➜ We have just come back from Tel Aviv and have been very happy with this accommodation. The rooms are really small but you have everything you need and in the best case you don't spend a lot of time in the hotel, if you're in Israel before. The room was cleaned every day and was clean accordingly. The front desk staff was really extremely friendly and helpful. My friend lost his passport and they set heaven and hell in motion to support us. I would immediately stay in this hotel again.

The staff are liars and thieves. I stayed at Geula Suites from 20-28 June 2018. When I left I forgot to pack two shirts. I emailed Raphael Hotels and Gaby responded on 1 July they had my shirts. I asked her to mail them to me and charge it to the account on file. After three weeks not hearing a thing I emailed again on 21 July. This time Moe emailed me and informed me they were busy and would get back to me. After a week on 29 July I emailed again, this time not hearing a thing. Then on 5 Aug I emailed and asked if they would just be honest with me and tell me they were not mailing my shirts back. Never a word. Please look at the pics fo my room The first pic is the bathroom with mold growing in the sink drain. The next is the shower with mold all around the floor. This room is on the bottom floor and smelled of musk and mold. They least they could have done is mail my shirts back at my cost. They lied to me about this and can not be trusted.
