Wonderful Place Amazing cuisine.

I was at the Norman for a birthday brunch today. Unfortunately I was feeling pretty sick as soon as we sat down but I have to acknowledge the amazing care I received from the entire staff. The manager on duty was amazing. She stayed with me the entire time as I was waiting for a taxi. She brought me cold water and dates and offered me anything I wanted. I will be back so I can experience what I hear is an amazing brunch. Thank you to the lovely staff for your care today!

Service made you feel invisible, thought they were doing you a favour. Food was fantastic but even with that factored in the service was aweguluh Guy.

Went for some drinks and a small bite at Dining. Spare of the moment after a long day of sightseeing. Recommended by someone could not passed the chance. Actually impressed with all the staff. So attentive to detail and friendly. Food was great and so were the drinks. I live in Asia so I know. My last day here before Jerusalem and glad I found it.

Luxurious, impeccable attention to detail, and beautiful inside and out… this is a place you stay if you want a special weekend away or are celebrating a Simcha. For our of town guests, this is an amazing boutique hotel that is ideally located close to Rothschild Blvd. If you're looking to be pampered, this is the place. Also a great place for drinks, coffee or dinner.

Perfect ambience. Fantastic food at the ALENA. Beautiful surroundings. Not too expensive but we brought our own wine to dinner.

Had great breakfast here. The food was great and the place is gorgeous. Service is a bit awkward (everyone is overdressed, especially considering that it's July in TLV).

This boutique hotel is fabulously located in the heart Tel-Aviv, and is a superb choice. Its breakfast is a true delicatessen, and all of the hotel's amenities are made with great finesse. The pool area at the top exhibis a worm urbanic skyline, and the overhall experience is highly recommended.

The food is very tasty and stylish. The manu somewhat limited. The wine is very expensive.

I was a frequent and very loyal guest of that hotel, and I also made a lot of “walk-ins” for breakfast when I wasn’t staying there. It never was a problem. But today we were trying to had breakfast at 8:30 am, the garden was empty, the rest inside was empty too and the hostess was looking for a place for us. After 1-2 min manager came and told her in hebrew “do not let them seat”. So she said to us “sorry we are fully booked and there is no places even for 30 min”

I forgot my shirt at another hotel. The Norman was the last time I wore that shirt. I wonder what my shirt is up to now? Think it remembers me? Do shirts have memories? Do I? What is a memory?

We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant — Alena — excellent breakfast! Great bouffant! Great service! Very cozy place and pleasant place. Highly recomended!

Situated In The Old Important Center Of The City Beside Rotchilde Boulevard Nearby The Most Important Alive Areas Of The City. Amazing Bar, Lobby, Restaurant and Open Garden. I Liked The Wine Bar In This Boutique Hotel.

Beautifully renovated hotel with trendy restaurants and a beautiful bar. The top floor restaurant serves delicious and very well presented Asian food. The Library Bar downstairs has amazing cocktails and you can also order food there. The restaurant downstairs also has a bar. The service was excellent. The whole place is so well maintained and beautifully decorated. The garden outside the hotel is very relaxing.

We ate at the “Dinings” Japanese restaurant at the Norman Hotel. The nice place, but very disappointing meal. The most dishes was very tasteless. And it was outrageusly expensive (about 800 NIS per 2 persons) for such small and not tasty portions. Not recomended, uniquely.

This is a true high class hotel and the stay is worth the money. It has international standards of service and design. Recommended for special occasions, Holidays etc. Would love to go there many more times.

I'm rating the restaurant only — Elena. Mediocre chef's restaurant that is sadly a bit overpriced in my opinion. The food is good, but not what you'd expect for the price of it. Not a big selection of dishes as well. Service is very helpful and pleasant. The Eclaire dessert was the highlight of the dinner. Most of our dishes felt over salty, over greasy or both. Sadly. We had the fried calamari and shrimps, the fish spaghetti and the tortellini.

