A very nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms and excellent views of the Mediterranean.

The dirt and hygiene of the entire place is a complete car crash, pubic hair in bed and dirty yellow stains over the bedding in a suite of more than 750 dollars a night, cockroaches dead in the pool kitchen and bar clearly visible to guests, stains over everything. Possibility of returning is zero.

Not good service for people that come for a whole day spa, no locker or a towel until the massage. We bought a whole day package including breakfast which is more expensive but we got no towels no locker and a whole lot of attitude from the receptionist.

Shocking service! Service at the worst level I've encountered! From all places I chose to celebrate my bachelorette party there with my friends, and I never encountered such contemptuous treatment in this hotel. Every month I am in another hotel, and in the most prestigious hotels that exist, and I pay my best money and I never had such an aggravation. The hotel employees insulted and humiliated me and my friends! I tried to complain to those who introduced themselves as managers and transferred me from one to another while two managers who introduced themselves as managers cut off the phone. I suffered so much that after two hours in the hotel we left! We were not ready to stay for another minute. At 9:00 in the morning we had to go through the hotel and hotel to find available rooms. We were so exhausted. As a bride getting married I had such a humiliating and unpleasant experience. They ruined my experience of being once in a lifetime. I DO NOT recommend you to choose this hotel! Get out of it! Worst service! And I turn to a lawsuit after what we've gone through.

Breakfast on sabbath Saturday was fantastic. Great variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. Pastries and breakfast sandwiches.

I was invited by my friend to the spa for my birthday. When we arrived we were directed to the locker room and then the spa. After changing into our cloaks we the masseuse escorted me to the room, asked if I could get the Swedish massage recived the answer that it was a fusion massage. One of the worst experiences for my birthday. Never again at such rates and low performance. To the room. I asked if I could have the Swedish massage was.

I did not stay in the hotel, but attended a bio medical conference in 2016. The served food for the lunches was of extraordinary quality. Environment spacey and all good for the 600 participating guests.

Other good 2 weeks at this hotel. Room 2as perfect looking over beach. Bar staff a little slow witted but for given. Perfect place to visit Tel Aviv. Will be back.

It's a great hotel! Friendly staff, comfortable beds and underwear. The view from the rooms is gorgeous. Delicious and varied breakfast. There is a pool, spa, etc.

The rooms are old and not worth their prices. However if you get a room with sea view, the and a balcony, the view will take care for a pleasant stay. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

The staff were very friendly. Room 1920 spacious and comfortable.

I really like this place, I have stayed a few time and I am sure I will come back. Rooms are spacious clean and staff are really helpful too.

Concierge was very helpful… looking up shows for us and helping us with postage stamps. Location gives good access to Jaffa and Tel Aviv city. Great to walk across and be on the beach front! The breakfast here is consistent we stayed for a week… so it did get a bit boring.

Beautiful hotel, very well located, several restaurants and cafes, a nice pool and friends who stayed there commented to me that the rooms are very good and the attention excellent.

We were there to celebrate my son's 11th b-day and they were amazing! One surprise after other, we will return for sure! Thank you all for making my son's b-day so amazing!

Not a bad hotel. The sea is nearby. The market is close by. The rooms are spacious. The balconies end on the 8th floor. Between balconies small transparent partitions and noisy neighbours can disturb to rest.

The spa is so so… They promised to be the coolest in Tel Aviv. What's that? The pool is not covered, on the street wind, here sit in a rest room with other clients… Steam room separate in locker rooms… Order for a girl spa, go along with her and Parishsja separately… And what do you call it?!
What I liked… Service, massage, bathrobes, champagne with a brought drink did not interfere, and in a shower to us in murzhskkju the locker room in an hour came running, after we have looked there.

Nice Hotel close to the beach. Prices are quite high though for what you get and the bar closes early. Overall a nice location but for that price there is room for improvement.

Great hotel, very nice and helpful staff, big rooms (slightly old-fashioned, but very clean). Due to our late arrival in the early morning hours we were very thankful for the possibility to order in-room breakfast until 12 am. The location is very nice with only 2 minutes to the beach and the old town is in walking-distance.

Nice hotel, but the eggplant restaurant in the hotel is not as good as it says.

