This hotel is advertised on travel sites as a 5 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel. I would label it as 2.5 star or maybe 3 at the most. The hotel is outdated and needs a renovation. Rooms have older furniture. Beds aren't comfortable. A "king size" bed here is just two twin size beds pushed together with a crack down the middle. The pillows are either too big or too skinny. Towels were not always clean. Room size was good though with a balcony. My wife had $200 stolen from her wallet which was in the room during one of the days. Safe initially didn't work when we got into the room and we had to have someone come fix it, which was done very quickly. The pool area was nice but the pool closes way too early… like 530pm in the summer. Free breakfast was a nice touch and a lot of variety but some of the food didn't taste fresh. The staff overall was very helpful and friendly. The elevators and hallway to my room was very hot. They should use air conditioning in those places. I haven't stayed at another hotel in tiberias so I can't say if anything else is a better option. But I would definitely research other ones in the area before booking this one. Overall it wasn't bad and was in a good area close by to restaurants.

Nice hotel. A bit old and unmaintaned. Food for most is good but sometimes not fresh. Staff is doing effort to make good service but lacking in service awareness. At all good experience, just not 5 stars.

Great clean comfortable… great service excellent view and location.

They gave us a room in poor condition. Went to speak with the manager and he just fought with us about what is standard. Was not nice, very expensive for a poor quality hotel. I've never come across such a rude manager like this before. The Friday night dinner was terrific, however this is the only plus to this hotel. There was a storm on Thursday so Friday the pool and beach were closed (even though the weather was now okay. Then Saturday the beach was still closed even though the weather was terrific and the water calm. You pay a high premium for this then they don't give it to you.

This hotel might have been nice in the 1980s, but since then a lot of water run through the Jordan River… The rooms are clean and okay and the food is reasonable, but not great. The pool is pretty much in shambles but the view is nice. All 'n all, it's an OK place to stay, but don't get your expectations too high.

Beautiful location located on lakefront and has amazing view of Galilee sea. Good with kids but better for a romantic gateway, has all the facilities and a gym, free parking, and good atmosphere well maintained, rooms need improvement, but the fair price for this hotel when you do internet booking is very fair and again don't get canfuse with other hotel I did so check that this is the location only.

Loved it here, good staff, food delicious, Lots of buffet choices. Clean and lots of towels, comfortable bed, lounge staff very friendly, many other things to do there, price is right for the luxury you get here. I will return, no doubt!

Nice rooms and right on the beach.

The hotel is a 4 star Interference. The front door didn't Work. Overpowered. The light bulbs Peregarevshie in the Room. Cleaning rude in 15.00. The hotel is Old. The choice of food is not big but delicous. The Hotel Caesar 4 stars better on a lot for Comparison.

Good location and level. Good buffet.

Hotel location is very good for traveling to the region. We spent three nights as we traveled around upper Galilee. It appears this hotel is used by tour operators frequently as they were several busloads of people coming and going. Our last evening had very few people though and I would imagine that many of the buses left because the place seemed empty compared to the night before. It is older and reasonably clean but needs a renovation. In America this would be a two and a half star equivalent. That being said I would not say that I saw other hotels in the area that would be a significant upgrade. My room was not clean upon arrival. It was something in the sheets and the coffee cups were dirty with a dirty spoon and one of them. I put $5 next to it for a tip for the maid service the next day and still found the same dirty cup and spoon. Our room keys seem to demagnetize about twice a day and I had to go to the front desk at least four times for new keys. The restaurant was decent. We had our meals included with our plan for breakfast and dinner. There is no beach at the hotel but there is a pool and hot tub with a spa. The rooms we're of a few different sizes. Those who have a room with three digits have a smaller room and those with 4 digits on the south Wing have larger rooms with a sofa and sitting area. They all had a refrigerator.

Great place with basic facilities yet just what I needed. A small but not crowded pull. 20 feets from the water of the sea of Galilee. Nice crew wonderful food and spa.

It's a great hotel. The food is of good quality. The spa is gorgeous.

First of all, I would probably have given a lower rating for this hotel, but the service was excellent, which makes up for a lot of other shortcomings. The rooms were basic, but comfortable and with great views of the Sea of Galilee. However, both the rooms and public spaces were not very clean. The sheets and towels in our room were stained. The food was decent, but nothing more. Despite this, we had a very enjoyable stay, thanks to the very friendly staff.

Not worth 5 stars displayed. The location is great, the lobby is grandiose, the spa is top. Now the home is poor, the rooms are worth a 3 stars in France.

The Rimonim Galei Kinnereth Hotel at the Sea of Galilee was not up to our standards. Check in was a little chaotic with our luggage in a room with 134 others in which we had to put a sticker on our luggage so the porters could take them up to our room (all pieces of luggage made it to our room). The rooms were not clean. Dirty carpet, bathroom and shower. Closet was very small and the beds had to be put together (there were two single beds in the room). Beds were hard but did have nice fluffy pillows. The room felt like we were in a dungeon. The hotel had a breakfast and dinner buffet that was very good. Hotel staff did not go our of their way to help us. I would not recommend the hotel. When in Tiberius try to find other accommodations.
