Great place to stay central to everywhere. Reasonable priced bar Great cafe next door too.

Lovely hotel smells lovely when you walk it, staff friendly and courteous, rooms great size and very clean, our rooms were at the back of the Hotel and it was so quiet at night it was perfect. Very good position to have as a base and explore Dublin, would thoroughly recommend.

This is an amazing hotel for a great getaway for the weekend. The bed is amazing, best sleep mine wife and I had in months. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Had a brilliant stay at Cassidy’s. Every single member of staff were so helpful and friendly, I felt they couldn’t do enough for us. We ate in the hotel bar and the food was great, the cocktails were even better! Thanks for a great couple of days!

Door bell at front was not answered at night despite reception staff being present, staff responded rudely when confronted on the issue.

Would recommend this hotel anytime anywhere, the staff from reception, cleaning, breakfast, the chef and the bar were absolutely wonderful, friendly and so so helpful! Our room was comfortable and spacious. Thank you Cassidys Hotel for making our stay in Dublin unforgettable!

We spent 6 nights here. From the moment we arrived helping us check in early from an early morning flight in from Canada to the morning we left the staff were incredibly helpful friendly and our entertainment. Darren our bartender served us most nights and was always happy to see us and stop for a chat if he wasn’t severing our table. Darren and the staff made us all feel at home for our stay. Thank you so much we truly enjoyed our stay abd will recommend Cassidy to all our Canadian friends :) we hope to come back someday.

From the moment we arrived the staff were fantastic very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the atmosphere is so chilled well done to all at the cassidy hotel it has been a pleasure and we will return.

Lovely hotel and spotless clean food was gorgeous and staff were really professional, I would definitely recommended the only thing I would say is the bar was extremely slow we we were a half a hour waiting on drink, which never came as the server wrote it down on his phone. He then went off and never returned, so we eventually we were we served by Evan who served us in professional manner and got our drinks. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous also and the beds were so comfortable.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and very helpful! The rooms were nice and cool, Definitely going back again!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It had a lovely homely atmosphere. Everything was clean and fresh and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was in a rush this morning to get the train and the lovely waitress put some food for me in a box to take away. It’s the little things like that really enrich your experience of a place. I will be back! Thank you all very much again!

It's a 3 star Hotel with 5 service, 5 staff, and 5 staff food. Hotel room cleanest I have ever seen. Great customer service as we have 1 year old staying with us and extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and will be back to again as in heart ♥ of Dublin City centre. Great family friendly hotel.

I would recommend Cassidys Hotel if planning a visit to Dublin. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The price and location were great. Rooms very clean and staff were very helpful would definitely stay at Cassidys Hotel again.

I stayed here last weekend with a hen party and thought the hotel was great. I couldn't reccomend Cassidys hotel enough for the friendly staff, comfortable surroundings, lovely rooms and the food in the restaurant was gorgeous. The small touches with music and complantry shot for the bride to be was very welcomed thank you xx.

We where there whilst renovations where being carried out, we found it pleasant the location was good for access to both the city centre as some of the more interesting sights and great historical bars.
Parking is very limited and challenging to get in and out of.

We have been coming to Cassidy’s hotel for years and the whole stay experience is superb! The staff are so friendly, helpful, hotel is lovely and clean. It also has a good little gym and is very centrally located right near the shopping area/pubs. A great family run hotel that has been in business now since 1996 and the hotel prides itself upon providing a great service. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dublin Great job to all the hotel team!

Stayed the weekend with my mam and 8 year old son staff were lovely food was fab and the rooms were lovely definitely going back soon.

This hotel stay was not the best. Only had two small lifts and one was out of service all 4 nights we were there. Staff was OK. Good porridge at
breakfast. Probably would stay at a different hotel next time.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Padhraigh in the bar treated me like family. My room was fabulous with a bathroom that was upgraded and stunning. I will stay nowhere else.

Love this hotel, here at the moment to celebrate our 40th wedding Anniversary. My daughter emailed ahead and told them why we were here. When we booked in we were told we have a nice room. Oh my god it’s an amazing suite. It’s our 5th time here and it never disappoints. Highly recommended.

