Totally awesome hotel, rooms are fabulous and the staff goes above and beyond. 5 stars.

Stayed in family room with Husband and 3 daughters. The room was spacious and very clean. Had meal in the Bar which was delicious! I have to say I’ve never met nicer staff! Everyone was so friendly and spent time talking to us and our daughters going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! Your staff are an absolute credit to your hotel! We hope to get to stay with you again! 😄

There has never been a time I’ve visited the Rose Hotel when I haven’t felt the warmth and friendliness of such a beautiful place. Highly recommend it. 🌹💜

Staying here now since we arrived on Wednesday I don't want to go home best of staff so friendly and very nice to know staff are doing autism training so not only can they be come a autism friendly hotel but also the first one in Ireland and waitress Claire is a essential part of the team friendly and so helpful 5 stars for u guys food is unreal too breakfast and dinner wow wow.

Just spent a 3 night weekend break at this fabulous Hotel. We could not fault it. Excellent location to beautiful Kerry. I could use every adjective in the dictionary to describe this amazing Hotel. The ambiance, food, decor, and the outstanding staff who are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and who go beyond the call of duty to make your stay memorable. Not forgetting the fabulous Serenity Spa thank you Shauna for the wonderful pamper experience. The perfect way to end a perfect weekend break.

I booked in with the rose hotel yesterday with my wife unfortunately my wife became ill and we had to check out the staff in the hotel went above and beyond for us and even gave a full refund wonderful hotel and wonderful staff will be coming back again for sure.

I got married at The Rose Hotel in July 2021 and I only have great things to say about the Hotel and Staff. Daniel and his team were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure me, my wife and our guests had everything we needed to enjoy our special day. The food was outstanding.
The service was fantastic.
The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully finished. We can't wait to return to the hotel again soon and we highly recommend the hotel to other couples looking for a reception venue for their wedding day.

Very nice hotel and people.

I stayed here for two nights as I had to go to Tralee for essential reasons. The food was superb and the staff were absolutely amazing in all aspects. From the reception, to breakfast and especially Mark and co in the bar, they made my stay very comfortable and looked after me to the highest standard. Would definitely recommend and will be back for a holiday once we can. Thanks again!

Very friendly staff first time staying here stayed for 2 nights in family room we all enjoyed it within walking distance to aquadome and cinema and all the shops. Fabulous breakfast also.

Great hotel with delicious food. As for the very friendly welcoming staff in all areas of the hotel especially Kyle and the breakfast staff, great patience … My family had a great few days here and our three girls loved the kids club so much, we are looking forward to our next stay.

Have stayed a few times before and always have a great experience. Beautiful hotel, so comfortable, rooms spacious and spotless. Food & service very good. Staff so so friendly. Just back from my most recent stay with my son. He wasn't well the first night and ended up being sick while at kids club and l have to commend the 2 staff managing the club. Both young girls but it didn't phase them, they were so good with my son and very helpful. Well done Chloe & Christine. Thanks for our fab stay.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Rose Hotel for a fantastic job. I had a Tour of 11 people and unfortunately one of the group took ill last weekend. One phone call to the Hotel and what can I say a second to none response. Helpful, underatanding, courteous, I could not have asked for better response. 10/10 for a job well done by all the team.

Had a lovely weekend in the Rose Hotel. Everything from the staff to the food was excellent. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious with everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again and will highly recommend it to family and friends.

Well the only thing 4 star about this hotel is the fancy building and rooms — but staff attitude to guests is a total disgrace — rude and arrogant and food is questionable. Do not cater for vegetarians etc as only food offered was Pasta. Pasta and more pasta with a slightly different sauce. My breakfast plate was just chucked on the table at me — some times thought I would lose the food on the floor. Would not recommend this hotel at all — is a disgrace for 4 star. There are many 3 star hotels in this area that far surpass this one.

I was lucky enough to be your winner from the Rte competition if I could give a hundred star rating I would from check in to check out my husband and I were treated like royalty the front of house staff couldn't have been more accommodating the meal was mouth watering and the servers couldn't do enough for you the room was fabulous I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone again from my husband Tony and I a million thanks looking forward to coming back.

A superb restaurant where everything is absolutly fabulous! Main courses were delicious. Fresh products used at their perfection. We also appreciated our dessert.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Food was amazing. I had chicken and avacado wrap, delicious! My husband hand the bacon and cabbage. He loved it.

Went for afternoon tea a treat for my birthday from my daughter on 22/6, very disappointed, we were never asked about sandwich choice, tea etc, such a small amount if food for €20 pp, would nor recommend wasn't even wished a happy birthday let alone given a candle or sparkler…
Well due to this the hotel got in touch they were very kind invited us back thank you Rose hotel, we will see you soon.

Absolutely first class. Staff are so friendly and attentive. Clean and beautifully decorated this venue oozes class. Attended a wedding reception there today and can say there can honestly be no finer place in Kerry. Outstanding in every respect. And food was awesome. 10/10. Highly recommended.

Good hotel in a good location. Rooms are spacious, maybe a bit of modernisation would go amiss but that’s not the end of the world. Breakfast was varied and good — I’ll stay here again.

Beautiful hotel situated just away from the city center. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a fun bar. My only complaint is that I can't seem to make my room cold enough, but I am one of those that likes to freeze while I sleep. Would come back for sure!

