Would highly recommend this hotel, after a lovely break with my daughter here. From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly & welcoming. Fabulous food great location too.

Had a fantastic stay at Randles hotel. Staff were professional but also really friendly. Our Room was luxurious and spacious. Food was great especially breakfast. Had the best pint of Guinness.

We couldn't find fault with the randles hotel we enjoyed two nights in this beautiful hotel in one of there exquisite suites, there staff were second to non an any questions and queries were dealt with an answered in a professional manner, the food was delicious and the bar men were excellent at their job n service was brillant, As for the lovely ladies within Zens day Spa they made our stay even more relaxing!

Lovely clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect for exploring Killarney and its surrounding scenic spots.

The Hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly but I'm a coach Driver I wasn't very happy with my room it was clean but the bed was stuck in a corner u couldn't walk around it very awkward getting in and out.

The suites are lovely and roomy. Reception lovely and friendly.

My nephew got sick and they helped us get him to a doctor and get meds. Very nice people!

Just got here for the first night… but the staff could not be more helpful and friendly.

Food was good and parking was slick.

Everything seems good but my room. Should be a storage room or office usage space. It is too close the elevator and hall way by it’s alone, too noisy and not good for guest room. If will stay in this hotel, definitely not in room 105.

I enoyed my stay in Randles. Room was a bit small but clean. Food wad good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Position of the bed which is only 6/8 inches from the wall made it awkward to get in and out of. Get the bed position sorted out and it would be top notch. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Lovely staff in all departments. Very quick check in & out. Room lovely & clean. Bathrobes, slippers, chocolates & water complimentary. Stayed in Room 307 very noisy next to the lift. Great choice for breakfast.

We stayed here two nights in mid July. Great location, only about a 10 minutes walk to the old part of town and a short 5 minutes drive to Killarney National Park. The room was clean and updated. There is an lift however our room required we go up a short flight of stairs. There is no air conditioning so it can get a little warm if it is hot outside. For breakfast they had a selection of cereals, pastries and juices and also let you order from a small menu. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Killarney.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic staff. Lovely big rooms and beds. Food and drinks very good. Excellent breakfast and serving staff. Location perfect. Just across the road from kilarney brewing company which is worth a visit. Plenty of on site parking.

Visited back in September of 2017, loved the stay, Shawn was an absolute gentleman. The whole staff knew so much about the surrounding areas, food was amazing, and such a great atmosphere. Thank you all so much! We will return!

Myself and my partner had the misfortune to book a stay in the Randles Court Hotel based off a family members experience from many years ago. We wanted a quiet weekend, somewhere close to town to we could walk in, a little luxury (Doesnt have to be the ritz) And some general comfort. When we arrived we found out that there was a rally on locally and that the town was full of boy racers and rally cars, not an ideal start but not the hotels fault, nor something they could remedy. Our suite was in the front of the hotel, facing out onto the road which had rally traffic, cars and fanboys, racing up and down until well after 5am, so we had no sleep. The room didnt help this by being dark and stuffy and having no ventilation or AC, so we had to keep the windows open to let some air in. Room Bad Points: No Air Conditioning. No Extractor fan in the bathroom, meaning it was unusable after a shower as it was full of steam. Mould on the shower. Bad finish on shower tiles. Travel Buddy (In-room Smartphone) didn't work. Room had an old kitchen table and sideboard in one section, this was the section with a window in it. The other section had no window, was very very dark and had the bed, tv, couch and other furniture. This was an impractical layout, making the TV area unusable whilst my partner was in bed. This is easily fixed. Room Good Points: Good size, although layout impeded this. Coffee machine. Large TV with some channels on it. Stereo. Hotel Good Points: Close to town.

You must stay here! Great location, super close to the entrance of park and 10min walk in the other direction to the town centre. Great bike rental across the street. Free local smart phone in your room. AMAZING breakfast. Staff is wonderful, friendly, quick, pleasant… 5 stars in my book all the way.

Most hotel's have good facilities and amenities, they are 5 ⭐ but it's the attention to detail by the staff that make this the hotel of choice.

Outstanding! I wish I knew everyone's name to thank them personally… the entire staff went above and beyond! Jeremy in the bar was never far away with great service, advice and a smile. I was looking for an empty bottle of gin (I loved the bottle color and shape, but Im not a gin drinker) and he took the time to tell me where I would most likely find one… sure enough, it was the first place he suggested. The walk to town is a simple 5 minutes and the views are stunning. Loved the town and look forward to returning. Many thanks, Amanda and John.

