Ordered dinner from the BVH last night, best decision for a friday night. Ordered the double stack burger, thai green curry n scampi. Had almost forgotton how absolutely mouth watering the burger is! Amazing! Apparently the scampi was the best ever eaten, and the curry was delicious too. Thanks BVH. A real treat!

Had a fantastic stay, we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, staff were brilliant, really friendly and polite. Food was fantastic, We were Very impressed by our room, larger than expected, spotless & clean. Looking forward to visiting again.

Myself and my girlfriend had a lovely overnight stay here. Very friendly staff and a fantastic meal in the restaurant. Rooms very spacious and clean. Beautiful garden area for a lovely walk around. Will certainly stay again.

Stsff so friendly, spotlessly clean, exceptional food would definitely return I think a bit of music at the weekends would be worthwhile and please the guests rather than taxi into town for for some entertainment.

Rooms are beautiful and newly updated. Food is fantastic and staff are awesome, friendly and accommodating. Had the confit duck, fish pie and then an amazing selection of desserts between us. A great place to stop before a long flight tomorrow. What a find!

The atmosphere =10 When I check out of there today, I felt like I was leaving Family! Declan, Damien, Mirjana, Laura, Avril, Laura at reception, Gary, and I apologize to anyone I am forgetting! This will be where I always stay when I’m back to this beautiful country. It’s an hour away by train up to Belfast and hour by train down to Dublin. You are near Newgrange, Knowth, Boyne River, Battle of the Boyne Historical Site, Tayto Park, and so many other things. Thank you to all of ye for making my stay unbelievably perfect!

I had attended functions in the hotel for many years and only stayed recently. We were asked how our stay was and with being a wheelchair user had we any suggestions. Our suggestions were listened to a taken on board in a very feel good way. A beautiful hotel very reasonably priced for such a lovely location with nice clean, spacious rooms, amazing grounds and great food. I will go back hopefully for longer. Very helpful and polite staff. Nothing seemed to much for them.

Very welcoming, room beautiful, grounds delightful. Breakfast and dinner very well presented. Only small complaint, duvet on bed too heavy and hot, a separate sheet would have been more useful on a hot night.

Went for lunch on Tuesday with my kids for my daughter's 18th lovely food plesent staff the gentleman came out with a dessert with happy birthday on the plate and a candle made her day thank you for the memories (oh we didn't order dessert made it more of a surprise)

Excellent hotel in a tranquil and peaceful setting, with very good staff who are most helpful. The hotel is on two levels with a lift to the second floor. They have rooms for disabled guests and good access for wheelchair users. Very clean hotel.

Nice setting, good food reasonably priced, service and attention to customers could have been better.

Very very quiet! Food is delish but the bar needs a serious makeover and a beer garden.

Had our wedding in boyne valley hotel last saturday what an amazing venue. We were treated like royalty from start to finish by manager shane and his wonderful staff.
The food was exceptional and the rooms were top class. We could not fault 1 single thing about this place. The perfect spot for a wedding would highly reccomend # we will be back… Thanks again

Just back from an overnight stay at the boyne valley hotel. We had a family wedding there and I have to say it was one of the best ever. The hotel and it's staff were absolutely fabulous. The meal was beautiful and the service second to none. A special thank you to the manager Shane who looked after us all and couldn't have been nicer to all his guests. The breakfast this morning was amazing the nicest I've had in any hotel. We all had the new rooms and they are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a venue with great food and very comfortable surroundings and very friendly attentive staff.

Love to go there great leisure facilities and food is good.

Attended a course run by epilepsy Ireland. Were made feel very comfortable and welcome. Lunch provided was fresh, hot and delicious. Staff extremely friendly.

Stayed in the Boyne Valley Hotel last night with my family. We had a very good stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional in what they do. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. I would fully recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pleasant break.

Great shame they decided to discontinue the trad music on Sundays… why?. Very dissapointed. My little daughter loved going on a Sunday. Now there is no entertainment and no atmosphere in the place. They seem to have lost business because of it. Not as many people there now on a Sunday.

Lovely room. Clean fresh facilities. Dinner was lovely and seemed to be freshly prepared. Breakfast had a great variety of options and hot food options were prepared to order. Staff incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Car park also had plenty of space and didn't require walking long distances to get to the hotel.

Great place to stay, well maintained, good bar and tasty dinners. If you are traveling on foot please not that the place is far away from the city centre. Really helpfull staff.

The entrance hall is beautiful (that's why you got from me 1 star). The rooms are smelly. I would strongly suggest to change the carpets in the rooms as their condition is indistinguishable to those in London pubs. Also, it is very good practice to wash the curtains time to time. And don't even make me to start about the food that is overpriced! Veg was sitting, (hopefully) in the fridge, for the last couple weeks and I was, perhaps the 3rd person to eat that very same potato wedges with some fries mixed in as a bonus Thanks God that at least your staff keeps smiling!

The service was terrible. We were waiting a long time before anyone came to take our Sunday lunch order. Hardly anyone in the place. When we did eventually give our order of soup and main course. I had to ask for soup spoons! Which should gave been put on the table. When we asked for water for the table in came 15 minutes later in a plastic jug! Again I had to ask for glasses to drink it. Meal was OK. Asked for 2 latte coffees and one regular. When they arrived the latte was warm milk with no coffee in it.! In between 3 people came at different times to clear our table while another member of our group was eating. I had to tell them on all occasions that the lady was still eating. Etiquette. Never clear a table unless all our finished. They are trying to rate the Hotel as I am not sure of the "Star" status but please train train your staff appropriately. I don't think I will go back again, as reports are bad. They must have pulled out all the stops for H. S H prince Albert.

Rooms are nothing like on the website. Bulbs gone everywhere in the room. Bed very uncomfortable. Rooms not clean. Way over priced. Won't be staying here again.

High recommend this restaurant for everyone much better than howth all the restaurant and Hilton airport hotel and swords all the restaurant and pub and hotel much better than D hotel and howth Aqua restaurant and Findlater pub restaurant and better than swords the old school pub restaurant thank you Boyne valley the chef who cooked and presented the lovely food to uskeep going I will come again.

Great gym equipment and friendly helpful staff. Changing rooms shower area in desperate need of a revamp.

Stayed here for one night after a family dinner in the hotel. The hotel is average at best. Décor is outdated, rooms are at the end of long narrow corridors. The rooms themselves are OK, not fantastic and the bathrooms particularly dated. The family dinner was average. Why do hotels serve frozen vegetables? Breakfast next morning was good. Staff very very friendly and efficient otherwise this would have been a 2 star review.
