Erbil Quartz Hotel is a great choice for staying in Erbil. It boasts a good location near key attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers good service with a helpful staff. However, the breakfast could use some improvement and variety.
Found this affordable option on Booking. Com and the rooms are comfortable, reasonably spacious with thick towels and good mattresses and sheets. Breakfast buffet lacks an omelette station but there are scrambled eggs, cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. The front desk staff speak excellent English but unfortunately the waitstaff do not, so be prepared for some missteps in the dining room at dinner. One thing to be aware of is that the official forex rate isn’t used at Kurdistan hotels for room payment; the less advantageous black market rate is used. Thus my 3 nights advertised as costing $230 actually ran about $285, a significant difference. Factor that into your budget.

It was a normal hotel, the rates are very affordable, the location is near the city center but far from the VİP places of Erbil l. The stuff are average and not totally friendly.
