Left speechless by the arrogance of the owner. The guys in the room very polite and helpful. He doesn't deserve them.

Great stay, we spent 2 days in a climate of total relaxation, welcoming staff and very kind everyone, welcomed us as family, they recommended what to see in the area, they made us feel at home in the truest sense of the word. The kitchen was great, good and hearty dishes, nothing was missing. Clean and comfortable rooms, very warm. It's not a luxury hotel sure, but it has everything you need for those who want to relax and spend days in the name of tranquility and serenity. Great location, in the middle of the national park, near the chamois, very quaint place, 20 minutes from Pescasseroli and 30 minutes from the slopes of Roccaraso where we were, cheap prices for the services offered, we had a great time and definitely there Come back.

Family-run Hotel. The staff are always friendly and polite. Food is great. Essential structure, but very clean. Great location. It is sometimes possible to see deer grazing in the parking lot.

The owner is polite and the price very honest even if unfortunately I can not avoid to say that the hotel has necessarily to be restored and renovated.

A small hotel in the heart of the Abruzzo National Park, in a fantastic location on Lake Barrea. The family-run hotel is run by a very nice and very kind lady and her family. Always caring to do everything to meet all the needs of customers. The environment is warm and cozy. The rooms are simple but basic. In short, a place dedicated to relaxation and sympathy!

Courtesy, kindness, welcome for us and our dog Labrador! The place is lovely, you can do lots of things with the kids, enjoy breathtaking views, the wolves, the deer and the snow at Passo Godi with a rotating carpet for sleishes… we were in the structure during the bridge of December 8… we go back to Christmas!

I was in this property with a group of family, we were 12, the structure has many rooms for all your needs. If you decide to stay in this hotel, bring a hair dryer because the rooms are not equipped with them, but I assure you that the mistress of the house, Nadia is so kind and caring not to make you become aware of the small "defiance" of the structure. We will talk about his passion for this work for over 25 years and customers that, with time, have lost the poetry and the wonder of travel, too taken by the find in-room pay-tv, or the ultra-fast… hello Nadia.

Very friendly atmosphere the staff clean, comfortable rooms, home cooking of good quality. Council to spend a family weekend.

The hotel has a restaurant named trattoria casareccia, which I highly recommend. The menu is very simple, and the cuisine bad. The first available are inedible, the meat cooked wrong (in spite of the very high quality in the area). Fruit offered as a buffet. Rejected totally.

We stayed at this hotel for an August weekend. Quiet hotel in great location. Very close to the lake and the center of the country, accessible by a convenient walk. Beautiful then the village of Barrea, as well as the villages around the lake of the same name. Perfect as a base for hiking all the main trails of the park.

L'albergo dispone di un ristorante denominato trattoria casareccia che sconsiglio vivamente. Il menù è semplice ma la cucina pessima. I primi disponibili sono immangiabili, la carne cotta male (nonostante la qualità molto alta nella zona). Frutta offerta a buffet. Bocciato totalmente.

Outdated structure, mildew stains in bathrooms, decent breakfast, questionable dinner. There's a good girl who's an animator! Friendly staff.

Old, old décor, clean enough, in my room the toilet is not fixed to the ground, there is mildew in the shower stall. TV in room but poor quality. Restaurant only open in the evening. Breakfast was very good. Cuisine of poor quality and variety. Friendly and helpful staff. No covered parking, in case of heavy snowfall can be a problem.

Nice clean rooms and very friendly, accommodating hosts. We will definitely come back.
