I had my wedding there last friday and all I can say is what a wonderful team and place. Barry and all the staff went over and beyond for us. And the food was out of this world. Thank you so much guys xx.

The catering staff in the Banquet room were amazing. Their service was seamless and quick and very attentive. I was there for my sons wedding on July 28th and they made our experience wonderful. I would recommend this hotel as a wedding venue or a venue for a lovely family day out. All staff were polite and helpful and when I needed a taxi the night porter gave me a list of taxi providers so I could find a taxi.

When I saw the garden entrance with the lights in the trees, I knew I’d like this place. Older style building with traditional furniture, lovely big bed and super comfy mattress. Food in the restaurant is most excellent. Staff were all really nice and chatty. Only negative thing for me was being able to hear other guests in their room next to me but they were a bit loud, constantly in and out banging the door etc. Great spot for a break or work related over night stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, we went for a few Christmas party's over the years.

I was just in he restaurant for outdoor dining with my daughter, all the staff were brilliant with her, I couldn’t fault any of them at all, but 2 staff in particular that were serving us; Molly and clodagh, were just fantastic with her, very professional in general, courteous and friendly. She wants to come back every week, They made her happy, and when she’s happy I’m happy.

Had a lovely lunch today the food was amazing as usual. The hotel is very well laid out with signs everywhere it made it very comfortable, the staff were first class as usual and a big thanks to the girls who brought my daughters desert with Happy birthday written in the plate very nice touch. Can't recommend this fabulous hotel enough. Will be back again very soon. Well done to you all and thanks for a lovely afternoon.

The River bank house hotel is a lovely hotel which needs up dating in its rooms. The staff are great and the food is lovely. Over all I recommend this hotel. One of the best pizzas I have had in a hotel so fresh and freastly cooked. Will be back again at some point in the new year. Wish all the staff a great Christmas and peaceful New year. V.

Great place lovely atmosphere the food is to die for it has to be the best Thai curry I've had the staff are so friendly and helpful and the hotel is a good place to stay not far away from the town just over the bridge I'd recommend the Riverbank to anyone beautiful place couldn't fault it in anyway thank you so much for your hospitality.

Stayed here over the Easter weekend and it was just bliss! It helped that the weather was amazing but the hotel and staff were just brilliant! Shauna who worked in the bar had me in knots laughing while serving us in the beer garden and the front desk staff were just a dream! So helpful! Highlight was the bottles of water given to us when we were leaving Great touch and was needed for our trip to Loftus Hall!

We had our wedding here last week and cannot speak highly enough of the venue, from start to finish, the staff could not have done more for us. The food was amazing, and all of my guests have said the same.

There are a few things that make the Riverbank stand out from the other hotels in Wexford but the predominant one is the caliber of their staff. There is a genuine welcome and they strive to make you feel at home. Whether you are eating in the bar or dining in the restaurant the food is consistently excellent. The views from the restaurant and bar are spectacular. Highly recommended for families as the staff are well adapted to meeting the needs of little people.

We got married here on the 19/07/2018. From when we turned up to when we left there was nothing that was too much trouble, the management and staff were AMAZING. The food was incredible, I literally didn't hear one complaint from our guests. Thanks to Colm, Sheila and the team for everything, they made our day better than we ever imagined and we will never forget it! Bring on our first anniversary.

My 3 children my husband & I stayed here for a night… I have to say I was blown away by the friendlyness of the staff… From we walked through the door we were all made very welcome… The lady spoke to each of the children & couldn't have been more friendly. We went & got settled in our room & then went & had a lovely meal… The staff in the restaurant were so friendly & made sure we all had everything we could possibly have needed. To top our experience off they come just before bed time with cookies & milk for the children which they were very excited about. Thank you to all the staff…

I recently {June 2018} spent two days at the hotel with 8 members of my family, including my elderly mother and special sister. The food was great esp. The mega breakfasts but the service and attention from ALL the staff was outstanding. It may be a 3 star hotel but the care my family received was beyond 5 star. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well. The Doyle family.

We have been here for food a number of times, always during the summer. There is a very nice outdoor covered section set in a leafy garden. This also has great views of Wexford and tge bridge. The food was good and service is excellent.

