Ideal location close to the beach (approx 200m from water). Old Jaffa port is 20 min walk. No shops nearby. Hotel is modern and clean, full amenities. Great gym and pool. Buffet breakfast has big variety and high quality, sure to please all people. Service ok, didn't accommodate my request to access business lounge after I checked out because I needed to finish some work.

Rooms, premises and amenities are very good. But Im disappointed with reception and other staff. After long flight of 10 hrs I was requested to wait for 2.5 hes to get the keys of my room. At the same time I was able to see other people getting checked in in no time. I had booked the room before 2 weeks at least still I had to wait ☹️

Cool pool, sea view, upmarket place, but not cheap.

Amazing! The rooms were great and the staff are very nice. The pictures shown are from the 17th floor and from the great dinner and breakfast. Pool was also very nice and the beach was close by. 5 min across the street. I recommend.

Great view of the Mediterranean from our (tiny) balcony. The breakfast buffet is enormous, you can make it as healthy or as unhealthy as you want. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bead is very hard, and I have pain issues that are incompatible with a bed like this.

Location is right across the street grin the Mediterranean Sea! Comfortable room and we'll appointed. Shower did not have a curtain so beware the floor gets wet. If you are with a tour and have dinner there, be prepared for an amazing feast! All sorts of salads, chicken, veal, fish, goose… So much food and it all tasted excellent!

The rooms seem a little dated but otherwise the staff do a great job making you feel special. The pictures shown are from room 609. Mmm The shower has great water pressure. The bed is a little too firm for me, but the sheets made up for it and are very comfortable. The carpet in my room was nearing the end of its life. The refrigerator kept things nice and cold. Overall, not a bad hotel.

A nice hotel for big conferences. The rugs on the floor and on the walls make it a little bit Dusty but the place looks well maintained.

It's an ok hotel, a little dated for the price but staff are good. Location is ideal, walkable to Jaffa, town centre and the beach.

An older hotel by the beach. The price seemed kind of high given the condition. The room was decent but the sofa had a very worn out spot on it. There were 2 twin beds pushed together, with separate sheets, instead of a king. The bathroom was decent but showed a lot of wear. For $330 a night I would have expected a lot more. Breakfast was not included at that rate, that cost an extra $35.

Hotel facilities are common, there are occupants of the elevator "floor monitor" damage, there is no maintenance. Restaurant staff, from the manager level to the following staff, not polite to guests. The cleanliness of the rooms is only a general level.

זה מלון ממש ממש טוב אני נמצא בו כל שנה נתתי 4 כוכבים ולא 5 בגלל 1. שהמלון לא מתחשב בילדים. בטלויזיה אין ערוצי ילדים חוץ מערוץ אחד שהוא לילדים מגילאים 4-7. 2. הבריכה ממש קרה ולא מחממים אותה מספיק וכשאני נכנס גם ביום שאמור להיות 28 מעלות ממש קר בבריכה. המלון הוא מלון מעולה ממליץ בחום ואני בטוח שישפרו את כל הדברים שאמרתי עכשיו. ממליץ מאוד על המלון.

This hotel is located in front of the sea so the views are beautiful. A few streets has a street full of restaurants. The breakfast buffet is correct and they make grilled tortillas at the moment.
The rooms are spacious, well-kept and comfortable. The service of the hotel is very attentive.

Very good location.

Not really a 5 Star hotel anymore. Great view by the beach but not really close to anything interesting. The whole place is run down and desperately in need of renovation. No fresh fruit at breakfast, unbelievable considering Carmel Market is 500m away. A cleaner merrily and loudly vacuuming during the breakfast service is also not acceptable for a 5 Star hotel. Toilets for non guests dirty. Stay here if you must.

This was, at some point in time, a very nice hotel. That time had passed a long long time ago. The wear & tear are apperant at all the hotel facilities. It's no more than okay.

Amazing buffet breakfast with heaps of different salads, chia and pumpkin seeds, fresh and dried fruits, halva (! ), and loads more. If you come just for the food that's enough :) Check out the yum plate I compiled (photo attached) But the neighbourhood location is great too! :)

Today 20 February we stayed 2 matrimonial rooms on floors 9 and 11, not what they show and say. We got a small room. Dirty. Dirty carpet. Old Bath. Through the hallways there is smell of cigarette and x food the night where they enter the rooms. You pay dearly for a service that is not worth it. It's not a 5 * hotel. I think that is of the other star quantities in hotel quality.

Great group reception from the Hotel staff. Rooms have been updated. Some room maintenance is needed. Great view from most of the rooms. Excellent food selection. Bellhop was very helpful.

Great accommodation in Tel Aviv. Good location for the points of interest. Average high rates for the category, services and condition of the structure and the rooms. Non-inclusive parking fee for customers…

The room (executive suite) was very nice and the room service was excellent. We said the room is a bit cold and in 2 minutes they brought a radiator to our door. Pool was closed (December, but so what? ) and spa costs extra so we didn't go. Dinners were not so good. Breakfasts were far better. Laundry costs per item type and a bit expensive, I'd expect it to be per weight.

Excellent site. Very cordial, very comfortable… Impeccable.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. This is an old dated hotel in serious need of renovation. The worst part is that the HVAC cooling is shut down for the winter. Well it is going to be 76 today and 80 tomorrow so AC is needed. Tried to sleep with balcony door open but due to traffic noise could not. Why would you stay here? Stay somewhere that you can control the temperature in your room. It's your money.

