Nice rooms, nice hosts, nice breakfast, altogether a good B&B.
➜ The hostess is super friendly and we were received directly nicely and two days well looked after. At breakfast we had the choice between "Irish" and "continental". There was even freshly squeezed juice. Our bathroom room was clean and cozy/cute. The house is just outside the city, but very accessible by car and bike.
Ballina may seem weak to some of the attractions, but if you take a closer look, you will find it. Perfect hiking routes through forest, landscape and along the coast, pleasant distance to the 'Rosserk Friary' and 'Downpatrick Head' (absolute must — deck to take with you to linger! ) ; there are also beaches and a chic lake in Ballina, which invites you to take a walk.