Friendly staff as always. Rooms are spacious and clean. Necessary to book and outward facing room, otherwise quality of stay drops. I tried room service pizza, disappointing experience. They said 30 minutes, I figured they make their own pizza. Instead arrived in under 10. Frozen pizza just heated, absolutely bad. Never try room service for such items, ask first how it is prepared.

Thoroughbred, though not a new hotel. Restaurants (kosher), bar, shops, car rental. The sea is a hundred meters. Parking.

Hotel Grande, in front of the sea, the only thing to highlight is that the room temperature can not be adjusted to your liking, the TV is not smart TV, otherwise, correct.

The hotel is in a great location by the sea. It is in DESPERATE need of renovation. My room had 2 very small beds, which is below standard for this type of international hotel. The breakfast is very nice. Staff assistance is very good. We changed from 1-2 nights 10 minutes before check in, and they accommodated us even though they had a large group arriving day 2 of our stay. I don't know the cost of the hotel, so cannot judge the relative value.

Great looking hotel but alot of annoyances. The room we got didn't have enough beds so we had to be moved. Then on the last day the card stopped working. Changed it 3 times and still didn't work so security had to open the room. They told us to change the card again.

The concierge counter Mr. Nif was very helpful, not like others who just tried to sell you to join the tour, he was very nice and always smile when answering all your questions.

It has a variadisimo breakfast in a living room facing the sea, spectacular. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the lights are a success! The location of the hotel is also very good.

Well located hotel, wonderful views, rooms old while renovated planned, bathroom rebes renewed, beds but still very comfortable. We are here for the second time. Darkening through curtains o. K. However, light under the door occurs through … as well as noise from the aisle. Room cleaning top, but the service does not correspond to the stars and, above all, not to the price, which is clearly far too high and clearly overpriced. Breakfast very modest and quality of food as well as selection does not meet in any way a European and international Intercontinental standard …, coffee but good! Service also miserable, slow and not very friendly. Reception little friendly and suitcase service not available! Pool area acceptable, but water temperature too cold and could be heated for this time of year! In general residence disappointing for an Intercontinental! What a pity!

Location is amazing to go for a run along the beach in the AM, the lobby is beautiful, great service, but my room was quite dated (I had sea view). Bedding was so so, carpets were heavily stained, decor was dated, and to give an idea, the lights don't turn on and off using a key, which I haven't seen in years. Very nice hotel, but I preferred the Ritz Carlton in Herzelia, for example.

The hotel is very well located, with great views of the sea and the city, but the service is pathetic, from the front desk when you check in or check out, to the restaurant, room service, and the worst is the Bar. The bartender in turn, all with very bad attitude, no desire to attend or serve, and if you get to sit at a table, the issue gets worse, as they never urged to attend the customer. Truly in a shame of service in all areas…

Well-designed room but poorly distributed. Floor lamp with a cable that does not reach the outlet and does not puedr to move, therefore useless. TV that looks bad. Hard-to-access outlets behind furniture. No balcony.
With very little could be managed to solve almost all problems.

Probably the best hotel of israel. Great rooms, with a super views. The pool is great but unfortunately the restaurant closes at 5 o clock so dining at the pool will be lunching. Furthermore it's a wonderful location. However the staff could use a training in service dedication and friendliness.

We stayed for 3 nights during Rosh Hashana and had a great time. The room was of good size, spotless and well equipped. We had an unobstructed view of the beautiful Tel Aviv beach, so we used our terrace rather extensively. The food was delicious. Above all, service was impeccable, exceptionally friendly and efficient. We highly recommend this hotel.

1 star is for poor check out system… 4 counters were open but only ONE accept credit cards payments. It's atrocious for a 5 stars hotel. Never check out/settle any bills from 9-11.30am. Nothing is done even queues are forming. ps. Jaffa Cafe food and service are very good!

We were very disappointed with this hotel which is supposed to be a 5 star.
The reception at the pool is outrageous the staff not accommodating I wanted to receive a friend at the pool at the end of the day it was asked to pay €80 to return (from the fly! Never seen in other hotels equivalent nearby). The room was not renovated and noisy the bathroom with as soon as infiltration we paid very expensive and it was not worth its price.
And to top it all we have to pay €200 of tax for a stay of 2 days only while I am French they have justified by saying that my companion had dual nationality to charge the full tax with that of room service Alor s that I paid.
A scandalous brief to flee!

