Beautiful place and full of charm. Clean and ideally located in the center and quiet. Absolutely recommendable.

Amar was so nice and helpful. We checked in very late — but he still gave us guidance on tours and such. The room is very clean with a great air conditioner!

It needs good managment to evaluate staff.

During my visit I found the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful. In an expensive city this was a good hotel in a convenient location. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent hotel! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with many options for a romantic dinner, wine bars and more. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and some rooms have balconies. The best value for money in the city, and they even serve a basic breakfast of coffee and pastries. Would come here again for sure.

Wow. This hotel amazed me. The room was nice and clean as expected, private garden was more than just an asset. But the service simply surprised in a good way. One night, it was already late, my husband got hungry and the receptionist provided us with bread and jam together with coffee absolutely free of charge! Also, they commented on the situation: "if he is hungry, take more honey and jam". It was such a sweet gesture! And every single service person in this hotel all 5 nights were very professional and always available. Thank you!

Quiet location in close proximity to old City. Rooms small and TV sad. Staff friendly and helpful. Be aware that there is no parking and this proved to be a huge problem since we had rental car. I would select another hotel if ever returning.

Pleasant and clean. Very quiet in a residential neighborhood. If you want a quiet and unassuming place with good service this is it.

Very convenient hotel, walking distance to the city centre and the Old city of Jerusalem. If you have the room on the ground floor, you will exit on your cute patio. But the rooms are very small and there is free Parking for cars.

I have traveled the world stopping in hundreds of hotels and rarely leave a bad review. But this hotel IS NOT WORTH what IT COSTS, beware, the reviews serve this.
The structure, although quite far from the center, can also be aesthetically acceptable, but are the services totally missing, at the limit of the complaint.
I tried to interact with the staff and the Director to make my representations, receiving evasive answers if not rude, with a clear unwillingness and intolerance to the Italians.
If you want to be accommodated and not squeezed. Change Hotel!
If you want to invest in your money in a nice room, a good breakfast, internet Wi-Fi, clean bathroom… Change Hotel!
If you are undecided between two hotels, choose the other!

Nice cosy stay, instant coffee and tea w/ nondairy creamer in lobby and in bedroom. Lumpy pillows : (Front desk staff very kind and helpful, speaks English and Hebrew. Central location, easy walk to JRS central bus station. Beautiful neighbourhood, flowers everywhere and delicious ice cream place nearby :)

Rooms are okay. Bed very soft and my back hurts. Charged us 160EUR instead of their normal rate around 65 EUR.

My second stay here, each one over a week. Small spaces but thoughtfully designed and well equipped. Rehavia location, walkable distance to downtown, First Station and Old City. Several bus lines run nearby.

Dirty room, stained and frayed towels, pillows that were like a bag of cotton wool balls. In general not a comfortable room, as it was absolutely tiny. The area is lovely and quiet but it was noisier in the hotel. We were kept awake all night by someone shouting in the next room, and we had earplugs in! Rooms are not soundproofed.

This is like a Casita at your house. Many rooms have balconies, & some have garden patios. Very quiet, in a private neighborhood, & peaceful. Most rooms give me the feeling that I'm not in a hotel, but more like in a private house, guest room.

A quaint basic but clean and comfortable place. They are accommodation only, no meals provided although there are hot drinks available 24/7. We had a small garden suite which was extremely sweet! with a comfortable ensuite bedroom, and our own little private garden to relax in which was absolutely gorgeous.

I put up 8 couples for a wedding party at this hotel because the price was relatively low. The pros were that the rooms were clean and modern. But the cons were that several items were stolen from the rooms! One of my guests had 2 bracelets stolen. The other guest left her expensive nightgown under her pillow and didn't remember to take it when she left at 10PM. She called a few hours later, and the hotel claimed that they didn't see anything left in the room. We do not believe them. The staff was very uncooperative as well, and actually nasty at one point. I would NOT use this hotel again.

Great affordable spot in the heart of Jerusalem. Simple. Can't beat the price. You will sacrifice a few conveniences.

The people behind the desk were incredibly kind and helpful. After a less then pleasant experience at another hotel, I was thrilled that this hotel was not only able to give us our preferred room a day early, but also was able to check us in immediately. The rooms might be a tad small, but the shower and the garden makes it worth it. Location wise could not get better. 10 minutes to Old City and downtown area. My only note would be parking is a pain. You have to be up by 8 am each morning to renew it or you risk getting a ticket. Otherwise, we had an absolutely lovely time.

Small and beautifully decorated hotel. Friendly people at reception available 24/7. Parking available. Coffee available in lobby with chill out atmosphere.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great use of space in rooms. Pleasant balcony. Location quiet but accessible to a lot of places. Stayed for a week and worked out wonderfully!

Not very central, but the Old City and the restaurant quarter are within walking distance. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed a clean modern room with a balcony.

New and clean. Very quiet spot and we had an excellent one night stay. I would recommend this hotel for sure. Cannot beat it for the price.
