4* Star Hotels in Donegal County

Myself & My Husband Stayed here sunday night the 4th FebruaryBooking was made by my daughter Natasha Gormley. & have to say What a absolutely beautiful Hotel it is, staff Absolutely lovely couldn't do enough for you, great /excellent, rooms Spotless it's a 4* Hotel, which I think it should be a higher Rating. We spent some time in the Terminal Spa, which was so Relaxing and over looking the Water (Private Hot Tub) Really Enjoyed our experience there.

I have visited the Shandon hotel numerous times for spa and afternoon tea and enjoyed every thing about it. My sister and her husband and my husband stayed there last weekend we where upgraded to a suite room which was absolutely beautiful the room was outstanding and the views amazing. The 4 of us has rebooked to stay again in January to celebrate my sister’s big birthday cannot wait to go back.

Great place, very friendly staff, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are brilliant. There are fantastic views of the bay and great food 10/10

I have to say from the minute we walked in the door we got such a welcome. It was a friends birthday and we were give a glass of presecco each. They all were so nice. We had dinner in the bar that evening and it was just fantastic. All the staff were just unreal but Martina went over and above for everything. Would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thanks for making it a great weekend.

Wonderful food & service & so relaxing.

We spent 3 nights here last weekend and it was amazing. Staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is really relaxing. Food is out of this world and rooms were amazing. Would highly recommend for a romantic break.

Wonderful dinner there with special friends. Food fantastic, exquisite wine choices and terrific service — although it feel like being in a friend’s beautiful home. And lovely to see Mary T! Back soon.

Absolutely beautiful place, inside and out, so welcoming and comfortable and the food just to die for, the staff so professional & friendly, I would highly recommend this place, it's a family run business and you would know that as soon as you you through the door and not only that but they make you feel family as well, can't wait to go again and thank you to all there, keep up the good work,

Called in last Sunday and again today and would have to say from the man at the door, to the bar and catering staff, to even the staff that you are just walking by, these are the friendliest staff I’ve come across. And the food is amazing, the service is excellent and it’s time to book a few days stay again. A*****.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing very clean and warm. Breakfast was lovely too. 😍

We have just left after a fabulous 2 night stay with stunning views. The apartment was so cosy, clean and had a built in kitchen. The warm welcome from Rainer was second to none. A beautiful breakfast with some great conversations and it really felt like home from home. We just loved Bonnie the dog. Next time we will be back with the children as they will just love it ❤️

Just back from 2 nights stay at Eagle’s Nest. We had a wonderful time and felt very much at home. The views from the house are fabulous. The breakfast was lovely and Anne and Rainer made us feel very welcome and recommended sites to visit. Hope to go back again when we can.

Spent two lovely evenings at Rossroe. Mary and Sylvain were wonderful hosts. Beautifully located for anyone just needing to go off the grid. Scrumptious breakfasts served and excellent value for money. Will def be back!

I would highly recommend this B&B. Beautiful location, clean and specious rooms and the owners and very friendly. The atmosphere is homely and real. We will definitely come back😊 we also like the option to order dinner which is great and the food was tasty.

Had an amazing few days here such a lovely place and lovely couple Tina and Daniel are. Room was very spacious and breakfast was delicious both the Irish and continental. Would highly recommend its like home from home. Have already booked to come back and can't wait! An added bonus of course was the indoor pool! 😊👍🏊‍♀️💜

We had a lovely stay, the food & cocktails where beautiful! Room was very clean, staff where friendly, couldn’t fault our stay at Mulroy woods hotel.

Beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean! Extremely friendly staff who were very welcoming to us and our dog who was travelling with us. Lovely patio and gardens with tables and seats for eating outside or having a drink in the evening. Brand new residents kitchen is a lovely idea. Large breakfast with loads to choose from. Stunning scenery but a 15 min walk takes you into the town centre. Highly Recommended!

Stayed for the santa experience and what a experience! Santa was brilliant, chatted for ages asking lots of questions. Even sung a few Christmas songs Mrs Claus was fantastic! Had all the time in the world for our son playing different games and getting him in the Christmas spirit! Food was beautiful. Cannot wait to book again next year!

We stayed last night, hotel staff are lovely! our meal was fantastic and the leisure facilities are top class, the kids loved the pool. Only downside was our room, bit dated and beds were uncomfortable.

Stayed here Saturday night with a group of friends, lovely warm spacious rooms, we had an evening meal it was lovely large portions, breakfast was great, great staff very friendly, we will return.

Stayed here for the 1st time. Food is fantastic! rooms are a good size. Everyone so friendly will definitely be back.

Possibly the best Bend and Breakfast accommodation I have stayed in. Spotless modern bedroom & bathroom. Dining room with Benbulben mountain views. The hostess friendly and informative & the area is just stunning.

Attended my son Kevin and Erin's Wedding Reception on 21st October. It was an amazing day. I can't thank the owner enough for such a magical day. Everything inwas just perfect. Food was delicious and a special thanks to a lovely attentive staff.