Worn down a bit, only average service No water on the room, rooms need to be refurbished, shower only works on one temperature, bathroom dirty, no shampoo refills on second day, impolite staff at breakfast. View from room into hotels backyard not very appealing. Cosy bar with good food and drinks, good location close to town center.

Compassionate, friendly staff, excellent breakfast service, beautiful hotel! Stayed five days during the All Ireland's and would recommend to anyone traveling to Southern Ireland.

The staff here is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. We were here during "the beast from the east" and could not have been in a better facility. We were warm and well looked after. They even helped us get the Ring of Kerry Tour completed before the snow. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Randles for 2 nights in one of the suites, the room was unbelievable and I have to say the staff were outstanding, never came across staff like them, so attentive and friendly throughout our stay, one of the most relaxing hotels we have ever stayed in, cant wait for our next trip to killarney.

Stayed in the hotel Friday and Saturday. Bed was really comfortable, and the room was nice. Very little power from the shower, but this is a minor issue. Only thing I really did not like is the price of alcohol. Total rip off, with prices similar to Templebar. A bottle of NZ white wine is 36 which is far too greedy. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

WORST HOTEL I've ever stayed in. Water is brown and stinks. Black mold all over the shower. Stains on the carpet, stains on the bedding, holes in bedding! And of course stained towels… one unwashed form the looks of it. Truly disgusting. I was wondering how they had so many good reviews on TripAdvisor and here, it turns out that the reviews are collected in partnership with the hotel, basically they send an email asking you to leave a review… We didn't get this email after we stayed and I suspect that the only people who get these are the ones who stayed in the suites… those are the images I see in the reviews. Don't be fooled, spend your money on one of many lovely hotels in Killarney.

Decent hotel, I was a night with my family, with the kids I was in the pool, big and with the hot water, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Close to the centre and 30 minutes from the lake.

Nice comfortable B&B, large rooms and real Irish welcome. Great breakfast. Would stay again.

Average hotel. Probably overpriced but this is Killarney. Staff were helpful, room was ok. Nothing exciting or standout about the place. Went for dinner at 7 but told the restaurant was not open till 8. Ate in the bar which was fairly good even if they did forget my dessert. Breakfast in the morning was good except for the porridge which was dreadful.

We stayed at the Randles Hotel in Killarney in May 2017. During our stay I proposed to my Fiancé at Ross Castle. The staff and management at the hotel helped me with everything and I could not have done it without them. They booked and organized a Jaunting car to the castle, Flowers for my fiancé
and an in room silver service dinner complete with butler on our arrival. I can not begin to thank them enough for their outstanding hospitality. Everything was perfect and exceptional. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the Kerry mountains and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. Looking forward to coming back in the future. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Lovely staff great service. The rooms were lovely. I would highly recommend the Randles Hotel to stay in Killarney.

Discreet Hotel just minutes from the center of Killarney. Very nice rooms, clean but slightly old-fashioned.

I did present to the front desk that the Wi-Fi was not working and I was told that I could not connect with a Samsung S5 phone but only with IPhone! (No-comment)
Convenient as a starting point (or arrival) to visit Killarney National Park, Ross Castle and the Ring of Kerry.

The hotel was OK but price bit expensive (€160/night). No amenities at the room, the bath bit small. The breakfast was flat. At least the meal we had at the hotel was very tasty. Even though the drinks are overpriced. Also the girl at reception was very helpful.

My sister was due to stay here on Friday and ended up having emergency surgery to save her life after paying in full for hotel I contacted the manager who I have to say was amazing and went out of his was to make sure a credit note was issued for her to use at a later date instead. Of just takin the money as a no show he was sympathetic to her. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a nice man and will highly recommend your venue to anyone who asks your staff and Lady who mailed me today to inform me a voucher is on its way to her are a credit to your hotel and I thank you sincerely from myself and my sister who I know is extremely grateful thank you so much x.

According to orbit around the ring of Kerry, this was the appropriate hotel before returning home. Rooms spacious, breakfast top! Super service! Ideal for walks in the vicinity! Pool clean!

Just arrived back from fabulous 2 night stay. Got a surprise room upgrade which was a real treat as it was a suite. Staff excellent and very attentive. Food delicious. Great choice of wines also. 5 minute stroll into town but we ate at the hotel as it was so relaxed. Enjoyed drinks by the fire in very comfy leather chairs. We have booked our next visit already.