We have stayed here twice before and I was so excited to return for my birthday treat but what a disappointment! The service has really deteriorated since last year. The lobby bar and pool bar service was tardy and the staff just didn't have their act together. Front desk staff were discourteous as were the staff in the executive lounge. I asked for extra towels for the bathroom and they took two hours to arrive. The extra amenities we were promised in our room arrived the day after we checked in and only after asking for them three times.
It seems to be a problem from the top down, poor management and unmotivated scowling staff. I don't think we'll be staying there again.

I could not make the trip from Forest Hills N. Y to the wedding of my grand daughter at the hotel on 6/29/17 but I am so sorry. I am 87 yrs. Old and home bound and wish Nicole and Jason all the health and happiness in their future. Love nana.

The hotel is very well located and very good breakfast buffet at the end of two days we go back in full shape.

Don't waste your money on this place, poor management results in poor service, overrated, not what it used to be. There are other hotels just as good with a better deals in the area.

Very poor restaurant inside the Hotel. And so expensive, almost 4 times higher then prices of restaurants around the hotel. My suggestion — you are few steps from Jaffa's old city, lots of good restaurants there with half cost, great landscape to the coast and Tel Aviv. Go there and you will enjoy much more.

TV, MiniBar, large bathroom. -Lobby is open, spacious, lots of seating if you are waiting for someone. -Staff was very friendly. -Downside on this trip: Checkin took way too long. Also, after checking in it took an hour until I was able to login to the Wi-Fi network, because they took so long to enter my name in their system. (WTF? )

Great hotel! The pool and views are all best in tel aviv and the location is very easy to get around. If you need things like an atm or taxi though, walk for 2 minutes away from the hotel as the ones right outside are prepared to scam tourists, even if you speak hebrew.

Incredible hotel. Lives up to its name. The breakfast and dinner really does fulfill all expectations. The business lounge is also highly professional and comfortable.

Pretty good experience, the rooms and gym are nice, and breakfast is good. At the end of our stay we were disturbed by drilling sounds for two days starting at 7am. Also the pool is not heated, rendering it useless if you're not staying in summer.

This restaurant is located on the third floor of the David intercontinental hotel. I was fortunate to enjoy his Christmas dinner this good night and the experience was very pleasant.
Your dining room is surrounded by doors and mirrors and tables are glass making the modern environment.
The Christmas Menu consisted of Ceviche on toast with Apple that was spectacular, soup of pumpkin and mushrooms with a touch of cinnamon and confit of goose. No doubt the entrance of the ceviche was my favorite and the other two very correct dishes.
Before dessert served a drink hot "drunken Plum" that was very good, sweet but without being nothing cloying.
The dessert was a cheese on biscuit crispiy and chocolate cake.
The price per person 250 NIS per person (around €50)
The exquisite and very careful service and excellent environment. Perfect for couples.
Attention: It is closed Saturdays for the Shabbath.

Great Hotel. One of the best in Tel Aviv. Make sure to get a new room in the upper floors. The floors 9 and below are at least 20 years old and kind of 'historic' or run down. I complained at the reception and got one of the freshly renovated rooms.

Poor soundproofing. You'll hear pool music, cars or the mosque. Breakfast and the pool are nice.

Stayed there for 3 weeks. Everyone was friendly in the hotel. Room was clean, good sea view. Free Wi-Fi for some corporate staffs. Luckily I am one of them. Will definitely stay there again if I am asked to go Israel again.

Although the hotels in Tel Aviv are not usually lauded for their customer experience, the Intercontinental is a true exception to this rule. My family and I stayed there for almost a week, and the place became our cherished home base that welcomed us back after long days of touring. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was fresh and delicious. The Intercontinental is the only place I will ever stay in Tel Aviv.

Good service at this hotel. Comfortable rooms and sumptuous Israeli breakfast buffet. When we were there for a couple of weeks, they put us next to a room undergoing construction. When we complained, they were very gracious and upgraded us on an upcoming subsequent stay.
