Amazing staff, modern room, beautiful view from balcony suite. Would definitely recommend. Every wish fulfilled by staff without problem. Very friendly and attentive. The only let down was very poor vegan options, just one main course and without protein, no desserts other than that everything else was perfect.

Ultra super staff when its comes to catering for guests. That with a fabulous and scenic location makes the Sneem Hotel an eccellent vacation venue.

We are a family of 5, stayed in the apartments which are perfect. Plenty of towels, very clean & comfortable soft furnishings (pillows are a little hard as per other reviews). Had prebooked dinner in the bar, lovely atmosphere and very friendly & efficient staff serving excellent food. Breakfast was excellent also and again staff were brilliant.
A special mention to Ian, he is a great ambassador for The Sneem Hotel.
3 easy accessible beaches near by, we went to White Strand (15 min drive) & Derrynane (30 min drive), both were amazing.
Looking forward to returning to Sneem again soon.

Stayed here last summer. Had an absolutely brilliant few days staff are so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Would 100% recommend and would love to back very soon. Keep up the great work.

Stunning location, fabulous food and extremely welcoming staff. Definitely one of our favourite hotels for family gatherings and special occasions.

We have stayed in the apartments here several times as it is an ideal base for our walking, swimming and fishing on the Ring of Kerry. Nice bar with good food and music on some nights. Very helpful staff and dog friendly. Nice views from upper floors.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sneem Hotel. The room was clean and enormous (sea side view with balcony). The view is gorgeous! It was very quiet during our visit, which was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and did a great job. The breakfast was good (buffet style) and our dinner was especially delicious. The dining room and bar area look a bit generic (nothing fancy), but the quality of food and service was excellent. It does have a great view. When the weather is nice, they have outdoor seating. This hotel is also well located within walking distance of the small town of Sneem.

Lovely hotel very welcoming. Clean and the staff were very astute to our needs. The facilities are more than adequate for our race and while there was also a wedding going in but had room for all of us. The Wi-Fi was very bad though.

Stayed in the apartments adjoining the hotel. Very comfy beds and the apartment is well kept and functional. There were a few draw backs in so much as you can’t use the toaster as it sets off the fire alarms. If you apartment is for 4 persons, all you get is 4 knifes and 4 forks… four of everything. Don’t expect to be doing any amazing cooking cause you won’t find many utensils… On the plus side, the views are spectacular, the staff are helpful and there’s a decent choice of food on the hotel menu’s.

We stayed in the suite with a balcony, The views were breath taking! A joy to wake up there, The room decor suits the area which I loved. The village has just about everything you need, very relaxing stay. Can't wait to go back again.

Perfect! Superb accommodation facilities, delicious food and the friendliest, nicest staff you'll ever find! So welcoming and nothing is any trouble. A lovely babysitter took great care of our children, I can't wait to go back!

I could not recommend this hotel strongly enough. Staff are warm, friendly, efficient and always good humoured. Lamb is the best I ever ate (and I am 60). We stay there regularly, summer and winter.

Fab location & great staff. Very difficult to beat this superb ace. The dinner was absolutely astounding.

Great hotel with a very nice breakfast included! Visited this hotel for a wedding and stayed 3 night. Really nice view of the mountains form the bar / restaurant area and quite a nice modern lobby with area that is comfortable and has quite a nice fire place that is lit daily. Staff in restaurant / bar very friendly, smiley and helpful. Only looses points because I was promised a sea view on the phone and when arrived there were no rooms left available of this kind.

Absolutely lovely hotel, right off the ring off Kerry. I went a year or so back for the international story telling festival and it was an absolute blast, listening to the folks of Kerry regaling in times passed. Highly recommend for families and the like, this hotel has a wonderful lake out back with views up to the mountains nearby, you can even take a boat on the water and paddle around if you’re so minded.

Recently stayed in Sneem Hotel for a midweek break. Absolutely beautiful location, beautiful view from our bedroom. The food was fabulous and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely return again soon. Clare Kenny.

Nice place to stay. The hotel has a dog named red and there is an audi TT and a Tesla model s outside the hotel!

