Perfect location, really nice and helpful staff, the studio room is small but all you need, great modern bathroom, clean and great AC. Would come back any time!

Great hotel, 10 minutes walk from the beach. You can rent a bike at this hotel. Tel Aviv is very is a great city by bike. People where very nice at this hotel.

My parents stayed here for a week while visiting me, in the place was really nice. Nice clean rooms, there's wine and snacks in the lobby for free, and very nice service.

Found unflushed feces inside the toilet, not very clean room or hotel. Found black mold everywhere in the shower, weird smell, dirty walls and doors, sand in beds. Stains on pillows and beds. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Service Staff. Very Friendly Bedroom and bathroom was clean. Provided with towels, liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper. Kettle, refrigerator (no freezer) and desk in the lobby, free cafe/sugar and Water Cooler Good Wi-Fi signal in the room. Multi Channel TV Quiet hotel well located.

Very Nice staff, very helpful. Rooms have possibility to cook (small kitchen corner with sink, microwave and hotplate). Bathroom is fine, nice shower. Location is at busy region, close to the beach.

A very fine hotel at a pleasant price in Tel Aviv. Our room was already a bit busy, but the rest was really perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. It was always all clean. Our room had a small kitchen with it. The location is top and as a task there was a happy hour every day between 7pm and 9pm with free wine and snacks. Next Tel Aviv stay we do not need to look for a hotel, we will book the Dizengoff Avenue Hotel again. Thanks for the beautiful days.

Small and simple but very clean rooms in the center of the city for a very reasonable price. Friendly and forthcoming staff. The only minus is that it was quite noisy. Good value for money.

The location and staff were great. However, the hotel is much lower standard than shown in website pictures. The accomodation is dated, walls in the need of a paint, bathroom fittings were falling from the wall. One night stay is fine, but we left with the feeling we paid too much for what we had got.

Nice apartments on a very nice street with lots of places to eat and have fun.

The place is on one of the main streets of Tel Aviv a short distance from the Sea the rooms/mini apartments are functional and suited to the needs the cost is just the biggest flaw in the cleanliness… let's say ke you can do much better!

The location would not be bad but the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely modern structure.
The sheets and blankets they provided were stained and the bathrooms had not been cleaned.
The girl who received us instead was very friendly because she tried to fix our room problem as we had booked a double, but we found a double bed.
It would be very small to make it a top location.

My husband, daughter and I arrived two days ago from Tel Aviv and stayed one night in this nauseating "hotel" to call it somehow. It is a deception that they have in Booking; When you get there, it's terror. Disgusting, dirty, towels with black stains, my daughter's extra bed lasts like asphalt, the walls dirty and shattered. A real disaster! And even above, the man at the reception a surly, and with little care of the image and smelling bad. In short, thank goodness we only booked one night! I could not sleep …

I will say rather 4, 5 because the location is top, the staff and especially Julie (small care) very helpful but the rooms are not double glazed and even with the other rooms you hear the sound of showers and voices
The hotel is in a young place, full of shops and anything can be done on foot.

Good hotel, well placed in Dizengoff Street (street with plenty of bar and entertainment), but the wall is as thin as paper, we hear all night and there are a lot of activities at night.

Don't expect a luxury place, but it's ok to take a shower and sleep deeply. Basical services and nice people.

Very cool hotel. Clean and nice rooms, stuff was outstanding nice and helpful. By night there was a meet and greet with other guests they offered free wine and chips. Besides it's a short walk to the beach and it's situated perfectly in dizengoff centre!

The hotel was nice and clean. Location is really good at the dizengoff street where there is many shops and bars. So staff is realy nice and helpfull. Also it is not so pricy and you get for what you paid for. I would recomend it to young travelers because it is located in one of the realy bussy streets in the day and night.

Great lication in city center near sea and on main shopping street with 24/7 food store next door. We got a room for two with kitchen no. 106 — cozy, comfortable and quiet.

Best hotel in Tel Aviv! The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. The location is great — close to the night life, the beach, and on the same corner as a rental bike stand. The nightly happy our with free wine is a very nice touch, and the weather is always posted in the halls/stairway. I highly recommend this hotel!

