Great hotel welcome and exquisite food… we had a great time in the indoor pool and with the animators. Thank you for how to work professionally.

We stayed in the period of August 2020 and found a staff that excellently handled the covid situation. From breakfast to dinner an extensive menu that fully met our expectations. All I have to do is wish everyone well and see you as soon as possible. Ettore Fumaselli.

We were 3 days! very nice hotel and helpful, entertainment very nice and not pushy, attentive staff, beautiful swimming pool and several choices for meals and super breakfast! I recommend it to all!

I stayed at this property for 10days in August. I am very satisfied with my choice: they were always very nice, both the reception staff (Marco in particular), and the room staff. Great cuisine too plentiful. They organized a beautiful outdoor buffet on both the night of St. Lawrence and the day of August. Discreet rooms. Large indoor rooms and swimming pool. Great value for money.

Great hotel, very clean. It is not recent but in good condition. The breakfast was good and the food was great. Nice pool Although water a little too murky.

Great place to spend a pleasant weekend on the snow, accoglievole staff, and nice location, maybe the only thing that left me to want is the shower.
As for the gastronomy, the taste of the dishes was great.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Structure in a little outdated but spotless which offers all the services and comforts of a four star hotel. It has a games room, bar, disco and a large heated swimming pool. The restaurant is of a good standard and the portions are more than adequate. The staff are friendly and helpful. You breathe a quiet and familiar air.

I stayed at this hotel and I was not happy with some things especially since being four star I had higher expectations…
What disappointed me the most was the cold food and the hot drinks. As for the rooms they were heated and this is perhaps one of the few good things… the showers were very cramped and the décor (not just the rooms) was quite old… pity because it is a very large and rich structure of potential.

Rooms are spotless; the Staff were kind, smiling and helpful both in the dining room or at the reception. Large selection for meals, breakfast is top! Service, rental ski cost-effective, practical and. Managers Danilo and co. Garbatissimi. A special word to the leaders: thanks to Sara for having struck at the heart of our children; thanks to Gianni, Unless and to the legendary Nina for letting us entertain you and for us shuttled to and from the hotel, and for us also, and above all endured in our every need. Thanks guys we had a great time and … even if it sounds like a threat… we will return

Great hotel, very clean. It is not recent but in good condition. It was a very good breakfast. Nice pool Although water a little too cloudy.

Great facility. He responded fully to our family needs of 3 people including a 3 year old in the white week. Our son was very amused by the use of the heated swimming pool and the great entertainment. The staff was wonderful. Definitely.

Nice structure But a little dated (years 80), but well kept, clean, slowly remaking.
Strong point the staff by 10 and praise, polite and helpful, we were treated really well.
Superior expectations, ski pass and freight in the hotel, small and convenient boutique for sportswear, OK animation for children and adults.

All Nice but the hotel does not deserve the four stars of which it is fregia. Dated Furniture, bathroom with many necessary interventions, heating not homogeneous in the various environments. The Staff are very friendly and helpful, however, and interesting position both in relation to the country (1, 3 Km. ) and to the ski fields of Campo Felice and Ovindoli.

Excellent food, very comfortable rooms, very friendly animators and spotless pool.

It is a beautiful structure, perhaps a little old-fashioned, very elegant and clean. It has many amenities, a beautiful swimming pool, the shop is very well equipped and we used it several times. We did it in the hotel ski passes and rented skis by avoiding file and moves! Food very good, varied and plentiful, the waiters courteous and always available, very good all the animation team… with games, drink and the baby dance… I recommend it to everyone!

Everything excellent: Location, staff, entertainment, kitchen, cleaning. The place is fairy-tale, the staff and to be courteous is attentive to every need, the animation is not nagging, but always ready to make us spend pleasant moments, especially for our child Kristian 5 years, the cuisine is rich and varied and, in addition to being among the best we have tasted, unforgettable, a tribute special to Besnik, but all trained, cleaning of rooms and common spaces in a 5 star hotel, clean, three times per day. Also, our German shepherd, has been received with all the honors. I gave it 5 stars because it is not possible to put 7. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

On the good day we were given on our arrival with the entrance to the room at 16.00 (we had been indicated in the quote but we were reassured by phone that by 11am the room would be available) but it was not so. Very rude staff and not attentive to the needs, especially towards children. Rooms are outdated, moolto spartan décor. The highlight is the bathroom: bath in very bad condition (also hygienic) peeled ceiling, cobwebs in the corners, old and stained taps. We used the pool and on our return to the room (6 pm) we found the room (and corridors) frosty, with a small child we took refuge in the bathroom to warm it with the phone, calling the concierge for information we were told that the heating is central and would only be activated at 6.30… after we choked them as you can not adjust the temperature in the room. Food at the table and at breakfast in the norm, typical guest menu. I don't want to add anything other than the 4 stars who had convinced us to book in that hotel I don't know how they were assigned. And of course the price paid is for a 4 star! with comforts and a service… let's say shoddy!
We obviously only stayed one night in this hotel and I will definitely not bring my family to you anymore.

The room was very clean, excellent very nice animation there is a point Decathlon and swimming pool.

Very good, good service, and last but not least, offers the opportunity to relax with a quiet game of pool with friends, or why not. A nice ping pong tournament! Very satisfied from the rooms, well made and good services.

I've been there last year and we return again … then I was fine. Let's return to the group. Great for those with kids. Great for those without. Folks, I hope this year in animation staff equal to last year. What about … for the value for money is great.

We stayed at this hotel in Christmas period in three adults and a child. Warm clean and comfortable structure. Staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent proximity to the slopes can be reached by shuttle. We will return on new year's Eve 2016! Thank you to all the staff entertainers included! :)

We were guests on 25/26/27 January with our two kids, I recommend everyone to take advantage of this facility. Hotel spotless staff (a special praise to the waiters of a disarming willingness) food great and plentiful and excellent, comfortable spaces. Large room with two bedrooms, large bathroom, so will definitely be back.

Nice hotel with walls between rooms a bit thin. For the rest of the staff is unquestionable and the food nothing special.