I would give it 3.5. The location is great, and the view from the balcony amazing. The room was standard and a bit old. The breakfast is nice and with lots of variety. The other meals were OK. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to enter the dinner on Friday night, and that was disappointing. The did not book specific hours for the guests as most hotels do to prevent the waiting. Also we had that dinner no service at the table, had to bring basics on our own. The service and staff were great (other than that dinner), helpful and kind.

Sea side. Close to the Shouk in Carmel and the beach. Hearty. But too many people in the summer.

Staff are really friendly. The place is showing its age though and the service matches. It's the little details. No complenentary bottled water… When it should be there. Mini bar was not working and holds like 1 can of beer. No shoe shine stuff, newspaper… I think you get my drift.

Good hotel. Well located and with a price according to what it offers. The exit to the beach is not very good. You have to walk a little.

Business trip. Clean, quiet rooms. Friendly and Professional staff.

Ermoso Hotel, the rooms are perfect and the food super varied, great look gourmet and the pool no talking.

Location is great but the rooms and hallways are outdated and tired. We arrived around 3pm as a group and a number of my tour mates was not able to check in and waited until the rooms are available which is up to 1.5 hours. You can get better hotels for the price you pay.

Bit of trouble when checking in as there was last min changes in the name. They are quite reluctant to accommodate. Insisted on having my company call their hotel. Finally after 45 min, I got my room. The room is quite good except for the carpet. It feels wet and mouldy. Need to air the room when enter the first time. Think they are in the process of upgrading cause some of my friend description of the room is different. The lounge was nice and cozy. The waitress is attentive. The location is superb. Beside the sea and near carmel market. Overall quite a pleasant stay.

Great service with great staff! Spent the week with our 4 kids. The breakfast is very good. Gym open 24 and free! Swimming pool clean and calm! You also get some nice treats for kids! Rooms are clean. Very good location in Tel Aviv. But above all are the personnel! We will come back.

I really enjoyed staying here. The food was really good at each meal. The room was nice and it was large enough. I loved my view as well. It was a bit confusing to navigate the halls and the elevators had a malfunction but otherwise it was a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Dan Panorama. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere from this hotel. Good restaurants are minutes away. The Mediterranean sea beach is right across the road. Fabulous Pool and comfortable lounge chairs. Our room was nice. A little smaller than your standard room in North America… but you don't come to Israel to stay in your room. A special shout out to Daniel the Concierge. He helped us with tours and recommended​ some good restaurants. Hotels are expensive in Israel but the Dan Panorama is definitely worth the stay. We hope to come back someday soon. 5 stars.

Israeli Hotel Chain.
The hotels of the waterfront are, outwardly, more or less in the same period. Restructured internally in recent years Dan is one of what provides the best value for money compared to the category. At the beginning of the promenade right after Jaffa and near the beach.
The judgement was calibrated on the average of the hotels. Ever it should be noted that the rooms are not equipped and laid out as an equal price as a major European city/americana.
International breakfast was huge. There are shops for small purchases the same inside the hotel, a nice pool with a charming panorama, lounges, sauna, gym, Conference Room etc. Etc.

STAY AWAY! The hotel overcharged me for 3 nights, could not figure out how to correct the overcharge during checkout and promised to credit my card the appropriate amount. It has been over 3 weeks and no credit has come through (just checked with the bank). Moreover, 4 emails and a phone call have gone unanswered. Sheer incompetence.

The best Hotel in tel Aviv.

Stayed here for 3 nights at Easter for a friends wedding. A couple of bad reviews nearly put me off booking but glad it didn't. If I visit Israel again I will be staying here for sure. The breakfast was 10 out of 10. Thank you Dan.

Not a good service for such a quality hotel. Internet was insufficient and resolution was not OK. Customer service is good to come when you checkout but not to deliver the service.

The hotel has a perfect location, but rather used and in the Eastern bloc-style of 70 years. Not to be recommended for modern travelers. Service and buffet is good, the room service is sloppy.

It is a nice hotel, convenient, great location and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Stayed at a double exec room. Spacious and well furnished, with a great view of the beach and the marina. Large and comfortable bed, allowing good night's rest after the long trip. Bathroom with walk-in shower that can easily let two people shower at the same time. Complementary drinks on the house were quite welcome. Minibar was full and not excessively expensive. Breakfast service is amazing, specially their buffet, which offers a vast quantity of high quality foods. Free Wi-Fi, though quite slow. Offers quite a lot of other services, however I had no time to try any of them. Was quite satisfied with this hotel and I will be returning to it whenever I have the need of a stay in Tel Aviv.

It's great and very Important for me and my family even the Hotel Dan Panorama Tel Aviv each year it became our home base! It is always our favorite Hotel because we are really very well received of the arrived and initially, besides we often too much trouble to go back because we feel really good every year for 5 years that we leave in Israel, and this time we will stay a week 5 days of courses before too, two days more that do us really well! And as usual the new appointment and taken September 2015 if you get us guess or? Follow my look! See you soon.

Tired, smelly hotel with rude staff. Interior has not been updated in years.

Rooms already require some maintence and also there is no free Internet in the rooms.

The worst hotel for a business trip in Tel Aviv I have been to. I emphasize business. If you are a tourist it is quite nice, but on a business trip avoid this completely. The Wi-Fi is the most complicated ancient system (and extremely expensive) I have come across for years. It is like going back to 2006. At the Hilton it is extremely easy — allows up to four devices on one connection — here it is 70 Shekels for 24 hours on one device and it cuts in and out of service. They are also very slow to respond to general requests — we are four from a team staying here and all of us have experienced problems and are used to 5 star hotels responding quickly and efficiently these days. Not good. Old school and not competitive.

Great Hotel… nice view on the sea and on Jaffa… courteous staff. Great food and plenty!
