Spent a wonderful 5 days here and my kids really enjoyed it all staff in the restaurant area were so friendly and brilliant with kids breakfast absolutely fantastic we will absolutely be back soon for a mini break.

Just After Spending 2 Nights here in the hotel and the stay was fabulous, we got a very good price for 2 nights ✅ The Room & Bathroom were both spotlessly Clean 🧼 We had dinner twice in The Fork Restaurant which was lovely ☺️ I will definitely be staying here again the next time I go to Galway 💯😊 Would Recommend to Anyone and only a few minutes walk to eyre square bus stop 😊

From starters, dinner and dessert all was fabulous, even down to the little biscuit with your cuppa tea 🍵 it's a nice touch I will be back again. Staff are very polite.

Fantastic hotel, staff were brilliant and efficient. Looked after us all really well as a large Hen Party group for the weekend. Breakfast and dinner was lovely, beds were so comfortable and rooms were fab. Thanks again.

Had a 3 night minibreak including breakfast and dinner. Lovely Hotel rooms very clean and comfortable. Food for both breakfast and dinner was spot on. Outside bar/dining area great well heated and layer out. Staff superb and very friendly, special mention to the floor manager Kevin and floor staff Kate who went above and beyond. Highly Recommended.

Just back from another trip to the Nox, my favourite hotel in Galway. Staff are excellent and without doubt the friendliest of all the hotels I have visited worldwide. They go out of their way to help you and provide a 5 star professional service. Fantastic service in the bar and super pizza available till late. The only place to stay in Galway, Top class Thank you Nox we look forward to the next trip. Keep up your excellent work.

First time visiting the Nox Hotel and what a lovely time we had. The staff are so friendly and polite in all areas. Lovely comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Hallways have a very dark theme to them but otherwise everything bright and modern. Lovely reception area to sit and have drinks. About 15 minute walk to city centre from here. Would definitely recommend.

Just spent 2 days in The Nox it was a lovely hotel, the food is lovely and plentiful. The staff were 2nd to none, will be back.

Loved our stay at The Nox Hotel. The friendliest staff I have met. The lovely receptionist Paula could not do enough for us. Beautiful room and extremely comfortable bed! Also the bar man Anthony so nice and friendly. Last but not least the breakfast was fabulous! Enjoyed it thoroughly.!

Stayed here last week with group of friends. Fantastic hotel lovely huge room, tasty pizza, fab cocktails and the staff couldn’t do enough for ya. Brilliant spot can’t wait to return soon.

Lovely hotel. Spotlesly clean. The staff were excellent very friendly and kind. Especially the young chap at reception found him very friendly and helpful. Food average but we did enjoy. Have no problem recommending this hotel.

Just had the 3 course meal on the Jan deal, had Caesar Salad for main course-very disappointing, (same size as starter) asked for coleslaw as still hungry, but not available! Dessert disappointing too-tiny portions. This was our 2nd stay in Jan but food much better on 1st visit. Unlikely to return.

Nox Hotel is a in a great location, so close to Galway City. The Staff are extremely friendly, helpful nd welcoming. I would like to give a special mention to a girl called Niya. She made us feel so welcome nd was extremely helpful. Thank you Niya nd all d Reception Staff. The breakfast was second to none. I will certainly stay again. Catherine nd Margaret from Co. Fabulous hotel in every way but particularly the food. We Had the evening meal of Indian curry and Steak sandwich and the breakfast was out of this world with the selection and taste and a latte machine to top it off. Rooms clean bathrooms lovely bed very comfy all round should be 5 stars.

Very comfortable room and friendly check in staff. Great buffet breakfast for only 9 Euro with lots of healthy choices — as well as the traditional Irish breakfast fare!

Perfect! We spent four nights here and we liked it so much. Breakfast offered a wide choice of food and the rooms are clean. Parking is free and on foot it takes only about 20 minutes to get to the city centre. We also had cocktails in the hotel's restaurant one night and they were very good, though not too cheap.

