Fantastic meal and service there last night Tuesday 5th food was top class … crab and smoked salmon ribs for main. Delicious baby bowl that was devoured 10/10 nice drop of 2016 midleton to finish.

Just stopped by hotel tonight the 28th of July. We requested a table outside for drinks at approx 830.
We were asked were we residents and we said no. We were told there was no available tables even though they were all vacant and had no reservation signs on them and the seat cushions were all filthy. She then says she had to check and came back and said "sit anywhere you want" we did not like the way she spoke to us as if she was trying to dismiss two children.
We would not recommend this hotel if this is the way they treat guests.
We decided to go elsewhere.
We frequent hotels a lot and first impressions and the way customers are treated is very important. Im afraid you disappointed in this area.

Had a lovely stay here a couple of weeks ago. Rooms were really lovely and clean. We had connecting rooms. Generous size too. Had a lovely evening in the bar dining. Food was gorgeous. Staff were amazing all very friendly and really helpful. Will definitely return 😊

Amazing find! What a hotel… beautiful decor, absolutely spotless with gorgeous rooms! The food is exceptional and we couldn’t have picked a better place for our “ lockdown lift treat”… The staff couldn’t be nicer — we even got the famous brown bread delivered to our room after a few drinks 😂… (thanks Damien) thanks to Una, Pat, and all the staff for their hospitality… we’ll definitely be back! Just back from another wonderful break away in Brook Lane. Breakfast and dinner were faultless as always. Huge thanks to Una and all the team for making us feel safe and welcome.

The Brook Lane is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. You can support them during lockdown by enjoying their take-away menu. I recommend the family platters. A delicious treat in difficult times — the sliders and ribs were a huge hit with my family. They are great for birthdays as there is something for everyone.

Stayed in Brook Lane Hotel for a week (which ended up being 11 nights) with my family. The amazing welcome from the wonderful staff from start to finish really made our covid staycation such a great experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They are like one big family and made us feel a part of that. Short handy walk into town. Had some lovely lunches in Casey's Restaurant in the hotel and also had dinners in their sister restaurant No. 35 down town. Food and service very good. Thanks so much to Una, Siobhan, Megan, Pat, Damian and all the rest of the lovely and efficient staff that made our stay special. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Food was the best I’ve ever tasted… hands down. Staff made you feel so at home… nothing like a “hotel”. More like a massive treat.

Best Sunday lunches in Kenmare. Roast beef is always top class, not sure about vegan though, wouldn’t thank you for it, fortunately plenty of meat choices.

My hubby & I fell in love with this beautiful boutique hotel the minute we stepped inside the doors & knew it was the perfect venue for the intimate wedding we were having ❤️ Everything was first class, the service on the day was outstanding & the meal was simply amazing! Our guests are still sending us messages about how fabulous our menu was & how good the food was! We had an exclusive wedding, it was so personal, romantic & so fabulous! I couldn't recommend this venue enough for an intimate wedding and Una, Pat & Siobhaun will go the extra mile to make your special day a memorable one. A special thank you also to Jack who was an adorable host to all our guests the morning after — Jack, you were an absolute pleasure! I would recommend Brooklane Hotel 100%, to say it was perfect is an understatement! Thank you all so much x.

After winning the competition we stayed in Brooklane Hotel on Friday night and what a wonderful prize it was. Location of hotel is fantastic and the rooms are superior our bed was like a marshmallow! The staff were amazing and service was great. The breakfast was Devine with lots of choice from self serve Buffett table and the Irish fry left me wanting to come back again! Thank you again for a wonderful prize and no doubt we will visit again.

I walked in for breakfast, they had a very good selection, I ordered the full Irish and it was excellent. Top quality ingredients including their own pork sausages from ship reared at the family farm. Top class, well worth a visit for food.

