Very beautiful place for relaxation, the access to the swimming pool gives access to a gym and sauna and you truely spdnd quality time for a day visit.

Attended a conference here. The staff were nice, the lunch was good, their garden looked nice, everything seemed clean. The parking area however was not cheap. The location is not the best but I can stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel, close to city, nice food and very safe But The hotel guests are not allowed to swim in the swimming pool on Friday and Saturday. GYM is too small and no equipments.

35$ is big money, but nothing comes cheap here. It is clean, gym is ok, and one can wear normal swimm apparel, including women…

It's so beautiful and luxurious but it's so expensive.

An other luxurious hotel in Erbil, with an amazing pool and bar on the pool in the garden, a medium sized restaurant in the garden offering grilled fish, and the garden is surprisingly vast, offering middle eastern and western cuisines. Not a nice looking entrance to the lobby but once you are passed the entrance the stairs and the decorations give a better looking lobby, friendly welcoming faces all around the hotel, in the first floor there is a bar and an Asian cuisine restaurant but not many items on the menu.

We've (me and my sweetheart) spent best time in our life there. People there are welcoming, breakfast is nice, and the amazing part was after dinner old transitional Iraqi music with the sound of the fountains around you.

Very good Hotel, it is in the middle of city. It is have very good location, 10 minute walking distance from citadel and bazar.

It was a quick visit to meet a friend down stairs but it was a nice visit, the changes done for the hotel interiors were nice and making it more modern, the service in general was good and all the crew were smiling and helpful.

The Pool is very good to have a nice weekend with some good music and good cocktails, but the Rules are ridiculous and not published to all.

I just do not feel like I am in a safe place. I still do not know if this place belongs to the gov or a private owned hotel.

Very nice hotel loved pool bar & area then roof too 360 bar was fantastic had room service hadnt time to dine in restaurants buffet room service choice limited but still nice. Booked through work looking forward to return.

It is five stars hotel in the middle of Erbil city, walking distance to Escan street. The location is generally nice and safe. The hotel might be considered a bit expensive if you want to travel on budget.

There's nothing in the hotel like antique shops or SPA. All closed.

This is not Erbil International Hotel, this is Royal Mall, please fix it.
