Just had a 3 night stay here with my Husband and Son. I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s clean and comfortable, The staff are very helpful and very Friendly. Molly J’s is a must see. The Food is Amazing, I will be back 😊

Wonderful hotel, staff go over and above. Real friendly atmosphere. Absolutely amazing food! The steak was devine 👌 and plenty of choice for coeliacs on the breakfast and dinner menu which made my stay so much easier. My daughter thouroghlly enjoyed her mini staycation here too. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thanks 😁

What can I say but my god. I was overwhelmed by the service I got when I turned up, they couldn't do enough. The reception staff were great.

We recently celebrated our son’s confirmation with a fabulous family meal at Benners Restaurant. Firstly I must thank Pauline for all her help & making us us feel so welcomed. We thoroughly enjoy our meal, food was divine, staff were very friendly, chatty & helpful. We highly recommend Benners Restaurant & can’t wait to return. Again thank you so much Pauline, we are truly grateful for all you did for us.

Stayed here Saturday night with my boyfriend, had a lovely time, very friendly staff and lovely to deal with. Very clean and well kept Will be going back to this place again :)

Couldn’t fault this hotel one bit from start to finish. Pauline and the staff were amazing. Food, drink and craic was brilliant. Felt so safe with the social distance well maintained throughout. Already planning our next trip and we haven’t left yet.

My mom, sisters and our daughters had our little women's Christmas meal last night. The food the service was out standing. Lovely cosy surroundings. The girls that waited on us were fabulous and friendly, and the food wow wow!

Great hotel in Tralee just on the edge of the town centre 5 minutes walk and you are there. Stayed here on a Shearngs trip to Tralee and the Dingle Peninsula. The hotel is very clean with the rooms serviced each day. Food is very good with a varied variety. The bar stocks a range of Lager, beers, spirits and soft drinks. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They can provide transport details on reception. The dining room staff are all first class on customer service and very helpful. This is a family run hotel and everything about the place is first class. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Pleasant staff, one meal was ok, second was large, but lacked flavour and seasoning. Management agreed, offered a replacement and free srink.

The venue is comfortable, with adequate food. The service is great in the bar with an outdoor function area. The storage of refuse is a problem in this area.

Good selection of rooms for all group sizes, lovely bar and restaurant with amazing staff, the doors locked at 23.00 when we stayed on 3 occasions so would suggest enquiring at desk as you must contact the duty manager/door man to open the doors.

Okay, but the window of the room was half covered, so you could only see the sky. Also the doors could only be closed with a big pull. That was only possible by creating some noise. Big plus: The service is excellent.

Very dirty floors! I couldn't sleep all night because outside someone was screaming and shouting!

We had our son's christening in Benners this weekend and it was amazing! Orlagh was such a pleasure to deal with when booking and couldn't do enough for us. The garden terrace is gorgeous and was perfect for our numbers. Every member of staff was so pleasant, professional and helpful. All of our guests were raving about the food, and we got loads extra! I would highly recommend this venue for any party. Thanks so much.

This hotel is right bang in the middle of Trelee! Very nice and helpful staff. Nice bar and they serve an amazing breakfast. If you're looking for a nice typical Irish hotel, you won't be disappointed with Benners.

Stayed 1 night in the hotel at the weekend. The staff were so kind & friendly. We were given an extremely late checkout without any hassle & the kindness from the staff was exceptional! Would have no hesitation in staying again & definitely recommend this hotel but especially their amazing staff!

Always nice atmosphere there. Back side with nice sofas little hidden spot for coffee and some quiet. Close to the smoking area makes it more convenient. Portions quite small there enough for one but not for sharing. Clean, quite, good service. One of the best in Tralee.

Stayed here with the boyfriend and some friends and it was lovely just like the pics on the internet and such a good place to stay if ur wanting to do some christmas shopping u have whatever shop u want walking distance. I would recommend to anyone lovely food lovely staff just perfect :-)

Absolutely amazing, Alan was such a tremendous host… Really made us feel at home.

Nice stay for two nights. Clean, warm room. Plenty of hot water. Only comment on room is that for a few Euros the shower curtain should be changed to a double layer one instead of the one installed which was too short and stuck to you. Another surprising factor is that the fire doors on each floor leading to the stairwell (a means of escape) were pegged open with wedges. Not good. All in all though a good stay in a good location for the attractions associated with Tralee.

Very bad hospitality, staff without knowledge what they are offering. Bar food was nice but for dinner price goes up for 2-3€ (same dish). Irish stew uncooked, probably didnt see lamb at all. Cesar salad 15€… really?! Even Dublin has it cheaper. Nobody came to ask how is everything, I didnt even get a spoon for stew. Probably training was provided at McDonalds (take the order, take the money, give them food and let them leave). 10€ for breakfast is not bad, but when you have option just to choose one item it is. That includes or full irish, or pancakes, or porridge or buffet (penny kitchen has more items on the line). Unfortunately I didnt take picture of full irish breakfast to share it to see embarrassment on the plate. I didnt see housekeeping staff but at least someone did their job properly.

No sockets beside the bed, ridiculous. Lighting is very poor also. The room was roasting because there is no air conditioning, and the window only partially opens. Wouldn't recommend.

Went in only for dinner and were disappointed as the portion was so small that we had to ask for bread! Price too high for what we got. Service was good at beginning but when it got little busier they all disappeared. Should have done the same and gone without paying!

Stayed here four four nights 6th to 10th august 2017 as part of a shearings coach tour very friendly hotel staff all lovely and very helpful rooms very clean and great food would definately stay again.

Lovely hotel all modern really enjoyed our stay Brendan night porter really a people's person all chatty even though he had his work to do kept checking were we ok would definitely stay here again only fault the noise in morning off street.

Worst hotel iv ever experienced. Manager was rude as hell an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Certainly wouldn't recommend. Only reason it gets a star is the hotel itself and room were clean.

Ok, 'The Benners Hotel' Tralee: if you are ever in Tralee or if you ever want to go to Kerry make a point of visiting Tralee and a must that you stay in the Benners. Pauline is the person to contact and she will make your stay just perfect. Now food! Kerry made and Tralee served — just tasty, fresh, local and — well perfect! Rooms and accommodation is as you would expect at Benners — perfect. So, a really enjoyable too short of a trip to the Kingdom. We will be back. And if you need a wee coffee and a bit to eat — a short walk around the corner to The Roast House is a must. Enjoy.

We held our son's Christening meal in Benner's Hotel back in November — comprising of a party of 25 adults & children. After drinks in the bar we were taken through to the comfortable secluded dining area which was beautifully decorated — including a lovely display area for the Christening cake & sweet cart. We then enjoyed a really fabulous three course meal (with lots of options to suit all tastes), followed by tea/coffee and christening cake. The staff were attentive yet …unobtrusive throughout, and clearly at home with helping the children. They set up a children's table with colouring materials & had a fun menu, with the kids occupied parents and kids alike were able to relax and enjoy the lovely setting. In particular, I would like to thank Orlagh (the events co-ordinator) who was accommodating in every way from the day of booking to the event itself. Her passion, creativity & love for her work was evident in so many ways from little touches like the décor, greeting on the blackboard, entertaining my nieces & warming bottles! She is a major asset to this hotel. The cost was remarkably good value for such an excellent meal and friendly service, and nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Went in for lunch and thought we would try the food here. Had a coffee here previously and wanted to try the food as it is very reasonably priced for tralee. We were seated and a menu was brought over by a member of staff. We placed our order and was pleasantly surprised how tasty the wrap and panini were. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing would definitely recommend.
