Visited here once. Very overpriced for what the place is.

I was staying there while attending NUI. We had issues with some recently graduated high school seniors drinking since home is 21 and Ireland is 18. That was dealt with swiftly. Property manager is quick with fixes as well as any questions.

Worst place I've ever had to live. Mould and dampness constant problem throughout the year. Couldn't keep my clothes in my wardrobe as everything became mouldy. Bed sheets would constantly be damp. Some of the heaters did not work. Had an ant infestation in my room about a week ago as I left a cup of tea on the windowsill, as the window frame wasn't sealed properly. There was a hole in the floor at the head of my bed that I had to stuff with tissue at the start of the year, Staff did very little to nothing to help with the dampness. Also, as others said, expect to pay at least €40 extra per tenant to keep the electricity going throughout the year.

Beautiful houses and the estate itself is very clean. No litter to be seen. Only a 15 minute walk from Eyre Square (Galway city centre).

Mould is a very bad problem here, absolutely freezing and it costs easily €10 a day to keep a heater going in just one room.

One of the best student accommodation in Galway. Its near NUI Galway.

Stayed here for a hen weekend. We would book here again walking distance to shops and Galway City. Plenty of space in all the rooms.

Very friendly home with the host who hastened to explain all the things to see and do in Galway and surrounding area, providing us even a map of the city. The bathroom was shared with others but very clean. The room is located a 20 minute walk from the center.

Location are not too bad, you can walk to all the points of interest in the city.
However inconvenient, they should have cleaner, no washing machine and the laundry is very expensive, are very cold houses, there are spiders in every corner (in my room I killed as a 4-5), plus the exorbitant price they have.

The house wasn't clean. Not enough Delph for family of 8. One flat pillow on each bed. And double bed is pushed against the wall. Deposit a joke. Pay it by cash and they tell you it's returned to your account during the week.

Some Craic some lovely cans and some lovely people.

Good maintenance services. Rather loud students around though.

Rented as holiday accommodation during galway races. Great value, comfortable, well managed.

Apartments somewhat antiquated, it lacks a little maintenance. Hostess home a little lost.
But once that said, surface of life important, Nice location, close to downtown and unbeatable value.
Recommend.

Unclean, limited hot water, extremely noisey with students partying at night, constant fear of damage to car again by students at night and the best is the bin lorry empties the bins at 05.30! If I could give minus stars I would, appalling accommodation for families.