Perfect hotel for a nice get away in Ireland. I visited the hotel over December time for a weekend and the whole experience was spot on. On entering the hotel they have a nice open fire going and you are welcomed by the hotel dog Red who is lovely. The service desk were very polite, helpful and quick which makes it so much better when you just want to get into your room. We stayed on the second floor in room 201 (I Think) huge room, very clean, warm and had black out blinds which is a must for me. The bathroom is a little dated but does the job with a powerful shower and nice clean towels. They have tea and coffee facilities (no Barry's tea) plus biscuits which is a nice touch. Chair table and desk if you need to work. The bar and dinning room is lovely and friendly the staff go over and above to make you feel welcome. The bar has a great range of drinks and don't mind a sing song or two. The dinning room for dinner was nice and their steaks are done to perfection. Breakfast offers a great section of hot and cold food with some days doing a full Irish, Coffee and tea up to scratch and the view in the morning is amazing (make sure you get a table at the back by the window. The hotel is located close by to a number of pubs and shops but would suggest driving as could take 5-10 mins as long drive way out of the hotel. The road up to the hotel is narrow and windy so take care as easy to have an accident.

One thing, I can't argue about, is the location. It's a stunning, special part of the world. Let's go over the things, I can argue about. The Staff for example. Maybe they are just overworked, we saw the same people in the morning, as in the evening and that 4 days in a row. They were unprofessional with the greeting, (if your smile isn't genuine, don't bother) Clearing the table, (one does not reach over the mug of coffee to clear the plate, when the guest is holding said cup. ) The place claims to be a 4 star hotel, it's true enough with the food. The food and presentation is marvelous. However the rooms, as comfy as they are, could be refurbished and brought into this century and yet again, the staff. Please! teach the cleaning staff to use deodorant and how to greet guests in the hallway. One doesn't have to hug everybody but at least an acknowledgement would be fantastic. Free parking is a plus and the scenery around the Hotel is breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel, sure, because, maybe we just got a week, were the staff was especially overworked. Stayed in the apartments with my family and our dog. Highly recommend with great location and facilities to explore Kerry. Can't wait to go back again.

A beautiful establishment with fantastic views. I had incorrectly booked wrong dates but the manager quickly arranged an upgraded room at no extra charge and was more than helpful with knowledge and directions of the area. Fantastic friendly service, one could not as for more, thank you!

Stayed here for my best friends wedding, the room was massive, clean, bed was comfortable, shower was powerful, and view from room was stunning, there is a resident dog which I thought added a homely touch to the hotel, the iron wasnt great, it barely got creases out of my partners shirt and as a vegan there was barely any option for food which was extremely disappointing, however, for breakfast I could ask for some veg to be made separately and if you were vegetarian there was a decent option, it says there is a leisure center, which is a very small gym a room with a sauna and a jacuzzi we had to fill ourselves, in most places we have stayed they have had some sort of decent spa area, so this was disappointing.

Well located in the Ring of Kerry. 4 stars le Vale All.

At first the place seems like a well established hotel but once you get to dealing with the staff you soon realise that they are not prepared for there tasks they have been set. Wrong food for children for a start then to try and compensate they over load the adults with extra unnecessary food. Bar staff don't check glasses had to return three pricy pints 5:20 a pint. Temple Bar prices because of flys rooms a nice and comfortable beautiful view if you get a back room.

Love it here. Feels relaxing, happy, full of life and calmness. Great holiday home with my family. Chilled and fulfilled. (Mary Kate Barry. )

What a beautiful place! It's like being in the middle of a fairy tale! The hotel is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the food is delicious! My room was spacious and had air conditioning, which is not something you always get in Europe. It's only a short walk into the center of the village, which is warm and welcoming. The hotel is right on the Ring of Kerry for those who are in the area for the scenery. Highly recommend this place. I will most likely come back here the next time I come to Ireland.

Modern spacious hotel nestled out of site of the pretty village of Sneem. The initial approach to the hotel keeps it's main attraction a secret until you enter through the lobby into the dining area where sweeping views of the dramatic landscape across the Sneem river transform the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is comfortable and spacious decorated with references to a modern hunting lodge style with large fireplaces and comfortable couches.

Didn't stay in the hotel but had lunch here. Easily accommodated our group of seven adults and seven children. Food was beautiful and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and attentive.

They lost our reservation made online and paid for and made absolutely no effort in making up for it, resulting in us having to drive an additional hour to get elsewhere. They also do not reply to emails I sent about refunding the deposit.

Perfect place to stay! Nice bedroom, beautiful view, staffs really friendly. Just Perfect! Just the breakfast could be more options of food, like cheese, ham. Some cake. But its just a detail.
