Very functional room small hic very lively area so noisy.

The rooms in the hotel are extremely tiny to the point when they become uncomfortable. There's no place to work on your laptop, there is no place to stand in the room and look at yourself in the mirror: there's a TV hanging right above the mirror. The AC is noisy. There is no also a bar in the building, if you happen to get a no room above it, you will not sleep, take earmuffs: you will be able to hear all the noise from the outside. Some advantages of the hotel include access to the roof, where you can sunbathe and closeness to the beach. Choose this hotel only if you're absolutely sure that you need specifically this one.

Nice location, friendly, and easy for a quick stay in Tel Aviv. Walls are super thin — we could hear everything happening inside and out at all hours. Bring earplugs!

Clean and confi, however, close to pub and noisy street noise till midnight ish.

Location location and the is really great, get out of the hotel and there are bars restaurants and nightlife. I wish I could have been there longer. Room and cleanliness absolutely good, even gave a whirlpool in the room.

Initially booked and informed check in was at 2 pm. We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm thinking we could get into our room. We were then informed that on Saturdays only check in was at 5 pm (it would have been nice to be told this in advance). The man that informed us of this was quite rude and we had the impression we were annoying him. We walked into the parking lot and were sitting in our car trying to find directions. A gentleman asked if we were staying, my partner explained (in Hebrew) that we were looking for directions and would move in less then a minute. Then same gentleman began writing our plates to charge us. Parking is a nightmare and if the check in is moved on the most popular day of the week for tourists, you might want to ensure people who are planning on checking in are aware.

Simple, affordable, great location, and friendly staff.

Very centrally located, small Hotel with a friendly and always helpful, front Desk staffed 24 hours a day. Our room was very small, without a balcony, but clean, daily cleaning and towels anyway. The Hotel has a huge rooftop terrace and the Breakfast restaurant is about 5 minutes walk in the pedestrian area, directly near the famous Carmel Market. In the immediate vicinity there is everything, like small Restaurants, pubs and nightlife. To the sea, there are no 10 minutes on foot. I would the Hotel recommend it, even if the room was something small for 2 weeks bathing/cultural holiday.