Tiny functional rooms where the bed occupies about 50% of the room — good location in the white quarter, about 10 minutes to the beach.

Very good level of service/value for money and equipments for junior suites of 30 m2. A bit noisy, they should invest in double glazing as it is ideally located close to everything on foot at the corner of Dizengoff and Gordon.

Friendly helpful staff. Free coffee. Popsicles and cheap beers available. Spacious rooms. Perfect spot close to the beach, shopping, suoermarket, cafes and food. Loved it.

Katastrophy Managment Very loud never again. Every day other Price. Jewish Lady was friendly. Arab lady and arab guys over Shabbat lasy and not at the reception. One bill in Shekel the next day US. Manager woman is french and lives in Jerusalem. To expensive. Guest 402 smoked the hole night. Very poor.

Staff can not print a factura in US Dollars. Very poor chaotic receptionist. The 2 man at night wher not reacheble. The Yewish lady was excellent. The others our cousins are lazy unfriendly have not idea what receptionist means. Rega rega ok. I. Will. Never come back. 402 was smoking on erev Sukoth. It smell. Badly in. Room. 403 hole night. Too well placed! Comfortable Bedding.

Descent compact hotel. Daily cleaning next to super market… cooking facility available. No laundry. Best part is it is in the heart city. You can get everything.

Stayed two nights for the first time. No proper lobby or any form of amenities. But the rooms are much better than what you get closer to the beach. Excellent for a business traveller. It's all clean and well insulated from the noisy busy streets.

Room we had was tiny and claustrophobic. Location was good and staff were pleasant and helpful.

The manager blackmailed us! We had written a review in which he was not happy with and advised that unless removed we will not be refunded the money due to us. Unfortunately it went through twice, for the same days and name. We mentioned it to the manager and he said yes he would refund us. In addition, the manager knew for a fact we were staying in one room because he had to resolve the foul smell coming from the bathroom pipes. I removed the reviews and he has refunded us. Due to his unacceptable behavior we have decided to repost and include the blackmail. His behavior is legally considered blackmail! The hotel is more like a hostel feel. The building is dirty and needs renovating. The smallest details make a difference but it is obvious the owners do not care and want to invest any money. We called a few times to ensure we were given a room with 2 beds. Upon arrival there was 2 twins put together in the smallest space imaginable, not even a night table fit between the 2 single beds (hard mattresses). Huge dust balls under and around the bed. Dirty curtains, cushions, sofa, bed sheets stained, bath towels stained and torn, dishwashing sponge old, microwave burnt inside, small single range stovetop is very old and rusty, bathroom window does not have a curtain, dirty fridge… The manager replaced the towels and willing to replace the rest. I, the client has to go complain and show the manager all of this which takes up my time and makes my visit unpleasant.

No concierge was there and no parking for about 1 mile each side. Very tiny rooms.

Extremely kind staff, willing to look anything up for you in a jiffy. The rooms were impeccable and the windows blocked out 80% of the noise on Dizengoff. They could definitely use a few bus and train maps though!

All I can say after two visits to this hotel there is no where on earth comes close to staying in your own home when away from home. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Front of house staff are very responsive to any request for assistance I placed on them and never failed to deliver. A stay in Dizengoff Suites will leave you with very happy memories of being in Tel Aviv and leaving you wishing to return soon. Lest I forget the Accomodation is spotless clean and well appointed in the kitchen department. Good fridge etc,.

Convenient to everything and walking distance to the beach! The people at the front desk were most — friendly and extremely helpful. Fridge in rooms so you could keep things and cook them in the kitchenette to help conserve on expenses. Loved it.

My favorite Hotel in Tel Aviv! Great Location! Self catering with supermarket next door, Restaurants reachable in minutes, a good walk to the Ocean and to the City Center. Here you are at the Pulse of it all!

Very small rooms. Spartan conditions. But it is in the center of Tel Aviv. And it has low cast.

Totally renovated, beautiful room.
Service impeccable and very friendly and helpful staff.
In addition it is really close to everything. 5 min from the sea and plenty of pub goshawks.
