אני הייתי 3 לילות בכפר נופש רמות, בין הראשון לאוקטובר לרביעי באוקטובר, 2017. החוויה שלי הייתה נוראית, ואסביר בהרחבה למה. בראשון בבוקר התקשרנו למלון על מנת לשדרג את החדר, ואמרו לי שיש המון סוויטות פנויות, אז שנגיע לפני 3 ויראו לנו את האופציות. כשהגענו ב-2 וחצי, רצינו לשדרג כמובן, אך ביקשו מאיתנו לחכות כדי לבדוק אם ישנם סוויטות, ושבנתיים נלך לחדר ויתקשרו איתנו. אחרי חצי שעה שלא דיברנו איתנו, התקשרתי אליהם, ונאמר לנו שהכול היה תפוס, ואף אחד לא טרח להתקשר אלינו ולומר שאוטוטו כל הסויטות נתפסות. ביקשנו מהם להזמין לנו את הבקתה ליום שני. כדי לוודא שלא ישכחו אותנו, דיברתי עם 3 עובדים שונים בקבלה על זה. הבטיחו לנו שהכול בסדר. ביום שני בבוקר הגענו לקבלה, ודיברנו עם אחת מהעובדות. ביקשנו ממנה עצות על טיולים באזור, וסיפרנו גם לה על השדרוג. אמרנו לה שנחזור ב-3 מהטיול, והיא אמרה שזה בדיוק השעה שמחליפים בה את החדרים, אז זה מעולה. מהדרך לטיול התקשרו אלינו מהמלון, ואמרו לנו את המחירים של הסוויטות, ואנחנו בחרנו בבקתה. אמרו לנו שאין בעיה, הם רק יבדקו שאכן יש בקתה פנויה, ויחזרו אלינו. אף אחד לא חזר אלינו, ואנחנו בנתיים טיילנו. כשהגענו חזרנו למלון ב-3, העובדת בקבלה, ליאן, אמרה לנו שאנחנו לא מקבלים את הבקתה כי לא הגענו ב-11 כמו שצריך, וש"סיננו" אותם. היא האשימה אותנו במצב שבו אף אחד לא אמר לנו שצריך להגיע ב-11 כדי להחליף חדרים. סיפרנו לה את כל הסיפור, והיא הלכה למנהל וסיפרה לו. המנהל, ששמענו אותו מהקבלה אומר שחדר 704 הוא חדר בעייתי, גרם לנו לחכות 10 דקות עד שהגיע לדבר איתו. הוא הסביר לנו שהיינו צריכים להחליף חדר ב-11, וכשאמרנו לו שאף אחד לא אמר לנו, הוא לא האמין לנו.
