What an amazing hotel. All the staff went above and beyond for my family during our weekend stay for my sisters wedding. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks again for looking after us so well.

My wife and I consider Brooks Hotel the finest hotel experience we’ve ever had. My family were the first tourists with Brendan tours to stay at the hotel since Ireland reopened. The Hotel was right in the middle of a lively city location, convenient to historical sites, restaurants and pubs. The rooms were clean and luxurious. The hotel staff were wonderful. Our Concierge, Conor, was brilliant. He connected us with Pat Liddy tours, and we were able to get a 3 hour walking tour hosted by the man (Pat) himself. Conor also provided us with great restaurant recommendations. My family and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Well done Brooks Hotel!

Fabulous hotel, made even finer by the staff (more of a family) I've just checked out having stayed 2 nights. The welcome on reception was delightful and then I Met Conor, a gent and even remembered my name, he's a credit to Brooks, thanks for the chat. Please pass this back to the team and Conor specifically. I've stayed at many hotels over the world and this one of the best. Thanksnks all, see you again soon for sure.

Stayed here with my sisters and mum, Connor was an amazing person always happy too help, all the staff where amazing the barman was great too, would certainly recommend too any friends the rooms where amazing.

Just had a two night stay I cannot fault the hotel or the staff nothing is too much trouble lovely friendly atmosphere. Clean modern cannot say enough good or nice things about brooks hotel. Hope to return soon.

Excellent stay for two nights in Dublin. Helpful staff, comfortable room, great atmosphere, and location. Excellent breakfast and lounge. Will definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again one day.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our Ireland vacation and will be returning for the last night. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was grand! It was a great way to start the trip and will likely be a great end! Thank you!

Most incredible service and hotel I've ever stayed in.

My wife and I stayed here during the first few days of July. I would describe the Brooks as a "boutique hotel", older building, small elevators, small but comfortable room. The staff was excellent, very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering both buffet as well as menu items. The location is great for tourists, you are within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, Trinity College, the Irish museums, and even the Guinness brewery (though that's a bit further). We will certainly consider the Brooks if/when we make it back to Dublin for a future visit.

Hands down the BEST hotel in Dublin! My wife and I stayed there on the 17th of August and couldn't have asked for a better place. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. It is right downtown in the heart of the city with easy access to many attractions. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. The service at the front desk upon check in was average at best. (this could of been down to a new starter — so I was patient) rooms were great. Bed was comfy. Pillow menu was excellent. The shower was powerful and the breakfast was amazing. Great location, right in the centre of Dublin. Reasonable prices too! Thanks!

The Brooks hotel was a great place to stay after a long flight from the United States. It is pretty much in the center of all the action in Dublin, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The staff was very pleasant, very helpful, and everyone is so nice. The waiter below, seems to be overworked, and a little bit unpleasant. But what is perfect in life? I love the Quaintness of the hotel. The parking across the street is a bit of a hassle, but there is parking. In Dublin is very hard to find parking, and this hotel makes it very efficient. The rooms were nice and clean. And even the maid service was very pleasant. If I do stay in Dublin again I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Charming hotel in the middle of the city, close to restaurants and shopping and many touristy spots. Staff were friendly. Our room, a junior suite, was somewhat small but it's clean with nice decor. Bathroom was quite spacious.

Great location, walking distance from all the famous landmarks, Trinity College, O'Connel street, Temple bar etc. The rooms are up to date and with all the necessary amenities. All the staff is eager to serve, I want to mention Shane, we had an issue with the TV in our room, and he went the extra mile to solve the issue. Definitely I will recommend it to everyone.

We had a great stay here. We were celebrating our anniversary so the staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was so nice! I really enjoyed the area. There were lots of little shops and plenty of pubs and restaurants to check out. It was less than a 10 minute walk to lots of popular spots like the Ha'Penny bridge and Grafton street. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Recommended!

Highly recommend this hotel! I have just returned from 2 stays in a week on a Dublin business trip. This hotel is super central for the very walkable Dublin centre city. The staff bend over backward to help the traveller, cabs are moments away, the breakfast is worth double what Brooks charges and the bar really does have 150 + brands of Scotch. They even have a PILLOW MENU ; yup pick your fav pillow for the best sleep. I would love to suggest the lunch menu expand a bit and consider the traveller who is looking for fresher and lighter fare. But this hotel is def worth every penny.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff, very friendly. Great location in the heart of the city, however the downside to this was that it was very noisy, coming from other guests as well as visitors to the nearby bars. Overall a great hotel.

A beautiful building, beautiful furnishings, such a comfortable bed and gorgeous food. All areas of the hotel are immaculately clean. However, what made the stay for us, the people working there. They made us feel so welcomed, remembering the smallest details and always a big (genuine) smile. Check in and out were beautifully smooth and the ladies at the 'front desk team' are first class.

Great hotel and very friendly staff! I stayed here when running a stand at a local marketing conference (Learn Inbound — excellent conference. ). The hotel and room were both very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff very friendly. What really impressed me too, was that the restaurant had gluten free bread available! Which went very nicely with their pumpkin soup!. A+ and will be staying here again when in Dublin I suspect!