Lovely decor, very modern. Nice diverse food menu with great cocktail menu. We were happy enough to walk the 20mins into town though that mightn't suit everyone. Our room was nice but too warm and no air conditioning. The bedrooms door bang shut but that's moreso to do with the inconsiderate guests than the hotel. Lovely stay, would return & would recommend it.

Amazing classic English breakfast. Room was clean. Conditioner didn’t work. We opened the window.

Super friendly staff. Room a bit small and no AC is a killer in the summer. Leave the curtains open all day you'll be sleeping in a sauna.

The service and quality of this hotel is outstanding. Nox hotel accommodated my group of 16 women last minute as the original property we had booked with cancelled 5hours prior to to us checking in. Nox hotel couldn't have done enough for us. The food, accommodation and the service that was provided in all different areas of the hotel was wonderful. Will definitely stay here if I'm in Galway and will highly recommend to family and friends.

Stayed here for valentines! Room spotless! The food was so good from start to finish! Even the breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice! The staff are very friendly and helpful! A nice hidden gem! Can’t wait to return!

The breakfast was really good loads of variety and a decent room. The staff were also nice.

Arrived for 3 night stay, booked ahead online cost 60 euro a night not including breakfast which is an extra 10 euros approximately. Nice dinner menu and fully stocked bar with a fast friendly service. 'The Fork' restaurant is open to the public and the bar serves until 3am. Hotel nicely accessorised and conveniently located near city center and motorways. Room in 100s was easy to get to, no lift required. Everthing is fine except room doors slam and rattle every time anyway enters or leaves in this corridor, probably could do with some dampners. Room has a double & single bed, walk-in shower (no bath). A good 3 star hotel, in a great area, for business trips or short stays.

Lovely day for all the family. Complimentary Santa with gifts better then a paid santa would have. Food was also great.

Stayed here latest night and again tonight. I knew the minute I walked in the door it was a bad choice. When I was checking in I was met with a male receptionist that was the most ignorant man I've ever met. He was going out of his way to try and make it difficult for me to pay the bill as I wanted to pay the bill at the end of the stay he insisted I pay it now or give my credit card details which I already provided to the hotel on booking. Tonight when I was getting a meal in the restaurant and he was giving me dirty looks all the time. I don't appreciate been treated like this by someone who thinks they are better than you because they wear a suit. I give 2 stars completely on the food as the management are lacking customer service. I paid the bill but will most definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I won't be treated like this by someone like this again.

Modern hotel on the outskirts of Galway. On foot in about 20-30 minutes to the city centre or taxi for about €8.

Friday traffic is very busy! Check in fast easy! Room is modern/ spacious! Walk in shower is AWESOME! Food/ drink delicious!

Clean room, hotel restaurant was nice. Only downside was the mattress, we could feel every individual spring! It did not make for a pleasant night's sleep!

Great location and extremely friendly staff! If you are uncomfortable driving in Ireland, this hotel is very accessible without going through the city center. We were greeted by Gavin immediately upon entering and he took a personal interest in us. My husband and I informed him we were on our honeymoon and soon after getting up to our room, we were sent a complimentary bottle of champagne. We were previous at the Park Hotel which was fantastic however was a bit out of our price range for the multiple days. Bottom line, stay less than a mile out of the city and have a more modern hotel and economical experience.

Three Nights Sept 2017 — Newish hotel – easy to get to – good parking — friendly staff – Scaramucci (breakfast server) was particularly helpful — nicely designed lobby/bar area and restaurant. Room is a bit bare bones – “thin” mattress on bed (could feel metal springs) which comprised two side-by-side single beds stuck together with hard bump along joint, limited closet space, ugly wall-mounted space heater, ugly orange wiring across surface of ceiling to big smoke detector – no bathtub – shower only. Overall impression is that of a slightly better-than-average travelling salesperson’s hotel. Not for luxury travel – that’s for sure. Needed heat. Tricked around with space heater and thermostat – didn’t work. Then found out that heating in room is controlled by Reception – not in room — very irritating to find that there were no directions for turning on heat! Question: would I stay there again? Probably not if there are any reasonably priced alternatives.

I recommend you courteous staff.