Think one word sums this hotel up FANTASTIC, we held our social in the Rose last weekend everyone was so impressed by the Food, Service, Rooms, etc… if you have an event / wedding Madeline will take all the stress out of it she is brilliant and nothing is to much trouble for her. Thank you again to The Rose Hotel and the wonderful Madeline you are an asset to any business. We look forward to returning again next year for our third year in a row.

Staff were excellent… friendly and welcoming, food was very good and reasonably priced. Parts of the panelling on the 3rd floor next to the lift was very poorly held together with a lot of visible screws… really made the place look quite shoddy.

I was bridesmaid for my friends wedding Friday and from start to finish our experience at the rose was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are amazing. The rooms are spacious and modern. I Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of a week end away a wedding or just a bite to eat. The Wedding co-ordinator went above and beyond the call of duty nothing was a problem. The next morning the breakfast staff were also so accommodating from start to finish they made our stay in the hotel very special. Thank you all.

Excellent. Staff helpful, friendly. Lovely atmosphere all through the hotel. Food very good. Bar staff efficient and courteous. Breakfast served with a smile, nothing too much trouble. I wish all hotels were like The Rose.

Trying very hard to be a 5 star hotel but just missing, menu limited and service not quite up to scratch — but still a very good 4 star hotel.

Stayed here for valentine's buying a package deal. The service and the massage was incredibly well worth it. Definitely try the massage.

Very nice and clean hotel. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. They offer also entrance to Aqua Dom for great price, kids club and SPA. I can fully recommended this place. Nice and helpful service.

Was here for a corporate event and was fine. Friendly staff and decent facilities. Food was OK but overall "just another hotel" with nothing really that sets it apart to merit 5 stars.

Good service, comfortable room and enjoyable ambience. The only criticism I'd have is that the food seemed to be cooked with a lot of salt.

Went for lunch. Good service, food took a while to arrive because it was very busy. Had a chicken and avocado wrap which was very good. The chips were excellent too.

Went there to dinner to celebrate my father in laws birthday … Good ambiance… Brilliant staff… Good food… in laws and hubby loves it. Only reason they don't get a 5* rating from me is that they messed up my main course… Asked for steak… Got lamb. And by the time my steak was ready the family had finished eating… And I think the hurry to get my dinner ready meant the lovely grilled mushroom on my plate was raw too…

Just back from the fantastic wedding of my cousin Aisling and her new husband Joe O'Connor. Have to say what an amazing hotel. From start to finish, everything was on point. Stayed from Friday till Monday. Food was superb, we had a meal Friday in the restaurant, meal at the wedding Saturday, lunch and dinner in the Bar on Sunday. So we experienced 3 different types of meal and not one was below par. … Staff are a credit, Madeleine was amazing all weekend, not just to Joe And Aisling but all the guests. She went above and beyond her duties. William and Rico also made a fantastic impression on all the family as did all the staff. Rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend The Rose Hotel and will definitely be returning.

Lovely hotel, clean and very modern. Food was of a good standard and breakfast was exceptional, basically anything you wanted you could have to eat. Location was great also, just a 10 min walk through the park to the town centre. Staff were really helpful, especially Christopher, the night porter, who was very knowledgeable about the Rose of Tralee, will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it.

Rooms facing the street are not optimally soundproofed. That sucks. The rooms are large, bathrooms are small but adequate but unfortunately not accessible. The food is getting used to and was not in my taste. Anything tasted strange.

This has such a beautiful surrounding. Bar is really big and the food is good. Not a fan of the beds though.

I had the pleasure of staying in the Rose Hotel in Tralee in early June. From the time we entered the building, we were treated with warm smiles and friendly greetings from staff members. The twin room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen TV etc. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and we had ample supplies of shampoo, body lotion etc. We dined in the dining room that evening and the food and service were excellent. We had a few drinks in the bar after dinner and again the bar staff couldn't be more helpful when we asked for recommendations for walking/hiking in the area. We will definitely return to this hotel again and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Tralee.

Excellent experience in the rose hotel last night. Went out for dinner with the family. Food was 10/10 and the beer was great. I had the mackerel as a starter and it was nice to have something different, the lamb was the nicest cut I have ever tasted. The staff in the hotel are extremely nice, they couldn't do enough for you. Can't wait to go back again.

From the rooms, to the dining experience to the spa service! I would give ten stars if I could. Forgot to take picture of our breakfast… French toast and bacon, egg and sausage butty is what you should try! Ps — try the Orange juice yummyyyy!

Wonderful friendly staff. Food has been amazing. Perfectly situated for when we went around the Ring of Kerry and to Dingle. They also have a beautiful baby grand piano in the foyer.

Stayed in Fels Point last weekend for our anniversary. Staff were very helpful and pleasant food good. Hotel was lovely.

Not 4 star, no pool, cheap tea, toiletries. Quiet for a Friday night in June.

Perfect, very nice and very quiet, very nice rooms, bathroom nice and clean, very professional service and quality. It is a 4 stars which is not very far from the 5.

Absolute brilliant time staff so friendly. Paul/Michelle/Tom/john couldn't do enough for us well located.

A few hiccups but all is well.

Toilet didn't work in the room but got an upgrade to a suite. Nice move.

Perfect for Kids as you get the free entry to Aquadome.

Service slow but staff lovely n fab hotel. Dont go if in a rush. Food excellent.