We were in the riverbank today for my sister's birthday. It was absolutely beautiful. This hotel never fails to disappoint. From the time I rang to reserve table for two pm. The service was outstanding, food was top class and staff very friendly. Thanks for a beautiful afternoon.

The decor contributes to a nice relaxed vibe. Efficient, courteous staff. We had a lovely lunch there. Couldn't ask for better.

Great location just over the bridge. The restaurant is excellent, all the locals eat here. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

Amazing hotel Had confirmation meal here on Friday It was fantastic staff were fab & Loretta was fantastic couldn't do enough from time of booking to the end of our meal. The kids really enjoyd the atmosphere as did the big kids! Very relaxing and good Absoulety amazing 100%.

Wonderful place to visit. Bar Food is excellent, portion size is perfect. Staff are friendly and engage with everyone. Anyone with special dietary needs can be catered for. You could ring ahead if certain things are required. Can get very busy so maybe think about booking a table or going after 7pm.

A super nice hotel, good location — city center is just across the river. Super helpful and kind girl at the reception — Michelle, gave us advice on where to eat out. Rooms and bathroom (with a bath! ) are tidy, it is possible to make tea and coffee in the room. Although the hotel itself doesn't have many parking spaces but there is a big parking lot on the other side of the road, so that's not a problem.

Visited here a few weeks ago for a Friday lunch with my brother and sister who work in Wexford town. I'm not going to waffle on so here we go. I'm a wheelchair user or two crutches depending on the day. 1: Access was excellent and staff were genuinely kind. 2: Great Menu 3: Great Food 4: Nice layout and decor… 5: Would I go back again: Yes definitely…

Stayed here 25th Feb 2018 for one night, hotel is nice, room was small, bathroom really small, décor bit dated but hotel was very clean overall, room we stayed (210) must be near heating system as it was very noisy, food is excellent apart from fry at breakfast which was luke warm even though it was brought fresh from the kitchen, had to wait at least 20 minutes for it to arrive so presumed it would be hot.

Stayed here for one night, lovely hotel! Hotel receptionist was so lovely and helpful and the night porter was so nice aswell! Bathroom fan was a bit loud but everything else was great.

I'm not a hotel customer. But everytime I'm working In wexford I come to have meal in its amazing restaurant. Delicious food. Even is always full of people there is a lot of staff for serving food very quickly.

Their rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as was the dinner the previous night. The location was wonderful as its located on the far side of the bridge from Wexford town. Beautiful view onto the bay and a asking the river.

Nice place to go out for dinner with very kind waiters/waitreses. I had a lovely burger and chips here.

Every time I visit wexford, a meal in the river bank is at the top of my list! never disappoints.

Arrived at midnight without a booking and was able to get a room, supper and a late breakfast. Staff are exceptional I felt incredibly well looked after and feel like they went above and beyond to cater for us. I would highly recommed this place the staff are awesome the hotel is clean and cool looking inside. The restarunat is amazing to look at and to eat in. What else can I say but thank you and if I am ever in Wexford again I would not hesitate to stay here. Thanks again :)

Great place for food good selection on the menu, food was excellent from the starters to the main course and desert, location is a bonus with A great view of Wexford town, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending the Riverbank House Hotel. Definitely A five.

Lovely views over the river, especially in the restaurant. The bar is great for food too, usually very busy & staff are very friendly & genuine. Good menu & great to see proper options like steak on the kids menu — went down very well.

Amazing sunset views, good honest pub food and of course great Guinness. Amazingly friendly staff. A favourite when we're in Wexford. As you turn in off the main road, park in the public car park on the right — free in the evenings.

A great location in Wexford! Comfortable room and a delicious dinner in the restaurant! The lobby has a wonderful fireplace and the staff was gracious and welcoming.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all so so much for all your hard work and dedication in making it the most happiest day ever. The staff and food were just perfect I would recommend it to any one who is thinking of tying the knot your accomadition is super. There is nothing I could fault you on, your staff on arrival and on our departing were brillant kind and funny ha. I will def be back for your food helen byrne.