The place is original, it have spirit. The prices and the Guinness are good. You can find 3 environments, the music is great and you can leave your mark on the walls.

This is my favourite pub/bar in Dublin, although they kicked me once for inappropriate clothing, I like to come back. They have a good selection of beers, they have board games and they play usually music I like. You can also grab a marker at the bar and write on anything you want in that bar. There is a seating area also in the basement floor. Stuff and guessed are very relaxed.

Cassidy's is the best! The staff are so friendly and the music is always on point! Great selection of drink. Arcade machines, board games and a sheep on the wall. The overall atmosphere is so chill so you are guaranteed to have a great night!

Great vibe but super busy at peak times. A must for anyone who loves music! Drinks are a little pricey but they have complimentary snacks!

Wooow, what a pub. I've been delighted with this place. Alternative Rock music fits completely the interior. This place has its own soul which you can see and feel in every inch of the walls, floor, furniture and its all surrounded with candle light. The most variety of people from 18-67 years old, from a punker to a lawyer and they all get along with each other sharing fun and laugh enjoying their beer. And now the most peculiar part, every table has a different board game on, like cluedo, jenga, pictionary, cards and so on. So imagine this, candle light, your favorite cold beer, best friends, Rock music and a game of pictionary :)

The place is good, nice music and atmosphere. But, one night, my boyfriend bought 2 beers and paid for them. The guy who sold it, charged him for two but gave him just one. Them we asked about the second one and he said " you paid just for one, so if you want one more you have to pay" (ridiculous). Also he didn't give us the receive for the first selling.

Good selection of beer. Tasty 7 eur pizza for 2. Board games and rock music. A bit too trashy tho.

Amazing selection of beers! Nice atmosphere with loads of board games options. The only problem is the music: very loud! Sometimes is hard to keep a conversation and if you need to eat something the only option is pizza. But it's understandable as the idea is a drink place not food.

Best vibe of a bar in Dublin. They have the best craft beer selection, really thoughtful staff, excellent wide range of alternative music, cool decorations that you can add to, free snacks, and great pizza. The staff are the best though, loved this place.

My wife and I only stayed overnight and to be straight we are wondering why we have never stayed her before as we are in Dublin fairly regularly. We found the hotel to be very comfortable and well laid out. The food was well presented and tasty. The staff were very friendly and polite they were also very efficient. We will certainly be returning.

Lovely hotel; good quality buffet breakfast served until 11am; always nice to have a lay in when your on holiday. Friendly staff; good choice of alcoholic beverages at Groomers Bar, Six Restaurant highly recommended; NYE set meal was outstanding. Small and friendly hotel; rooms clean and comfortable with a free safe; bathrooms a little tired. Good central location close to Henry St; Grafton st and Temple bar; would definitely return and recommend.

Could not recommend this hotel any more. On using the toilet through night it was noticed that the chain was broken, not making a fuss of this thinking everything would be and we would arrange to get this fixed in the morning. Unbeknown to us we woke up at 9am and the floor was soaked. The toilet was leaking. We called reception who came and cleaned up immediately, they took away my jaket to be dry cleaned, washed my jeans and they upgraded our room free of charge, they also offered us complimentary breakfast which was top class. The comfort and service in this hotel was fantastic, highly recommend to any one.

That place is nice and cozy. There are plenty of places to sit, the music is really nice as well. Alternative rock, mostly.

Few minutes ago a group of friend and my self decided to go to Cassidys because we all agreed that the place is good to have a pint. I went to the bar to ask for a beer and the blonde girl with dreadlocks ask me to take out my jacket, as soon as she saw my Christmas jumper she asked me to leave because they don’t accept it there! Me and my 10 friend left the place (BTW just 3 out of 10 have jumper tonight) but on the way out we met a guy (Irish) who had a beer and a CHRISTMAS JUMPER, he was sitting at the bar right in front of this very rude girl (I think she is racist). This was one of my favourite place in Dublin but now I won’t stop to tell this history and let the people know what kind of person could be there behind the bar! I won’t be there ever again nether my 9 friends!

Cool, slightly grungy, VERY trendy. Not your stereotypical Irish pub, but a place much more likely to find locals than Temple Bar across the way.

