We got married here few weeks ago and it was just the most perfect day. The food is amazing. Staff are so helpful. Would highly recommend the Heights Hotel.

An amazing hotel, everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were great, thanks to Jackie on reception and Miguel and Afrim in the restaurant and bar. You guy's made a special break even better. The only down side was no sheltered heated smoking area. Overall rating 5 stars 🌟Will definitely be returning 💖

What a fantastic hotel. We stopped over night in January and from once we arrived and were greeted at reception, we were made feel so welcome. The staff are incredible with their friendly and helpfull manner. Dinner in the main restaurant was exceptional and breakfast equally as good. The room was very clean and spacious and so comfortable. The main areas of the hotel are cosy, spacious and spotless. The hotel takes great care of their valued customers with Sanitizer in every area. I would have no hesitation in recommending this privately owned Wonderful hotel to everyone and we are so looking forward to returning on our next visit to Killarney. Well Done to all at the Killarney Heights Hotel!

We stayed for three nights, enjoyed every moment, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left the staff were so genuinely lovely, friendly and willing. The food was delicious and the Breakfast service and spread was second to none, overall we had a great experience at the killarney heights Hotel.

Dining room and bar very dated, could do with an upgrade. Restaurant staff unfriendly, a smile costs nothing, dinner menu limited and quite expensive. The oly good thing was the receptionist. Was very welcoming and friendly and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. I won't be going back.

Just left this lovely hotel after a 2 night stay down from the west! The hotel itself was easy to find, staff all very friendly & helpful, breakfast was so tasty & no shortage of food, our room was warm, tidy & big plenty of room for 3! Beds were comfy, & the hotel was quiet. The hotel have done a great job considering the rules around covid 19, sanitizers everywhere, signs etc! Lovely spot for a staycation in killarney & very reasonable too! We’ll be back in the near future :)

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Exploiting guests due to Covid (in my opinion/experience)! We have not stayed yet however I feel the customer service shown by management was an absolute disgrace and to be honest, dreading my stay here as a result. Due to the hotel room being cancelled over Covid, when asked to inform of our new dates, we did. We were then informed that we MUST pay an additional €100. If we didn’t we would loose what we paid or else we could stay between Oct and April 2021. In their public post RE the reopening, the manager cheekily fought his corner that this was ok practice and informed me that he is looking forward to meeting me in person and other BS.

We had our Christmas party there for the Casino night and the food was dreadful. Disappointed from the starters through to the dessert. The girl who served us was not friendly. There were two games to play and that was it the only positive experience we had were the lovely bar staff. Would not go back.

Myself and my partner recently got married here and I cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. From start to finish while planning our wedding Natalie always made us feel like a priority. She was so friendly and professional and you can really see how she wins the awards for what she does as she is amazing!
The hotel were so accommodating all our guests were well looked after. Everyone was raving about the food and the hotel after the day and complimenting Natalie aswell as she went above and beyond for people on our wedding day. I would 100% recommend the Heights Hotel to anyone.

My husband and I had our wedding here last month it was so perfect. Natalie was a diamond from start to finish nothing was ever to much. Her staff on the day were completely amazing. The food that the head chef jamie sent out was out of this world our guests are still on about it as they couldnt believe the high standard and quailty of the food. To Natalie and the staff of the hotel I would like to thank ye personally from the heart as ye made our wedding absolutely beautiful and perfect.

We had our wedding at the Heights Hotel in September. Natalie, the wedding coordinator is amazing at her job. She is just so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was complimenting the food. We just loved everything about this hotel and we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Hotel definitely didn’t feel like a 4 star, food was average and the room was nothing like the photo despite paying for the highest price available. It was absolutely boiling too with the heating on in August and we woke throughout the night in bouts of sweat. Staff were friendly and the location was good.

Stayed here overnight for business, found the staff very friendly lovely clean functional rooms, and the food was delicious. Reasonable rate and can't fault it.

Came for a wedding today also stayed last night lovely room double and single beds in room still wondering why we were given a room which has a bathroom for wheelchair access does not make sense.

An excellent hotel. Lovely reception girl. There was a celebration at the bar next to the restaurant and we asked for a quiet table for dinner and fixed it. Both dinner and breakfast were fantastic. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The parking is large and free.

Charming hotel with its rustic side, polite, charming and attentive employees. Small buffet offered in the morning quite plentiful. Elegant and comfortable room even though the sink in my bathroom was quite small (water squirt) and my window right in front of the hotel air conditioning.

Weekend carvery was delicious and big portion. I would highly recommend it. Available between 12-15:00.

Great place to stay. The rooms were just okay, but just fine, and the rest of the hotel was great! As for the staff, they were so friendly, and the breakfast was amazing! I hope to stay here again.

My partner Eoin and I had our wedding reception at The Heights Hotel on 2nd June 2018. At the time we made the booking we were living abroad however Natalie was more than accommodating in helping us get a real sense of the venue and what they could offer. From day one Natalie was very easy and pleasant to deal with. She is very professional in her work. Nothing was ever too much for her and we appreciate her going above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant day. Our family and friends couldn’t be happier with the food and service they received on the day. Even the venue itself was set up and decorated better than we could have ever envisioned. I would also like to say a special thanks to Jack who ensured that our guests with specific dietary requirements were more than looked after. This was much appreciated. We had our day two at the venue as well and the food, music and service provided again were great. The whole weekend was fantastic.

Very nice hotel for families. Reasonably priced. Pretty good location. Slightly on the edge of the town but taxis to centre are not expensive. Under 10euro probably less than that.