Boutique hotel by definition! & By essence! Quite & cozy. One building got a very unique rooms. The other building, the majority of rooms is just too tiny and to simple, to be called boutique… Nice service no more then average. Two restaurants, The one at the first floor is just like any other fine restaurant around… The Japanese restaurant at the top floor is more then fine, they should've with the extremly high prices, the chef says it's the Dinnings restaurant sister from London… Great pool at the top floor, gym and therapy room as well. The most unique for my opinion is the quit sitting areas and the bar. You should expect some utilities/facilities problems… This is one of the Achilles heel this place have, in every room. But they get an extra for fast service. The managers are bit arrogants, you wouldn't expect it coming. We had some issues with the room utilities (twice) so we switched rooms (and saw some other ones). Hope you'll have a better experience (we heard we are not the only ones).

This has to be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The restaurant is very good, breakfast was tasty, and the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are really chic, and the area is also very nice.

Very good food quality wise but portions are small and the price is too high for small portion main dish.

The review is about the restaurant: Nice decor, friendly and good service. Better than expected in many restaurants. Loved the white ironed table clothing. However, food, very inconsistant. Some dishes were quite nice, others almost unedible. Like two pasta dishes we tried. Deserts quite tasty. The menu also is not explained properly and the seasoning is very unbalanced : tarragon everywhere. Lots of it. Still since it has great ambiance and potential, I will visit again. Hope the whole menu will be seriously upgraded till then.

Undoubtfully, No. 1 hotel in Tel-Aviv. Nested in the quiet Nahmani street, this pearl offers spacious luxurious rooms accompanied with very smiling service. The hotel's two restaurants serve exquisite food in a very elegant atmosphere.

Polite waiters. Great desserts. Cool location. Try all 3 restaurants. You will not regret it.

Excellent boutique hotel restaurant. You won't be surprised or delighted by the French Mediterranean cuisine which is merely well executed. The service and setting are among the best in Tel Aviv. There is better value for your money but you won't be let down if you go in with the right expectations, that is to be seen and served.

We stayed at The Norman for my 40th birthday trip. It was wonderful. I can't say enough positive things about the level of service from the staff there. They are outstanding. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The hotel is well kept and beautiful. I'd love to go back one day.

Celebrating my birthday yesterday — We had a drink in the Japanese restaurant and a Dinner in the French Restaurant. Everything was perfect, the place is beautiful, very warm people and excellent service, high quality and authentic food. One of the only places in Tel Aviv with very high European/French standards!

This review is about the bar — last time we went it was amazing. This time — not up to par. The cocktails were mediocre — not as fine and balanced as you'd expect from a place that aspires to be fine/posh. The food was also missing something — we've had an octopus salad which was bland and nothing like the fresh, tangy salad we ate at our first visit. The burger was a bit overcooked and the bun a bit burned…

Went to Dinings for a business lunch. Compared to the normal price tag, the business deal is affordable. However, price tag (without service) will stand on 150-170 Shekels. The food is super high quality, quantities are minimal.

A few months before I got married, I have secured a Special room in "Norman hotel" in Tel Aviv in favor of the night before the wedding, where I wanted to be photographed in the room with my bridesmaids and in the wedding day itself — where I wanted to be photographed with my future husband. On 08/09/15 (the day before the wedding), I arrived to the hotel at 21:00 pm, and the specific room that I ordered month before (pink room, because I bought an Accessories for filming) was not Reserve to me. After two and a half hours of arguments and crying (by me and my mother) in which the other things we were told by the hotel manager was: "if it's not right for you, you can go" I got another room that did not match what I've asked or wanted for the shoot that I have planned many months before…. If it was not the night before my wedding, and the photographers that supposed to accompany my wedding day, know they have to report in this hotel — I wouldn't stay there! On 09/09/15 (my wedding day) when we went to breakfast, we requested the room made up ahead for filming (which did not happen! ) and not only that, they expelled me While wearing a wedding dress at noon from the room and did not allow me to be photographed comfortably and even forced me to pay for laundry service and mini-bar that I didn't use at all!
