Very cozy and special hotel.

Great hotel. Rooftop deck with happy hour. Amazing breakfast & very polite staff.

Conveniently located walking distance from the beach, the mall, and many bars and restaurants. Even Rothschild Ave and the Jaffa District if you’re willing to walk a bit longer than 10 mins. Otherwise the hotel offers free bicycle hire, a service I never used because I enjoyed the walks. Most days (except sabbath) they offer free snacks and drinks upstairs on the rooftop for happy hour. It’s a lovely pass time and a good way to spend the late afternoon before going to dinner. One time they even had a little jazz trio that played very nicely, in a way that created a lovely atmosphere and didn’t affect conversation. The rooms were small, but cosy and modern looking. So why the low rating? I guess I expect more from my four star hotels. For instance there was a day when I ran out of toilet paper in my room. They had no hand towels or face towels, only the bath towels and a lot of floor mats because the shower was such that it would create giant puddles of water on the floor no matter how carefully I showered. There was no conditioner, and on the last day the soap in my soap dispenser ran out (granted there was more of the free standing soap, but I liked the dove one in the dispenser better). Finally, I was staying in my room for around 10 nights and after the 5th night I got the impression that my shower wasn’t being cleaned and that basically in my room they would just make the bed and change the towels, without any actual cleaning.

Nice place. Good service. Very good breakfeast. In my opinion a little bit too expensive.

Particular Hotel. You can breathe a bohemian air in the heart of Tel Aviv's nightlife. Not far from the Riviera and less expensive than the Super waterfront hotels. I mean, it's OK.

Cosy Hotel clean rooms and services celeri. A beautiful terrace offers a very nice view over Tel Aviv all accompanied by a buffet provided for a totally free happy hour. Place to recommend definitely.

Very expensive and tiny rooms, but they have parking for guests which is an incredible feature in downtown Tel Aviv. Would stay again if I were in downtown. Next time I'll stay outside the city a little bit because traffic is a nightmare.

Central location, nice rooms, great breakfast and nice evening reception with food and wine/drinks. Very close to Dizengoff Mall and 10 minute walk to Frishman's Beach. Lots to do nearby both day and night time.

The provided breakfast is superb. The room includes parking, but there are only 4 or 5 available slots. They make you leave the keys for your car at the front desk. The shower doesn't close very far, so water really pools outside the tub. The location is great. There is a grocery store across the street and many tasty restaurants nearby. Overall it's a great room.

Unique and fascinating boutique hotel.

Our decision to stay here was based on location and the pics on their website. The location is great, except they forgot to mention that there is a major construction site right in front of the hotel (10 yards from the main entrance) for the next year or so. As a result, it is tough to get around especially if you have luggage or shopping bags. We called ahead a few weeks before our arrival and were told that it does not affect anything. It did. Running around in 100 degree weather with all of your belongings is not fun. They also promised some limited parking, which turned out to be a blatant lie. The few spots they did have were occupied by the hotel employees, so you have to go quite far around the construction site and park in a public parking garage 3 blocks away. Just pray that the public parking lot is not full. The rooms are clean and fairly modern, but very tight and small. So if you plan to share the room with another person think twice. The size isn't even close to a room in a chain hotel in the USA. The staff was trying their best and were very polite, especially the reception manager, but they could not do much to help us. I was quite tired since it was a business trip, but I did not have a good night's sleep there. The neighbors in the next building were blasting music every night and the hotel windows were not sealed enough to block the noise. All in all it was a poor experience.

Great breakfast, good location. Small room, yet cozy. No iron/ironing board in the room. There was some noise (probably from the vent) during my stay.

Nice thematic hotel in the center of Tel Aviv. I loved the movie references everywhere across the hotel, location is great too. The equipment is a bit aging though, not rivaling the new boutique hotels in Tel Aviv but it contributes to a nice ambience.

A once-cinema rebuilt as hotel. Tiny rooms, great service and free happy hour (beers and wine) and breakfast! Also in a very convenient location, with restaurants, post office and small stores nearby. And of course, a cinema across the street too.

Unique atmosphere, located in an optimal spot for people looking for urban action. Located in the middle of Tel Aviv's most iconic bus route which has unofficial buses running 24/7.

Ideal location right on Dizengoff Square in the heart of Tel Aviv — my only complaint is the room size — the rooms are tiny!

An EXCELLENT hotel! Solid four! Been there since June 2009. I liked absolutely everything. Location: the hotel is located right in the city centre, so at any time you can visit the local shops and restaurants. To the sea 10 minutes by foot. Plenty of exchange offices. Two convenience stores in 3 minutes ' walk and shop with fruits and fresh juices. Food: the food was only breakfasts and very worthy! Breakfast-buffet. Were dairy products, cheese, yoghurt (just stunned! we have none! ), cheeses, salads, fruit-melon and watermelon. Наивкуснейшие rolls of different species, including savoury fillings. Drinks local, mainly tea-coffee-juice-lemonade (fresh). In room: bathroom (in the strict sense, i. E. Bath+shower, toilet, sink. All renovation, Hairdryer. Air conditioning, TV with Russian channel (channel one) and a bunch of local. Large wardrobe in the corridor, safety Deposit box. Set for tea and coffee facilities: tea, coffee, sugar, and coffee maker. In the room there are 2 twin beds, combining that you can make one big one. Telephone, refrigerator, Desk and chair. Cleaned the room every day and cleaning you can ask at any time. In the hotel: shows old movies on the ground floor, very nice modern Elevator. Friendly staff, not borring. Call the reception, you can call the translator (at many Russian-speaking staff) and explain to them that you need.
