Algoritma Hotel

Staying three nights here during Eid'al Adha holidays.
The Service was very nice (very good) at all sides, The Staffs were very helpful (frontdesk, room service, breakfast or kitchen) and kind, the room was clean, the breakfast menu were complete enough, and the location of the hotel was strategic also.
Feel glad finding and staying at friendly budgeted hotel but comforting at the same time in Algoritma Hotel Palembang :)

The bedroom is so spacious and quite good. From the window, we could look out over the cafe and the two main roads that were so strategic to the hotel. The bathroom is fairly standard but the bathroom equipment is very lacking and the stocks of shampoo and soap are easily out of stock as well as the service to refill the bathroom supplies is sluggish and disorganized.
The restaurant is very basic and the dishes are extremely limited. The hotel must add a variety of dishes so that customers can choose from a variety of other foods and the hotel must provide more seats and tables so that customers can have breakfast quickly and comfortably.

The hotel rooms are great but there must be a cupboard and iron in every hotel rooms. The view from the hotel is really great and the hotel is strategically located between two main roads.
The food is quite good and there is enough variety. The drinks are quite good and should be improved on the variety of drinks for kids and adults. The restaurant is very simple.
The service should be really improved. The staff should learn more about public speaking and implement a friendly and professional attitude. The receptionist should learn more about how to be friendly and professional towards customers.
The next time they should have good bathroom amenities, there must a shampoo and soap in every single room and the stock of shampoo and soap must be restocked every day.
