Family. You eat from god.

It manages almost all the old owner (a bit intrusive and attached to the money), but the restaurant serves good food, the room staff is polite and the economic difference with the full board is minimal. Not suitable for families with small children. The shuttle to the slopes is not free on request (as advertised), but linked to an ascent time and a very uncertain descent. The children's entertainment at the end of February was only on the weekend.

You don't expect a 4-star, average 3-star prices, but still as high as all the hotels in the area, bad day shuttle service departures and arrival for a fee, good food, large rooms but with dated décor, location away from the town, unprofessional reception.

Perfect place to ski, great meals.

A nice place, clean and welcoming, the added value is given especially by the staff in the room especially Mrs. Catherine and Mr. Damiano who are excellent in their work, kind and helpful.

Four stars for courtesy and kindness. We Were passing through a hot chocolate and they made us feel welcomed.

I was at the Bridge of the immaculate and I must say that they were welcoming with us The owners of the hotel very nice and good people… The style is not bad it is the classic Mountain hotel with décor all in real cherry wood and I have to tell the truth a very cozy hotel with a nice fireplace at the entrance which for me and my fiance is the top I also had a nice room with a huge bathroom and Always nice hot The radiators always turned on and then is near the center I recommend it to all greetings to Penny the handsome dog of the owners goodbye and thanks from Enza and Tony from Arcades room number 205 Tieri.

Excellence in cleanliness, in the kitchen (with the preparation of delicious dishes) and especially in the reception. The return is assured!

I gave it 3 stars only because the food is excellent otherwise 1 star but otherwise I and other 3 people with me nn coped well. We were in the hotel at the end of January, we had a room in which they entered draughts from Windows and there was possibility of finding accommodation in another room or another property, the solution was to add an extra blanket on the bed. And the owner denied the evidence saying ke our room was the hottest of the whole hotel, I don't imagine the other.

The facility is cozy and comfortable, the waiters always spotless, great food! the Director and the Director always helpful and courteous, then an excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel and the rooms always in perfect order. The animator umberto was the icing on the cake very sweet with children and very nice with everyone and it's not easy finding one animator who has many qualities.
