Nice hotel with very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Perfect location close to the beach and nice area for restaurants etc. I would definitely go back here!

Our stay at the Best Western Regancy Suites in Tel Aviv was absolutely exceptional. Simone and her extremely competent team gave us such personal attention and made us feel so at home. Nothing was too much at all. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff makes this hotel feel more like a boutique hotel vs. A chain. They went out of their way to take care of anything we needed like taxi service, suggestions, etc. The location REALLY can’t be beat. You just turn right out of the hotel then an almost immediate left and you will find yourself at the TEL AVIV BEACHFRONT where you can walk all the way to Jaffa or all the way the opposite direction. There is a gastro bar right there on the beachfront (next to McDonald’s) called Jessica’s recommended by the hotel with a dead on ocean view. Heading up the other direction away from the sea is a street filled with restaurants and the street behind the hotel has AM PM, etc. So you really are well situated for just about anything. Our room had 2 separate sleeping spaces for the 3 of us (2 adults and a 15 year old) with a little kitchen area (don’t expect cooking facilities… this is microwave and sink and fridge) which was great to keep bottles of water cold and to make tea in the morning. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom (not a big bathroom fyi but functional). Plenty of closet space. Clean. The lobby has free tea/coffee 24/7 which is great since flights to Tel Aviv often depart and arrive in the wee hours. My only suggestion is if you want a balcony room you need to book it. I didn’t know they were available when I booked and only booked a regular ‘suite’ and then was hoping for an upgrade with my Diamond Select status.

Great location nice renovated suites, good breakfast and excellent service. We had a lovely week staying in this hotel which is close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the main sites in Tel Aviv.

I stayed at the Best Western. It is the best location in Tel Aviv and an excellent deal. Great customer service. I definitely recommend this place. It's clean with great space and close to everything and in front of the beach. I will be there again with my family.

I always stay at the Regency Best Western hotel in Tel Aviv whenever I visit as it's in the centre of Tel Aviv, definitely affordable, and the staff are super-pleasant, and always go above and beyond to ensure I have the best possible stay.

Cozy and stylish. Is within walking distance to the sea. The rooms are small and a bit meticulous staff:) Good location.

Amazing hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If anything doesn't work someone arrives to fix it within 5 minutes. The breakfast is small but plentiful with cooked eggs anyway you want made to order!

Very nice front desk and menegment team, Hotel is very clean, rooms are big, there is a fitness center, parking for 12$, a really good and big continental breakfast just for 11$ Free hot bavrages, Really recommended, 5 minutes away from the beach as well, perfect location.

The room is a small surge with living room and a kitchen.
It's very spacious and very nice. The value for money is very good considering the prices of Tel Aviv.

Very clean hotel offering 2 room suites which is very comfortable for 4 people plus you get a little kitchenette — staff are very friendly — gourmet coffee / filtered water available 24/7 and a nice lounge to relax in — thanks Hillary for the extra effort to make us comfortable.

Very pleasant experience. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was specious, clean, and comfortable. Gym was clean and included variety of workout equipment. Staff was warm, helpful and welcoming. Absolutely going back next time.

Forget the big hotels and their doctored photos. The Best Western Regency Suites Tel Aviv delivers everything it offers and more. Great location with excellent staff and 1 minute from the beach.

Best hotel experience in Tel Aviv! Staff were all really nice with high levels of customer service. The room was big, comfortable and well equipped. Thank you Daniel and the whole staff for giving us a sweet ending to our wedding day! We will definitely visit again.

Excellent location, clean room, courteous staff. Breakfast a little poor, my room was close to the breakfast room, so much confusion early in the morning.

A treasure in the heart of Tel-Aviv! Some of the best service I have ever received at a hotel. The staff always goes above and beyond. The location is unbeatable. I would recommend to anyone and will only stay at Best Western Regency Suites when in Tel Aviv!

Breakfast is poor for the price. No eggs or hot food. Air conditioning does not work out of season and the room was like an oven. Location is decent and has free parking. Wifi is horrible when is does work.

SO pleased we chose this hotel! It is undergoing renovations but they are being handled sensitively to the needs of guests. Our suite was delightful, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The lobby and dining areas are tastefully and imaginatively decorated — and again, spotlessly clean. There are free hot drinks available all day long in the lobby. The breakfast was fresh and appetising, and outstanding value for money. There is free parking — quite a treat for the centre of Tel Aviv, and the beach is literally only walking distance away. The staff team were beyond amazing — it was like staying with family, but we were treated royally! The receptionist was extremely helpful, advising on places to visit, to eat and where to take taxis and bus rides. The hotel manager actually took the time to come and speak to us personally, and tell us about his ongoing plans for the hotel. We plan to return next year and are really looking forward to seeing the planned changes. If you stay at the Best Western Regency Hotel in Tel Aviv, I can promise you will not be disappointed.

Very weak, old like a 3 star motel in the US, clean but very worn out.

I stayed here for several days while in Tel Aviv and while it isn't the fanciest hotel, it was large, had free internet, and included a little kitchen. It also had free parking.

My feelings on this place were a bit mixed, but positive overall. First, the pros: it's near the beach (though the view is mostly obstructed by other buildings) ; the suites are quite large, which was nice since I stayed there for almost a week and didn't feel claustrophobic; the staff members were very friendly; and they have both free parking and free, reliable Wi-Fi (both big pluses in my book). The cons: the interior decor and comfort (especially the bed) are on par with most other Best Westerns that I have stayed in, which is not altogether bad, but definitely not on the level of a 4-star hotel (which this one supposedly is) ; the bathrooms, in particular, could really use a refresh and/or an enlargement; and the kitchenette doesn't have a hotplate or microwave (only a toaster oven and small fridge). I'd say the value was average for the money, but I didn't have any problems during my stay, and I think this is a decent place.
