We had event here it’s my first time in this hotel. Everything was nice. It’s perfecto for event and the service was very good and the staff was very friendly and warm welcoming thanks for everyone.

One of the most beautiful hotel I saw it in Arabel. Everything was nice and beautiful. Good service. My location room was very clean. Highly recommended.

We held an event at Radisson Hotel, where all services were excellent. From lunch to venue to staff support was extravagant.
A highlight of the event were The staff, especially Tanya, Ali and Raed who were extremely supportive and responsive through the process. The support they provided our core staff was excellent.
The lunch was an excellent treat with a diverse open buffet.
The venue itself was roomy and excellent for large activities.

We at Denk pharma had our 1st regulatory affair conference attended by representatives of regulatory affair department from the headquarter at Munich and managers and employs from KMCS.
The preparations were great and the hall was perfect.
The facilities are amazing and luxurious.

This was my first visit to the Radisson in Erbil. I was upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. I love the location, with an entrance directly into the Gulan Mall. The staff were all wonderful, especially Sherwan. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very nice too (breakfast was included). I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

The hotel is situated in the heart of Erbil, close to popular attractions like Sami Abdulrahman Park and Gulan Mall, with direct access to the mall.
About the rooms It’s sooo much comfortable Spacious and well-maintained rooms with modern amenities, including kitchens, laundry machines, and high-speed internet. And ofc the service are friendly and professional staff, with many guests praising the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere especially thanks for Tanya❤️

We, at Jihani Camera, recently held our event at the Radisson Hotel Ballroom for the second time this month, and once again, it was an excellent experience.
The service quality, staff hospitality, and management support were all outstanding. Everything was perfectly organized, making Radisson our top choice for events. The coffee break and buffet were exceptionally well-arranged and delicious.
The team was highly responsive and always available to assist with every technical and logistical request. The ballroom and hotel are equipped with advanced technology, which made the entire event run smoothly.

We had our wedding at the Radisson Erbil and couldn't have been happier. The team, especially Christine, Jimmy, Ibrahim, and Tanya, were incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.
The hotel was fully booked, but they upgraded us to a beautiful royal suite and made us feel truly cared for. The room was spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and every staff member we met was friendly and professional.
Our guests also loved the service and atmosphere. The whole experience felt effortless and special. Highly highly recommend this hotel for any event or stay!

Very good location, near to lots of restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly and helpful with any queries. Standard room was a good size and very clean. The hotel also has a gym which is very good too. Overall a very nice hotel, with very friendly staff and good value for money.

I recently stayed at Radisson Hotel & Residences Erbil and was very impressed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and welcoming. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The room/apartment was stylish, spotlessly clean, and spacious. I especially liked the Scandinavian-inspired design, the kitchenette, and the modern amenities (free Wi-Fi, quality toiletries, etc. ) — very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the view of the city from the window made waking up quite pleasant.
Breakfast was a highlight: a wide buffet with both local and international options, plentiful variety, and good quality. The hotel’s location is excellent — very central, close to the World Trade Center, near Gulan Mall, and not far from major sites and restaurants, which made exploring easy.
Other pluses: the fitness center is modern and well-equipped; the meeting & event spaces are top-notch, ideal if you're traveling for business. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a nice touch.
If there was anything less perfect, it would be that some food options (outside breakfast) had less variety than I’d hoped, and service at times during peak morning hours could be a bit slow. But those are minor in comparison to how well the hotel otherwise performs.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Radisson Hotel & Residences Erbil — excellent value, comfort, and service. A great choice whether you’re in Erbil for work or leisure.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable with all the little touches you’d expect from a true 5-star experience.
The facilities were excellent — from the relaxing atmosphere to the high-quality amenities. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was flawless throughout my stay.
I only stayed for one night, but it was truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Hello everyone, it’s my first time in Radisson, but it’s not my first time in erbil about traditional hotel, everything was nice and perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have just one point I’d like to share with you in the outside of the restaurant. I prefer to put some tables in the outside fresh area. It will more nice.

Hotel location is great. Connected to Gulan Mall. One of the best malls in Erbil. Safety measures are well taken care of and the hotel ambiance in general is very well maintained. They have a connected gym, which is also one of the best gyms in Erbil. The rooms are very convenient and very well equipped. They have excellent service and the staff is polite and helpful. Shoutout to Ms. Tanya.

The experience was truly breath taking. The staff, the rooms, event other people attending the hotel are more than excellent. Thumbs up.

It was my first time in Erbil Radisson Hotel, everything was great, it was upper than my expectations. The most interesting thing about the hotel was its staff, they were very nice and friendly,, and also the rooms were nice and big and quiet. The other thing was about its food and breakfast which I experienced delicious cousin there.
