Great place to visit the caves as they give you the opportunity to leave the car even after you leave the room. There is no elevator to the rooms on the first floor. The rooms are clean minimalist but the bathroom is really small with the door opening inside. Courteous staff. Simple bar breakfast with croissants.

Very close to the caves. It looks like a tourist spot but you eat great with great value for money. Tourist menu with orecchiette, chop, fries and super fresh fruit salad at 13 euros.

Excellent rustic food, as you rarely remember in the dishes of our grandmothers… A dream sauce! Welcome, education and sympathy… Clean and healthy stuff! We return willingly! If you pass through the caves, don't let him escape!

Coming out of the caves of Castellana, we stopped to have lunch at this restaurant, which overlooks the entrance of the caves. Good clean good-looking local, eatable dishes. But we go to the prices: 1 rice dish with butter €9! 1 bottle of water from 1lt €2, 1 cup of Macedonia €3!, we also took a set menu in tray from €12, with pasta, 1 small meat roll, 1 small portion of chips and 1 small Macedonia, coffee there is the they did as well pay 1, €5 CAD.
I would say the prices are to be revised!

Handy place to have a cool drink or coffee while waiting for a tour of the caves. The coffee was very good and the beer very cool.

The most good coffee a Castellana. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and fragrant bathrooms. It also offers bar and restaurant service.

Here I decided to stop at lunch due to the proximity to the caves, my girlfriend and I took a caprese and a plate of Caciocavallo of Martina Franca with pears and walnuts and water to drink.
The Caprese was nothing exceptional but not bad, instead the Caciocavallo was great, the same can not be said of the bread that they served though, high then the olives that we were offered just sitting at the table.
Fast service But we were only in 2 tables, clearly the place is touristy, not striking for the good looks, however it is clean and in emergencies you can eat.
Total expenditure of €25, 00 for a caprese and a dish of caciocavallo with water, is a tad too much.
Just in case of emergency!

I was in August 2012 and it was an embarrassing experience dirty hair everywhere, genuinely want to quit
Only positive and close to the caves.

Restaurant: generous and genuine dishes. Hotel: basic but functional, perfect for visiting the caves, excellent starting point for the entire region. Economical.
