The hotel is supposed to be 4 stars; however, the room was not very clean. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool has specific times for each gender, which is a good idea. However, one time when I went to the swimming pool, the person in charge asked me to come later because a family was using the pool. This was unacceptable to me, as I was following the designated schedule. Finally, I asked for an additional half-day reservation, but they refused and said only a full-day reservation was available.
Amazing 4 star hotel. Everything nice and clean besides the bathroom. The bathroom is kinda nasty and old. Its needs a renovation. The rooms are okay and nice view but can be renovated. The swimming pool an jacuzzi is very nice and luxe and warm. The morning breakfast is very luxe and they have every thing that you could eat on an morning with an very high nice view on Erbil. Also there is an gym but very old but its okay. The restaurant also provides food but is very expensive. I recommend you to come here. About 70$ a night.