I really do like this hotel. My work colleague from NL was given a free upgrade. Service was friendly even through we ate in Packies (sorry) and didn't even stop by for a drink. Prices are just great value for money. Kenmare is maybe my favourite town in Ireland, we got married there 20 years ago. It's great to have such a quality and well-price hotel there. Well done all.

We stumbled upon this place when we stopped for lunch. It was wonderful! The best place we stayed in Ireland! Highly recommended!

Rooms were large and spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was fantastic and well worth eating at. Service was friendly and fast across the board. Would definitely recommend for families.

My husband and I stayed in Brook Lane this weekend. I must complement the staff here. Very friendly and professional. Food wise excellence. The breakfast was delicious.

I've stayed at the Brook Lane Hotel previously and the food is always excellent. We had the seafood platter to share last night which is a beautiful selection of fresh and smoked seafood along with different breads. Plenty for two people. We also shared the Bailey's brown bread ice cream… yum! Delicious dinner in a lovely setting, I highly recommend it!

Recently stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are “ really nice” to quote the sign board, and they really are. Food … o m g words cannot describe just how good it is, the breakfast menu is amazingly. I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel too highly, it’s brilliant.

We had our wedding at the Brook Lane last week and to say it was perfect would be a huge understatement. From the day we booked our wedding, Pat and Siobhaun were incredibly helpful and always there for advice and even just a chat. And on the day, Una was around like a super hero making sure everything was running smoothly and any question I had you can be sure she had it already dealt with. The staff were flawless also, making sure everyone was happy and comfortable and always with smiles on their faces. Our expectations were far exceeded and our families and friends were blown away by every aspect. It was a perfect day and night and the ideal venue for our friends and families to sit around and get to know each other. We can't thank ye enough for all ye have done for us over the last year but ye can be sure ye have some new regular visitors to the Brook Lane hotel. Chat soon guys, the Cliffes.

As members of Castlegregory GC we were returning from Parknasilla Golf Club and dined at Brook Lane Hotel There were six people in our group and we each had a great dining experience The food was excellent and our waitress was cheerful and pleasant Highly recommended Mike Mercer Castlegregory GC.

Well located with large clean rooms. Well priced for what you get. Cooked breakfast included. But sorry, the "boutique" label is a stretch. You'll have to work harder than reupolster vintage chairs with crushed purple velvet and add a few modern crystal chandeliers.

Delicious food and friendly staff we love coming here. Kids always looked after and great selection on offer for them too. Highly recommend.

What can I say. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such warmth! Having been our first trip away with baby brooklane could not have been more accommodating! After checking in we had Siobhan bring us up to the room and offered to sterilize bottles. She was amazing! The room did not let us down either! The food was gorgeous and the breakfast was 5*. Brooklane is a hidden gem! Highly highly recommend it!

Wonderful! Walking distance from town (as in 5 min. ), the staff were ever so friendly, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. Our whole group of 13 loved it!

Had dinner in Casey's. Without a reservation they fitted us in and treated us royally. Both food and service were excellent. The homemade chorizo for starter was delicious followed by one of the tastiest (and leanest) pork bellies I've ever had. Woukd I go back? Yes!

We stayed for a night just after Christmas, and this is in a great location for visiting the town of Kenmare and its surrounds. It's a family-friendly, lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the world. We intend to stay again in the summer. My wife and I shared a room and our sons shared another room and we ate at the restaurant in the hotel that night. The accommodations were great and the food was excellent, but what really made it for us was the atmosphere in the hotel and the fantastic staff. They were genuinely friendly and engaging and solicitous and attentive without being unctuous.

Really liked this hotel — lovely relaxed atmosphere, good menu in Caseys bar too, rooms really comfortable.

My family and I had a lovely stay in this hotel. Excellent location, linking the world famous Ring of Kerry with the rugged Ring of Beara. The food and service was excellent, Kenmare town is only a 5 minute walk. We would have no hesitation in recommended Brooklane hotel.

Lovely place to stay. Food great staff ever so friendly. I will go back next time in kenmare.
