T's not a 5 star hotel. I want to emphasize that the hotel ads that say it's 5 star are wrong. I arrived for a late check-in and I wanted help with my bags. There wasn't an employee to help me. The room was ok in terms of space and I loved our private deck. I paid extra for a club floor and deck. The club floor is a joke. It opens at 11 a. M. And closes at different times throughout the day, and it closes at 9 p. M. It's not a true business club. The bathroom is circa 1968, so think of staying in your grandma's house. The towels are rough, cheap and something I would expect from a health club or YMCA. The bathroom door was rotting and the toilet lid was ajar. The mattress is also circa 1968, so your back will hurt the following morning. The free Wi-Fi that was part of the club floor is a lie. It's free in the lobby. So, all the hotel guests swarm to the lobby in the evening, which slows down the Internet. The business lounge doesn't have Wi-Fi! You can use 2 Pcs in the lounge, which closed at 9 pm. It opens at 11 am so it's useless. Note: Do not plan to get a great deal of work done at this hotel. The tiny gym has a few cardio machines in the sane room with the whirlpool. The humidity and smell would make a serious workout impossible. Given that the primary tourist at the dan panaroma is Russian, expect the lobby to be noisy at night. Tight clothing, high heels, tiger prints, and full figures are the norm, it's not a South Beach crowd. The Eilat tourism videos that you see on YouTube do not apply here. Our television remote was broke so was our in-room safe. Breakfast was ok. The coffee is horrible, it's worth the wait in the espresso line. I mean wait. You will wait. The Internet doesn't work in the restaurant, so no reading on your iPad at breakfast. The hotel is a solid 3 star property, fine for the budget minded Russian and Ukrainian tourist. I suggest that Americans wanting a 5 star property look elsewhere.