Good atmosphere, good selection of beers. Great if you like that hipster vibe. For me it loses 2 stars as there was often a smell of smoking inside the bar even at the back near the stairs. Not sure if someone was smoking indoors be (which is illegal) or the smokers outside wafted in but staff should be more strict about stopping it. Otherwise it's a good place.

One of Dublin's most established rock pubs. The well-selected tunes typically sway between rock and funk. In the downstairs area, you can kick back and play board games with friends. The selection of beers is enough to keep most beer lovers happy. One con is the dress code. I came here wearing tracksuit bottoms (and a normal long-sleeved top), was admitted by the bouncer and was then refused service by the bartenders. I sat with friends and discreetly and soberly went on with my time and an hour later was chased by the staff because of my attire. It was surprising for a grimy-looking rock pub to be so austere, especially when other patrons were wearing jerseys and sneakers.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Cassidy Hotel at Cavendish Row Dublin for the excellent service during our recent stay and to say the room & facilities are second to none, We would not and indeed have recommended this hotel to family and friends. Once again Thank You.

We arrived very early (baring in mind check in isn't until 3pm) and the friendly staff took our bag for us and stored it so we could go exploring until our room was available. The room itself was extremely clean and a good size, however a little tired looking, but I'm pretty sure looking at the rest of the hotel it will catch up soon enough. The Bar/Restaurant was great value and again the staff were fantastic! Location wise you couldn't ask for a better spot, right at the top of O'Connell St. So Literally a 5-10 minute walk from all the amenities, overall we were really happy with our stay at Cassidy's and would definitely reccomend, and we will most definitely be back.

The rooms of the part remodeled are well, but which still not be have arranged are very ancient. The hotel is very well located.

People here are not honest. I arrived late at night, exausthed, With my 12 y. O. Daughter. BECAUSE of Her I choose bedrooms that have air conditioning, breakfast, Wi-Fi and good location. They gave me the room 20. I feel cheated when I saw it! Very old and ugly, terrible! BUT it was too late and we Very tired. Then, my daughter asked to turn on the air conditioning AND THERE WAS NO AIR! I decided to see it the next day. I woke up with slamming doors non stop! Was enough. I asked another room, showing WHAT I booked in EXPEDIA. They changed to room 136. And belive me: from hell to paradise Air, EVERYTHING new, Nespresso coffee dmachine, amenities in the toilet… Why they putted me in the wrong room? And if I do not conplain? I'm a fool? So… today I Made my checkout at the hotel leaving a coat that I do not want ANYMORE. When I was in the queue to catch the flight to london I noticed that I was without my EARINGs and two rings (one was my father's) that I always use. I immediately called the hotel (20th of may about 3:30 p. M. ) the atendent told me that nothing was found in my room, BUT she would check again. My friend is in Dublin and I ask Her to go THERE. She was THERE and they told: NOTHING was found. I called again and the atendent already upset, told me: I was in your bedroom and NOTHING was found! And I asked: and my coat? And she: I told you: NOTHING! Me: strange… because I left a coat I did not want anymore! I'm 100% sure!

Great experience, great standard in the hotel, all the staff were very friendly apart from the barman who has an attitude problem that he should clearly get help with, but the rest of the staff were so nice. The hotel is located in the centre of Dublin just a short stroll to O'connell street and Grafton street, so its perfectly located for shopping, sight-seeing etc. The room price was competitive, very good considering the location. A happy customer.

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting Dublin for a night. It was a smaller room and hotel in general, but the location in relationship with things to do downtown is awesome. As always it had tea in the room, but I don't believe any tea biscuits. It did have a fitness center, but it had an odd smell to it and trying to find it takes you in a maze. Staff was friendly and happy at all times and the bar in the hotel is worth having a pint. Had the Brownie dessert from the grill/pub inside the hotel — — it came with mint chocolate chip ice cream. I would recommend getting that for sure.

Perfect location to walk to the city centre but away from the busiest tourist streets.
It is also near many beautiful rooms, for dinner or drinks.
The rooms are clean and cosy, also if are not huge are still comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and always on hand.
