Lovely hotel. Centrally located and a very good adjoining restaurant. Room clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They request to keep the key to your room while you are in the city, which is a little odd because you hope your belongings are safe, but at the same time, it is a good idea so you don't lose your key. The staff helped us navigate the city with their map, and they recommended some good restaurants. The beds were comfortable. They provided earplugs since it can be noisy on the street. Fortunately, I didn't need to use them because most of the noise dies down by 10 or 11pm. The bathroom was small but functional. There was no shelf for toiletries in the shower. The toilet was the biggest issue — sometimes you had to flush five times just to get enough water/power for everything to go down. All in all, I would recommend this place.

Great place to stay when you're in Dublin. Clean, quiet and close to central parts of Dublin and airport buses.

Good central location off O'Connell Street, near to the airport bus drop off. Room was comfortable and clean with TV, shower (no bath though), toiletries and safe. Room was a bit noisy due to location but earplugs were provided next to each bed which was a nice touch. Although our original booking didn't include breakfast the staff offered us a complimentary breakfast for our stay. The front desk is 24hrs for assistance. A good experience and ideal for a night or two in Dublin.

Nice Restaurant. My son liked a hamburger. I liked lamb chops. In the evening we were able to drink a good soup without any other dish. What is not allowed in other restaurants.

I had terrific stay, clean, great assistance, calm and large rooms, I would support anyone that would stay at this fantastic hotel.

Very decent place. Although I wonder how it could be if the restaurant is open. I stayed there when everything has been shut down due to the storm. So it was quiet and nice. Staff is very friendly.

Very close to the centre. Clean and comfortable rooms. Wi-Fi working perfectly. Staff. The only bad thing is the lack of elevator. Very good value for money Recommended!

Hotel: Rooms very clean and equipped with everything you need. Very nice staff at the reception. We got a 10% discount coupon for the restaurant. Two towels per person, shampoo and soap are available.
Restaurant: Attentive service. Fish and chips very good, but also not cheap.
The hamburger was not the hit.
The breakfast is the absolute hammer.
We had already booked it for the night and that is why I would book the hotel again.
You can order everything from the map.
Deliciously prepared, with delicious tea or coffee. We only drank tea.

We arrived dead tired from our flight and was able to check in early! The receptionist was very helpful and nice. Our stay was great and the place was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was really good and it was a good price. We would stay here again!

Small place. City center. No frills.

Good service by the staff. Good location, tram and busses. Airport shuttle drops you 5 min walk from the place. There also cheap restaurant and by the same guys right next door that is really handy.

Nosotros alquilamos los dos apartamentos pues eramos 9 personas, el trato de ambos recepcionistas fue excelente y el alojamiento está bastante bien, aunque hay cosas que se ven viejas o que estan rotas y hacen que se vea algo dejado. Pero en general esta bastante bien.

Had a great night sleep. Loved the shower. And had a brilliant view on to Parnell St.

Been in to this cafe for food many of times over the years great food I liked it and was sad when it was fire damaged been it local for me it was nice but my last visit now wont be going back after being served by the very cheeky ignorent lady gabi no thats one nasty staff member thats me gone its funny people out there screaming for work and this person is talking nasty one minute then she must of thinking oh no I should not of been like that the next when she coming back with a more fake politeness food 10/10 staff 3/10 they have bare amount of english.

Capel apartment is very old and no elevator. No light at the entrance so difficult to find where it is in the darkness. Bath room is uselessly large with shower and bath tub. It was cold but I could not find the heating installation. Radiator was so dirty and didn’t work. I would like to suggest to the hotel to make “User manual for apartment”!

Pardon the pun, was gutted when Kingfisher had a fire, and were closed for some time. So very pleased when they reopened with a suitable flourish. They were always a posh version of a breakfast Diner & Fish & Chip shop, but they've taken there standards even higher, since the revamp, Staff still extremely friendly, pleasant, and all at what I would consider/ moderate prices… Would strongly recommend this Cafe/Restaurant…

Definitely not something to write home about but otherwise the food is very good. Staff is friendly. The waits the two times we went were fairly slow. Fish and chips were as good as any other place you can go!

Recently reopened after a small fire, Kingfisher is a great place for a casual meal. Lovely fish and chips. Very reasonable when you look at the quantity and quality of the food. Good value, pleasant and satisfying. What more could you want?

An unpretentious fish and chip restaurant serving not only seafood but also other family favourites. They don't take bookings but the staff were very happy to put tables together to make a large table of 11 for us. We shared a seafood platter of calamari, chicken wings, garlic mushrooms, smoked salmon and prawn cocktail. We then had freshly fried cod and scampi as our mains. A wide selection of soft and alcoholic drinks were available. Located 15 mins from the centre of Dublin this made a welcome change from the more touristy establishments.

Kingfisher Townhouse helped make our stay in Dublin exceptional. First, its location on Parnell Street was easy to find as it was a 5 minute walk away from busy O'Connell Street which hosts a majority of buses, especially the express ones from the airport. The staff were absolutely welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. We were able to leave luggage there after checkout while we ate next door and took care of last minute tasks before heading off to the airport. While there, we were fortunate enough to catch the reopening of their restaurant next door after it was closed for a year for renovations. Our stay included complimentary breakfast and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. My group comprised of two meat eaters and a vegan, and we were all full from their tasty and filling breakfast offerings. Now the rooms: the beds, comforters and pillows were heavenly soft and warm. All of us quickly fell asleep each night. The huge windows offered great natural light and curtains when you needed it to not be that bright. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had WONDERFUL pressure. The only thing was that the bathroom didn't have a lock for some reason. I stayed with 2 friends, and in a room situation like ours, we knew when the bathroom was occupied anyway. Also, it was right next to a Tesco so if you needed groceries or water for day trips, sundries, etc. You didn't need to go far. Overall, we would definitely stay at Kingfisher again.

Reasonably priced apartments that include kitchen are a great idea for families. Apartment was clean but with a few kinks like missing light fixture. It is located in the city centre so that you can walk to most attractions.

Fish, unfortunately, was breaded and very greasy. French fries very tasty.

Getting to the hotel is a little difficult because of all the construction going on in Dublin. The location is central though, the room is lovely, the food at the café next door is delicious (the hotel gives vouchers for breakfast there and a 10% coupon for another meal there), and the staff bends over backwards to help you. The lady at the front desk rode in our car to guide us through the construction to get to the parking garage. We were only there for one night, but we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Really lovely place to have your breakfast on a Sunday morning. Friendly and welcoming staff and the food is delicious, below average prices.

Great location. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. The hotel feels a bit dated but the rooms are clean.

The 'Full Irish' breakfast was good. The price of €8.50 already steep/expensive. Is but probably anywhere in Dublin. The shop is cute and really well attended. Unfortunately, it's extremely loud when it's full.
