Ottima location e posizione. Andrea gentilissimo, scelta straconsigliata.

Perfect room, clean, well finished and with quality material. Very perfect reception, Andrea was courteous, precise and present, welcomed us and recommended it to the best. If I ever come to Pescara I'll already know where to stay! I know you are working on another structure in a beautiful setting in the Maiella Park, which I hope to visit soon. Very well located in the centre of Pescara, 200 metres from the beach and in the main pedestrian shopping street.
Very good value for money.

We stayed in August and had a great time and felt comfortable.
The room was very large, modern and manicured in detail, the bathroom spacious, accessorized and with large shower.
Breakfast was served in a large area adjacent to the rooms, which although with quality cmq packaged products, and was also great the Alternative that is proposed, that is to be able to have breakfast in the bar nearby.
Great location, in the main course and close to the sea.
We were greeted by Andrea who was very helpful, she showed us some very nice and suggestive places to go, as an alternative to the sea.
In the future if there is an opportunity we will be back very willingly.

We returned yesterday from this property and enjoyed it very much, for the type of stay I wanted this choice turned out to be perfect… central position practically in front of foot lockers immersed totally in progress Umberto I" (I always only imagined virtually to be able to sleep in the center) was very pleasant, on the second floor of a building is born the b&b an apartment totally refurbished with modern but sober tones that do not make you forget the warmth of a pleasant relaxation; then you immediately enter an open space environment where we find a modern kitchen and accessorized with peninsula and three individual tables from two usable at any time of the day esemp. Boiler for a good tea or espresso machine; the property includes 3 rooms of course I speak of my No 2 a double with private balcony on umberto course, the room with minimal décor immediately suggests to a higher level to the usual bb in circulation is quietly placed in a position unpublished between a BB and a hotel, there is a lot of attention in the useful details from the 32" TV to the very comfortable king size bed, from the LED lights with motion sensor, to the private bathroom with large shower and crystal glass; air conditioning, safe, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, two comfortable cabinets, desk, clean and fragrant towels.
