The dining at the hotel is rated very highly; the food is described as exquisite, varied, delicious, and provided in great abundance. The restaurant features a modern design and a beautiful view of the Galilee, while the dining staff works efficiently, constantly refilling trays and assisting with additional requests. The hotel maintains a high level of Kashrut, which is particularly important for religious guests. During holidays and Shabbats, meals may be provided on a full-board basis.

The hotel staff is characterized as very polite, attentive, dedicated, and caring. Employees respond promptly to guest requests; for example, they quickly perform a thorough cleaning if issues with room cleanliness arise. It is also noted that the service staff speaks Russian.

Opinions on the condition of the rooms are divided. Some guests find them clean, tidy, and consistent with a 3-4 star level, while others mention neglect and wear and tear. Specifically, issues with plumbing (unadjustable water temperature in the tap), a malfunctioning glass balcony door, and a general need for renovation were mentioned. Both basic garden rooms and family options are available.

Most guests are satisfied with the cleanliness, noting a pleasant scent and order in the rooms. However, there are occasional complaints about hair in the bathroom and general insufficient thoroughness of cleaning in some cases. In such situations, the staff responds quickly and performs a re-cleaning using detergents.

Rooms are equipped with a kettle, coffee, and sugar (in some cases, guests are treated to candies upon arrival). Basic hygiene products, such as soap and shampoo, are provided in the bathrooms; however, additional "extras" or cosmetic sets are not available.

The hotel has its own beach and pool; however, the pool is described as small, poorly maintained, and open-air. The fitness center is located in a shelter and is very small, outdated, and minimalistic. Due to the religious orientation of the hotel, there is a separation by hours or zones for men and women at the pool and beach.

The hotel is primarily oriented toward the religious community (Haredim and the religious national sector), which is reflected in the strict observance of Shabbat and the separate use of the pool and beach. Nevertheless, traditional or even non-religious families also find this place suitable, provided they are willing to respect the establishment's religious rules.
