➜ We have cheated. We asked the exchange date of the coupon they gave us for the march 24 (the date chosen specifically by them and not by us). Then, this morning, after having taken vacation time from work, we have warned and they wanted to force us to change the date to 8 march. For 280€ they made a mess. Among other things, rude on the phone and rude when we booked the first time. If they didn't want to change the date we would have gone anyway on the given date at the beginning (as I have subscribed to in the mail), instead of their in doing so we have been promising us change, and annullandoci time of the booking. Luckily I have all the emails saved and also the phone call recorded. The paper sings. For those who want to read them in order to have certainty, please do not hesitate to contact me in private.