I had a lovely evening in this lovely hotel last night. The staff were so friendly and although a city centre hotel still gave a very personal touch. Well done to all. Definitely worth a visit. We will return.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything in Dublin. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Molly Malone Statue, it's close to tons of pubs, restaurants, and the famous sites. The room was very nice with an old time radio playing music quietly when you walk in the first time. The bed is quite comfortable and the room is very quiet despite being in such a loud area of the city. It also has air conditioning that allows you to set the desired temperature, which is quite a treat in Dublin on a warm and humid night.

Beautiful tranquil location to escape the chaos of the city. I didn't know what to do with all the free face cloths and abundance of fancy hand cream in the bathroom. Definitely bring a bag and container to make sure you can can really indulge yourself in the generosity of this 5 star oasis!

Modern and comfortable hotel close to Temple Bar and not far from St. Stephen's Green. Friendly staff and a nice hotel lounge with good selection of whiskey. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back next time I stay in Dublin.

Brooks is a lovely hotel. We highly recommend the hotel. Great breakfast. They bake their breads daily. The ladies at reception desk are very friendly and helpful. The Doorman, Connor is fantastic. The staff go out of there way to be friendly. We have stayed at a 5 Star hotel (around the corner) for the past 25 years and their price has gone through the roof… so we decided to give The Brooks Hotel a try. Saying that, The Brooks will now be our Hotel on all our future travels to Dublin. The Brooks Hotel is "A Must"… I promise you will not regret it.

First couple nights of our vacation was spent here. The food was wonderful, the service was polite, and the rooms were clean and had air conditioning. This Hotel is in a prime spot where you can walk to most of the attractions and the ones that you cannot you can catch the hop on hop off bus within 5 blocks. Would stay here again.

First trip to Dublin. The Brooks helped make the trip we want to do again! The Hotel is in a great location close to action but still peaceful. The Staff was Amazing… friendly and going the extra mile. No need to tip for outstanding service and really wanting to help. We booked via Costco Travel so Happy with this Gem of hotel we would not have found. Breakfast great and gets you fueled for the day. The bar was so nice for tea or any cocktail. Rooms were beautiful. Spacious and modern. All the extras. Wi-Fi… office area for printing your tickets!

5 stars all round. Rooms are fantastic best bed I have ever slept in. Location is amazing right in the centre all around the bars and all the shops. We got a deluxe room for 210 euro for 2 days including 2 breakfasts an a 4 course evening meal! The meal was outstanding and the waiter was so helpful! Nicest staff I have genuinely ever encountered. Will definately be back.

This place is great. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Dublin that's juuuust outside the touristy areas. Close enough to get to places, far enough away that you can get to places you'll want to go. Hotel was very nice, very clean. Rooms were modern and luxurious. Great place for the price.

Great Central location in Dublin, perfect for a weekend stay near to shops, bars, restaurants, museums etc. Nice Hotel bar and lounge with good range of drinks, didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was excellent with large selection for buffet, toasts, cereals, fruits and varied selection for cooked breakfast. Lovely clean tidy rooms very comfortable large beds, air-conditioning, mini bar, tea making facilities, TV and Wi-Fi. Nice bathrooms with shower, bath full range of toiletries. Staff were all very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Prefect location and the staff was amazing! The last night of our stay while packing up, I pulled a Kleenex out of my jewelry box and threw it away not thinking anything about it. While mid-flight on my return to the US I suddenly realized I had put the necklace I had bought at Waterford in the tissue so it wouldn't get tangled up with other things. Sure enough when we landed and I checked it was gone. Now it was 3am the next day in Ireland so I had to wait until the next morning to call. So here I call explaining a day and a half ago I stayed at your hotel and threw my necklace away in a Kleenex by chance did you find it. They hadn't but said they would check further and get back to me. You can imagine my shock when they called a couple of hours later to tell me they had found it! They mailed it back to me in Wisconsin and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I made our first trip to Ireland and spent three nights at the Brooks Hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. Our flight from Chicago arrived in the morning prior to our room being vacated and cleaned (no fault of the hotel, we just got there too early) and I was suffering from jet-lag. Fortunately, the Brooks Hotel has a very nice and quiet waiting room downstairs and I simply took a short nap in a comfortable chair until we were able to check in. The Brooks Hotel had a good restaurant inside and the food was delightful with very good service The hotel is located in a very good spot in Dublin. You'll find pubs nearby, lots of shops and the street itself is quiet without having a lot of traffic. I hope to visit Dublin again one day, and I'll definitely stay at the Brooks Hotel when I go back.

Arrived into Dublin on the first day of our stay at 6am and although we could not check in just yet, we were able to store our luggage, given access to a club lounge and recommended several locations for breakfast nearby. Excellent location, hospitality and friendliness.

We loved this hotel. We were greeted by Connor, who was the friendliest greeter I have ever met in any hotel! The hotel was quaint, comfortable and eloquent. The entire staff we interacted with were so nice. The hotel is in a great location. Easy to walk to major sites and pubs. Highly recommend.