I stayed here two nights and I was very comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant and the wait staff was very friendly. The rooms are very modern and clean.

Stayed here in February 2017. Noise at night was terrible, had to ring down to reception a few times. However they did give us the room at half price for the inconvenience. Nice hotel, however it has a clinical kind of feel to it. Perfect for a business trip, not a romantic trip.

Went down to the nox for a drink for my mams birthday and the way the staff treated us was just horrific! There was a large group of us and we were all drinking, a number of us were given dirty glasses and when brought to the attention of the staff they replaced the glass without an apology. Then the couple beside us had gotten food so we decided we'd order some aswell and our waitress was so rude! We ordered sandwiches and soup and she told us she could only do sandwiches and the kitchen was closing which was understandable, We ordered 4 sandwiches and only 3 came out when we brought it to the attention of our waitress no apology yet again… She did not provide cutlery or napkins and yes there was salad on the plate. She then slammed the bill down on the table and demanded we paid immediately before we had even touched the food. Fifteen minutes later the last sandwich came out again without any utensils or apology and another bill was dropped down to our table by another member or staff and payment was demanded yet again… I was appalled with the service we received as we have all our party's down there and have never had a problem, but with this type of treatment we will take our business elsewhere.

Even though they were very busy there was no delay in being served. The food was delicious and piping hot. The staff are very efficient and friendly. There's a great buzz there too. Will be back.

The place was absolutely amazing. Near Galway city. I'd say that would be our new spot. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially one of the front desk guy called Simon. :)

Lovely girl, got all the basics and have finished of the decor very nicely. Staff were lovely too.

When checking in, upon paying cash for the room I was told I would have to pay further 50 euro as a deposit to stay the night. I have stayed in the Nox hotel a couple of times before but this time they wanted a deposit from me. I felt very embarrassed and just took my money and walked out.

Lovely hotel very clean. Cleaners probably work too hard. The breakfast was really nice but the dinner was unreal in it. Haven't tasted hotel food as nice as this place in a long time. I only gave 4 stars as the bed was very uncomfortable but I would still highly recremmend it to some 1 else.

If you're not interested in swimming or gymming this is a great spot. An above average hotel. Staff were great and seemed experienced, the place was well maintained and it's a manageable walk into the city centre.

Nice hotel with a modern atmosphere, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi and breakfast. It is located near the centre of Galway City, around 25 minutes walking.

Excellent experience with this quirky and modern hotel. Staying in the hotel for business but forgot my charger. Called downstairs and they kindly dropped up a charger to my room alongside green teabags which I asked for. Very helpful and good food in the bar downstairs. Thank you.

Very basic. Staff is ok. No Wi-Fi in some rooms. Rooms have a very weird setup, 1 small double bed and 1 single. Bad location for tourists. 30min walk to the city.

Gorgeous Hotel so new and modern. Room was really nice, no bath though but the shower was fine. Breakfast was really nice, lots of hot and cold options. Walked into the city from the hotel during the day took 15 minutes, only a few euro in a taxi at night.

Booked here last minute for a night. Room was really clean and had a nice design. The downstairs lobby/bar area was really well designed and has plenty of cosy seating areas. Cocktails were good and we were a cheap taxi fare into the city. Would return in future.

We had a lovely weekend there 30th Apr — 1st May, the rooms and staff where lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention for Sean & Gavin that were excellent. Would recommend a visit to this hotel for good value and comfort and a pleasant stay. Alison Kelly.

A beautifully designed hotel in a absolutely perfect location. The staff in the hotel were all wonderful. Absolutely spotless and friendly. I highly recommend and will most definitely be staying here when I return to Galway.

I stayed here as part of a business trip, the place is fantastic we didn't have one problem! The decor is funky and modern, the staff and management were soo nice, Diane (the owner) is absolutely lovely and would do anything for us! Highly recommended, only a 5 minute drive to Eyre Square — very well done guys.

We also had bar food there everything was fab as part of a large group it is hard to get everything perfect but I've no hesitation in saying that everybody in our group were very impressed with everything keep it up nice to see a new trendy hotel in Galway! Well done I'll be back.