Nice hotel in Killarney. Plenty of parking available. Room is nice and bathrooms seems recently redone. Would stay again. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant though.

Myself and my partner Owen had our wedding at the heights on Friday 4th of May. Everyone commented on how nice the venue was. I stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it, the bridal suite is amazing the decor and jacuzzi bath. Planning a wedding can be stressful but Natalie the wedding co ordinator in the heights relieved us of any stress when it came to the venue, no ask was too big she really is on the ball and she is an asset to the place. The chef will also have to get a big thanks as the food here is just gorgeous and there’s always plenty of it everyone was raving about it. From the cleaners to the waiting staff and receptionists everyone is so friendly, warm and helpful. If any future brides are looking for a venue you will not regret booking the heights and it’s now a place I will always hold dear in my heart.

Well where do we start! Dan and I booked our wedding well over a year ago with Noreen who really was wonderful to deal with, after that Natalie was dealing with us and nothing was too much trouble to her. Well we finally had our big day last Friday and from the moment we arrived for the service it was just amazing the way everything was set up. All our guest's couldn't stop taking about the meal and how efficient the staff were. Natalie and the staff of The Heights Hotel Dan and I just cant thank you enough for making our special day absolutely amazing, cant recommended this hotel enough. Thank you guys, Dan and Sheila Hourigan.

The Killarney Heights Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Killarney. Not really located in the centre, despite the proximity to the street it offers quiet rooms and very good rooms with all comforts. The distance to Killarney city Centre is 15 minutes ' walk and is therefore acceptable. Good relationship between price and performance.

Lovely space with good food. I ate dinner here — had the grilled salmon which was good. Staff reasonably friendly. Despite pleasant decor, lacked atmosphere and buzz on the Friday night in March that I visited. Located near Killarney town centre. Has plenty of onsite parking.

Right outside of Killarney, pretty old-fashioned, but quaint. Lovely rooms, beautiful building, clean, and great breakfasts included. Lunches are quite good as well. Go into town for dinner. Close to Killarney National Park, the Ring of Dingle, and the Ring of Kerry.

We stayed two nights and had a lovely relaxing time. The staff are kind, friendly and honestly can not do enough for you. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable and beautiful decorated. We ate in the restraunt our first night and the food was absolute quality. Very tasty indeed. A lovely member of staff served us, Beata, she really made our experience so enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back.

The Killarney Heights Hotel is an absolutely fantastic place to stay for a weekend. Management and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, warm and cleaned daily. Dining there is 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back again.

The room was ok, no views but the place is quiet as it is not in the city center. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. I had included the breakfast. It is a buffet breakfast, great variety of cereals, juices, pastries, hot food… but I do not especially like the buffet hot food as it is not the same as if the food is just cooked. But overall, the variety is good.

The hotel itself is beautiful however it's so not worth the money. The room was ok. When I tried to have a bath the water came out brown, staff said the pipes were not cleaned out & asked if I could have a shower. Having said that the food in the bar is top quality, I would definitely go back for food but stay elsewhere.

Gorgeous Hotel, friendly, helpful attentive staff. Wonderful location from which to explore the beautiful Kingdom of Kerry. Highly recommended. Will be returning in the summer. AAA+++

November 17 stay 2nights. Fantastic Hotel and that is not overstated. The staff are very welcoming and friendly crew. Its perfectly clean and warm throughout with a bar menu and also Resteraunt menu. Let me tell you the food is to die for… Fantastic chef and fresh produce made both bar food and Resteraunt food equally perfection. I have stayed in many hotels throughout the years and this is easily the most enjoyable by a clear mile. It will bring me back to Killarney which is also a very nice town with all big branded shops as well as the quaint… Delight for the tourist's.

Love the carvery lunches here. You get plenty of nice food at good price.

The room was clean. The deco was outdated. The room was quiet at night when we were there at the end of August. The hotel was 1 mile from the town center. No Uber service was available.

This hotel is now called 'Hotel Killarney'. The street view here is out of date, there is no 'Heights Hotel' anymore. Stayed here for two nights in August 2017. The hotel is basic, nothing special and not really worthy of three stars. There fridge or air con in the room and the walk from the room down to the lobby area was very long and confusing. Took us a while to find our room initially. The buffet breakfast was good with all the usual options available and staff were very helpful. There is usually no parking in the front area of the hotel but they let you park around the back. There was live entertainment on Friday and Saturday but its only about a 20 minute walk into the town so better to head in there.

I thought it was great. I was filming a wedding there. The staff were really helpful and professional. And nice. I also ate in the restaurant. It was very tasty.

Good Location. Lovely food nice staff. I had my Christmas party with SJOGon 14th December I must say I hope I come back next year very nice. I must say the staff are so good. Would recommend it for xmas next year so I give it a 5 stars lovely place. And would recommend it lovely meal Thanks Heights Hotel.

Room lights did not work. Asked to move room had to wate 2 hours … Shower did not work… not very happy going to work with no shower… room very cold no heating turned on.

We stayed here the night after our wedding and also had our ceremony at the Plaza. Beautiful Hotel, very chic and modern. Our suite was amazing! I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was the best by far. The shower had 5 heads and the tub was a jacuzzi! the bathroom had heated floors and we had 2 flat screen tvs! the furniture was quality and the view was breathtaking! We ordered room serivce which was prompt and inexpensiive. We will go back in October to avail of the spa treatments as we didn't have time on this trip. Excellent Hotel, bravo.
