recommend.

We just stayed at this property. Very nice. Clean. The dinner was very delicious. I still have the water! The breakfast really good and varies everything really. Satisfied!

Nice location you really eat very well. Nice and also cared for the garden. Courteous and professional waiters, we really spent a nice day there.

Everything is excellent from the service of the rooms to the restaurant that has some really delicious dishes and the service offered by Gaetano is truly unrivaled!

Wonderful Hotel I came back from a few hours from the weekend with my fiance, and I can say that we are satisfied both for the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the spa service and finally the restaurant.

Very nice staff, always with smile and super helpful for any information. Very nice and clean room The SPA is small but really well organized, perfect for a couple; Also because you can access it only 2 at a time. Complete and absolute relaxation. Super Breakfast provided and the fact that there is a bar where coffee and cappuccino are made at the moment gives even more value to the whole! Normal lunch. We have been satisfied, we recommend it and will be back! :)

Alberto located a few steps from the entrance of the Grotte di Castellana. Very nice professional management prepared to welcome an international clientele, with a satisfactory wellness centre. Good and organized is his restaurant.

Unfortunately the New Year's Eve dinner was not up to par. Poor quality food, maybe except for the appetizers, which were not bad. The first ones were unpresentable. Animation from Geriatrics Department: presenter/DJ not up to Par, the singer was very good but alone can not raise the evening. I would not stay here again, especially considering the €80 per person. Shameful the sweet. I'm sorry, a star.
