Charming and beautifully kept up. Marta is a wonderful host. A must stay if you visit Sulmona. Parking was not a problem for us. Enjoy.

I can't Express how wonderful our stay with Marta was. She was a wonderful host and her property has to be one of the most beautiful in all of Italy.
The rooftop breakfast was always a wonderful way to start the day. She even scrambled eggs to meet our western pallets.
Many of the baked goods as well as the breads and cheeses were baked in her own kitchen and I have to say she is talented. Much of the other food comes from some of the local bakeries and it is all amazing!
within walking distance in nearly any direction in solona you will find amazing food, typical to the region of Abruzzo. Marta and her staff do not speak much English, as most people in the region. Google translate goes a long way here!
I seriously cannot recommend this B&B enough. A truly magical experience.

Nancy's breakfast is just wonderful and healthy served on the terras with gorgeous views of the mountains.
Do not miss this place when you are in Abruzzo, Sulmona Grazie mille Martha.

The rooms are amazing, spectacular views from the terrace during breakfast and the host, Marta, is very nice. The rooms have the charm of old with modern amenities. Spectacular location! We recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from a traditional hotel.

This B&B is the best of the Best. The room is tastefully decorated with much attention to detail, we enjoyed an evening wine on the balcony and enjoyed watching the street below. Marta is very pasionate about sulmona and providing a great service. Nancy provided an exceptional array of breakfast choices on the rooftop, which I must ad has stunning views… this B&B deserves 10 out of 10.

Picturesque Place friendly staff, beautiful bathrooms but interiors and furnishings to revisit absolutely!

Oh my… this place is absolute perfection. On a scale of 1 to 10, it's easily a 20. I mean, truly. From the stunning panoramas of the rooftop terrace to the warm stone walls of the room to the rainforest shower, this place really is as good as it gets. Imagine being able to craft the perfect B&B in your mind, all the elements are here. It's like vacationing in a dream. Seriously. We had originally booked only a single night, but upon arrival we realized it would be a sin not to enjoy this exquisite place for longer. And so we did, cancelling our other reservation in Tuscany. I'm not exaggerating, this B&B is so incredibly stunning. And the host, Marta, is absolutely wonderful. The only thing we could possibly want more of would be time to stay longer.

Lovely place. The terrace of the summer breakfasts above Sulmona, it seems to be in a fairy tale. Owner super friendly and attentive to any kind of detail. Magnificent rooms to say the least. Suitable for everyone even for your animal friends!

We stayed two nights for the trip on the historic train to the christmas markets. The place is delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful for any thing. All clean and fragrant, very satisfied.
